- CHAOBIN (10/5): 值得住宿的好地方，依個人需求而定。 - 願意主動升等房間；衛浴精緻高質，維護與清潔優良；早餐非奢華的良好與優質、可口、式樣多而足、有應景好吃的月餅。地點方便、在交流道附近，但保有幽靜。 建築很優美，可惜已有點年代，住宿的客人不是很多；也許覺得離市區稍遠。
- Summer (8/5): - 這一次去本來想要帶小朋友去泳池的，不過關閉了有點可惜以前有下午茶小點心現在也沒有了更是小可惜，不過基本上環境都是很好的窗簾很好睡，這是不可否定的

- YEN LAN (8/5): - 6歲小孩的早餐要額外收400元，感覺費用有點高，小孩真的吃不了多少，其他的倒是還不錯！
- KAZUTO (10/5): 家族旅行にピッタリ！ - コロナなのか水不足なのか屋外プールは使用できませんでした。プール使用にはプールの修理も必要そうなので、もう少し時間が必要かもしれません。 プールは残念でしたが、お部屋はメゾネットタイプで子供たちも大喜び！朝食もとてもおいしかったです！牛肉湯も美味しかったですが、お肉の補充をもう少し早いタイミングで行ってくれると尚良かったかと思います。

- Verified traveler (6/5): 家庭旅遊 - 入住前2日才知道大部分的設施都沒有開放，只有簡單的健身房（3項左右的器材）兒童遊戲室（3歲以下兒童適用）有開放。飯店入口位置車流量大，較危險也很容易錯過這一點要注意⚠️枕頭很軟，有躺跟沒躺差不多的感覺，兩顆疊在一起睡比較剛好，床鋪軟硬度適中，早上起床沒有腰酸背痛。浴室有前一組客人殘留的毛髮，進房時浴缸還是濕的，小孩要泡澡所以浴缸都會自行清理一次，馬桶水量較小，房間踩起來沙沙的，床頭櫃，燈具等落塵沒有清理，備品齊全，公共區域有飲水機可以使用很不錯。早餐選擇不多但每樣都不錯吃，還有沖牛肉湯跟牛肉粥可以選擇很加分👍👍

- Verified traveler (6/5): 客房清潔實在有待加強 - 房務整理的狀況感覺很糟糕，入住一樓四人房，一開門超級濃烈的煙味撲鼻而來，當下非常的生氣！因為訂房時也顯示非吸菸房，整體的清潔度令人堪憂，但也在第一時間和櫃檯人員反映，雖然當下立刻換到一樓隔壁房間！但是，再次進門後雖沒有菸味，可是卻有不知道是芳香劑還是清潔用品混合阿摩尼亞恐怖的味道，令人作噁！後來在廁所洗手時，流理臺的排水孔卻排水異常，水完全下不去！之後又再向櫃台反映，櫃台人員再次帶著螺絲起子至客房手動維修！光是入住，短時間內連續兩次的狀況真的讓人很生氣！整體看似典雅的住宿環境，但實際卻沒有想像中的好！ 另外，訂房時有告知所有住宿設施皆無法使用，但房價也沒有因此有調整，不過這也是原本就接受的事實，只是入住客房，這些在房內一連串不愉快的經驗也不會令人想再次造訪！真的是照「騙」！整體衛生狀況真的非常非常非常不ok！
- Tsung-Chuan (10/5): 強烈推薦 目前超高CP值飯店 - 空間寬敞～離交流道非常近，有陽台/停車場/簡單的健身房/桌球、撞球間/幼兒遊戲空間。雖然不是那麼嶄新建築與環境，但是CP值非常高，早餐也非常好，下次還想再來住。

