• Diane Beers (5/5): Nice people, nice hotel, BUSY street... - Clean, functional, friendly staff, lots of security cameras. Perhaps it was because we stayed Friday and Saturday nights, but it was EXTREMELY loud because of hotrodders racing many times each night. Our earplugs and the fan on constantly allowed us to sleep. Also, a street person yelled extensively on the sidewalk, which runs parallel to the sidewalk only 40' away. He then continued his rant on the property in front of the office.
• ALDILANIA (10/5): A simple, comfortable, and honest stay with great value for the price. - For the price and the service offered, this motel is honestly a very good option. The location is convenient, and this was actually my second time staying here. This time, they gave me a much better room, which made my experience even better. It is a simple and basic place to sleep, shower, and rest. It is not a luxury hotel, but everything was good, clean, and comfortable for the price you pay. I was genuinely satisfied with my stay and would definitely come back again. One small improvement I would suggest would be the Wi Fi speed, as it felt a little slow at times, but overall it still worked fine during my stay.
• YingCheng (10/5): - The owner is very friendly. The mattress in this guesthouse isn't sagging—which is great for my neck—and the water pressure in the bathroom is strong. Compared to those hotels in the 150 to 200 price range, I am quite satisfied with both the price and the conditions here.

For what? Ok. Tomorrow morning he said. Never came. Didn't appreciate that rude treatment. In past been good so also internet sucks from right side on and they don't seem to want to add router?

• Dylan (6/5): For a motel it is exactly what you'd expect. It serves it's purpose and the staff was friendly. - That it was exactly what I thought it would be. For the price it is a fine enough spot to sleep for a night or two, and the gentleman who works the office was friendly and helpful. The fact the shower curtain was yellowed cloth was quite unpleasant to see. And it might have been the amount of people at the motel, but I had to spend like 20 minutes of spamming my phone to finally connect to the wifi which was annoying.

The motel is not in a very good area of the city, but that is not the point. The reviews gave this motel a 7.6 score, “Very Good,” which does not reflect reality. The beds are not comfortable, and the pictures are probably from couple years ago. The mini fridge was louder than all the cars outside on the street. I left early after being bitten by a bed bug. I freaked out, steamed all my clothes, and left the hotel. It wasn’t worth risking my house getting infested with bed bugs or get sick. This place should be sanitized before anything else. I really wish that Booking.com take more care to those Details.

Like it was lifted and the actual bed was dented like if the springs where all fallen because this were old school spring beds but really really bad. I layed down n the corner of the bed hit my back sooo bad. My daughter even said the bed hurt her n shes six. They were friendly and all but would never stay here again. They told me to review them well so now i understand the other reviews. I wish i hadnt trusted them though, this wasnt worth it. But they were nice and the area was quiet. But also not the best part in town

• Sergey (10/5): Safe and clean place with a friendly property manager with the value that’s hard to beat - The property manager is the nicest person. Was always there, responsive, friendly, went extra mile providing water and being flexible with both checkin and checkout times. Also, communication via bookings.com was excellent as my arrival time was delayed. The rooms had no frills but were clean, no bugs, and I could not hear noise from the neighbors It’s close to a busy street so it was loud at night time but you really can’t be the value for the area.

• Cleber (2/5): - Nothing My experience at this property was very negative. Upon arrival, the room had serious hygiene issues. There were hairs in the bathroom, including on top of the toilet, which clearly indicates that the room was not properly cleaned before my check-in. Additionally, I had the impression that the bed linens had not been changed: the blanket was just a thin sheet with a light bedspread that smelled strongly of sweat, and the pillows also had an unpleasant odor. The facilities are very old and show a lack of basic maintenance. Details such as the electrical outlets demonstrate neglect and a lack of care for guests’ comfort and safety. Overall, it feels like a place that is not properly maintained. The only positive aspect was the owner, who seemed to be kind. However, due to the poor hygiene and condition of the property, I would not stay here again. Cleanliness was extremely disappointing.

Water was hot and beds were pretty comfy and it wasn't loud with windows closed. A solid cheapskate option for Disney. Front desk guy is plenty nice if you're nice to him, just don't be a jerk! A palmetto bug in the bathroom on the last day, the towels were SMALL, especially for my larger friend I was with.

• Marinela (9/5): Great place to stay - Good and safe location. My daughter left the door ajar/unlocked the whole day we were out and was so relieved that nothing was touched or moved or stolen. The room as well as the bathroom are clean, bedsheets and towels smell fresh and the beds are comfortable. The shower curtain is a bit worn and perhaps time to be replaced.

Told no other rooms available. We paid non-refundable 3 night stay. We left after 2 hours and didn’t stay any of of our nights (and booked ANOTHER reservation elsewhere for same days/nights).

• Gennadii (1/5): Claim. - I went to their motel, but he said that you have to pay a $100 deposit, I said that I don't have the cash for a $100 deposit, and he asked, he said, "call Booking, then let them cancel the reservation, I say: write yourself cancel yourself, I'll call. to the Booking office, but the money must be returned to me. Because it's not fair, because when I booked there, there was no position that I had to pay a $100 deposit to the motel. What kind of fairy tale is this, coming up with extra money to take away from visitors
