- Jijo (2/5): Wrong choice. - 1) The room I booked was severely stinky. Seems they haven't even cleaned the room after the last booked people vacated. After asking the staff to spray any room deo they did, but didn't bother to clean to unhygienic bathroom. The bathroom floor, the tiles and the washbasin was full of dirt and stains making it totally uncomfortable to use it. The room' floor was full of sand as well. The staff was hardly available to ensure room facility

- Donagh (2/5): The room had bad-smelling bedding and loud traffic noise, making it impossible to sleep, and despite my complaint and re - Nothing The bedding and pillows in the room smelled bad, and the traffic noise outside made it very hard to sleep. I spent only a few hours in the room but couldn’t rest at all because of the noise and the unpleasant smell coming from the pillows. I went down to complain and asked for a refund so I could go somewhere else, but they refused. I even offered to pay for the first night, since I had stayed a few hours, and requested a refund for the second night at least — but they wouldn’t agree. While I was complaining, another guest beside me was also raising a complaint. Overall, the stay is not worth it unless you don’t mind noise and bad smells in the room.

- Bipin (3/5): Poor Stay - Counter staffs were cordial. Checking was smooth. Room is not clean, smelly, the bedsheets were stenchy. Towels were also smelly not clean enough. Did not provide any toiletries for long stay. Room cleaning services didn't come all 4 days. Corridors were full of trash. Even in non smoking rooms we can smell cigarette smokes Ac was very noisy. It was not giving enough cooling. Last day the cooling stopped and water was dripping inside the room. Even after complaining, no one came to attend.

- Chethan (1/5): It's terrible dirty place with rude receptionist.pls don't book this - Please don't book this hotel . It's extremely dirty and not like photos. The place stinks, the bathroom fittings was dusted, mirror was missing, it was extremely bad. The receptionist Sam is extremely rude and not even ready to help you with anything. This is one of the worst hotel i ever booked.Please do not book this hotel if you care about your safety, hygiene or you expect any basic service. Service Due to my flight arrival I had to check in around mid night. Before I booked it on booking.com I had called this hotel to confirm if they allow 24hr check in and out and they confirmed the same saying check in and check out can be adjusted and I can stay till sun evening.( I have recording of this conversation where they confirm on allowing customised check in and out) I arrived at the hotel around 1am due to flight delay. I asked receptionist Sam to show me sample room. The room was smelly, ugly as shit, bathroom fittings was rusted, mirror was broken in bathroom . Basically it was nothing like the photos showed in booking.com. I still decided to stay there since it was midnight so started filling form. However, Sam was extremely rude and told me I need to vacate room by next day 11am, refused to accept that hotel had promised me of customised check out , he refused to give me manager number, he proudly says that he doesn't give damn about what they say during Booking since they do it to woo customer, he acknowledged that employee under him spoke to me was not aware of check in out process after I made him listen to call recording. I had to literally search complete new place risking, walking around with my luggage at 2am night. Whoever is the owner please fire this guy, you lost good business customer today i will ensure none of my business circle book this hotel, if service was welcoming i would have still ignored the bad room issue but Sam was extremely rude, lacks manners and threatened me , he openly says he doesn't care abt customer or review or thier satisfaction. Pls stop hiring uneducated ppl to save money as your main guy to handle customer. He was utterly useless and acts like he was doing us favour to handle our booking.

- Seebo (2/5): I will never recommend this to anyone - customer service person was helpful but he couldn't help much as it was not in his control Air condition was not working even though I paid for AC room My kid and myself couldn't sleep well Bathroom was stinking a bit Surprisingly the bathroom window had old format of glasses without net and mosquitoes troubled us till 5:45 in morning Sleeping with good night machine on is bad for health but yet we had to do so and turned ourself in wrong direction to get the fan at full speed to ensure mosquitoes done bite us I will never recommend this to anyone

It wasn't clean place, bedroom wasn't clean, bathroom was very dirty and the bathroom doors were so dirty that they had mold on them on the entire doors. Hallway was smelly. No care or maintenance of the place. Staff wasn't helpful. Bedroom AC was dirty and broken like it was 100 years old. Ceiling fan was dirty. Kettle was broken and dirty. The tap water was dirty. The list goes on. I'll never recommended this place to anyone. I don't know how this hotel is running it's business, it should shut down it's business.