- Quentin (6/5): Short Trip in Tainan - The room is big but old and not good until exchanged to the 3rd one. The 1st one has a stinky smell, the 2nd one near the electric generator having big noise. The front desk lady helped a lot during the check in. Unfortunately the 2nd day when we request for a 1.5 hour late check out, another day shift lady was unfriendly and reply non-sense that hotel was full but we can pay extra $400 per hour for late check out. Nothing to say for such badly service. The hotel is near the highway, good for you if you are driving but far away from the city. Will recommed another hotel if you don't have a car.
- Verified traveler (4/5): 貼心服務 - 曾經住過很貼心的飯店 也是住三天兩夜，第一天買紅酒進去飯店冰箱冰，第二天出去旅遊，回來後馬上發現餐桌上多了一桶裝滿冰塊的冰桶，床頭擺上紅酒杯！ 也因為廚房沒有清潔劑無法洗碗，回來看見服務人員貼心到把前一天餐碗洗乾淨～ 讓我印象深刻，再次旅遊一定不會忘了這間飯店～

- Ko Chin (8/5): 不是最新但空間舒適 - 地點在許多工廠林立的鹽行區，從市中心騎車大約要20分鐘多。雖然感覺有些年代但房間非常寬闊，廁所也是並附有按摩浴缸。洗髮精及沐浴乳為歐舒丹還不錯用。床夠大睡起來也舒服。樓口有飲水機有熱水，半夜販賣機投幣後泡麵很方便。整體更適合團客及開車前往，但房間夠大可以好好休息是一大優點。

- Shu Chen (4/5): 飯店硬體老舊，房間清潔要求不高，但人員服務品質好 - 預訂的房型已無所以有被升等成兩張加大床房型，但是房間位於一樓，陽台外為閒置的工地，住房起來有些擔憂安全性，房內灰塵多且十分潮濕，床單上霉斑，抖動被子枕頭時灰塵飛揚，讓有過敏鼻炎的我們十分難受，枕頭過軟沒有提供較硬的枕頭可更換，加上房間隔音不佳，導致睡眠品質不良。但是飯店服務人員算專業，服務也有禮得體，只是飯店硬體過於老舊，有些小失望。
- Irene (8/5): 可建議入住，尤其是家庭旅遊。 - 會館的位置，以開車來說非常方便，南下北上自永康交流道一下來就到了，停車也相當方便。 整體設計因有婚宴場地，所以看起來有些歐式浪漫！ 入住非假日旺季，所以人流不多，相對的安靜，房間清潔度也不錯，唯浴室內沒有掛衣處，有點困擾。 早餐的溫體牛肉湯味道不錯，其他食物品項算豐富！

- Verified traveler (10/5): 高級雙人房一晚商務 - 之前都住一樓，第一次住三樓，可能與房型有關，雖然於武漢肺炎疫情期間，但整體狀況非常OK，有做消毒與進出管制，房門刷卡也改成感應式了，不過不要跟有磁性的(手機)放一起，還是容易感應失效。 另只有一小部分希望能改善：洗手台水龍頭水壓過大，會噴的都是，不知是否與樓層有關、浴室蓮蓬頭固定架鬆脫、小陽臺的清潔度可以再做得更好。

- TUNG YANG (10/5): 舒適方便安全的最佳親子渡假飯店 - 非常適合親子旅遊的地方！地點在交流道附近，但一進入飯店，確感覺不到交流道旁的吵雜！環境非常有渡假的氣息！游泳池分兩個!大小孩都適合！非常安全！大人也可以使用室內SPA水療池！本身有餐廳，提供港式點心及熱炒！口味甚佳！價格也不貴！基本上不需再安排外出覓食，非常方便！房間舒適，有按摩浴缸！又附電視！小孩可以一邊泡澡一邊看電視，家長完全放心！使用歐舒丹的沐浴乳與洗髮乳！更甚一般標榜五星級的飯店！舒適，安全，方便！以家長的立場，每年都會安排造訪一兩回！CP值特優！
- Don (6/5): Location was a miss - Hotel was a bit older but everything was clean and room was large and nice. Room had a spa inside which was great to soak after a long day. Breakfast was decent, food was warm not hot. Location was a major major issue. It is a bit inconvenient from the hotel to public transport. Each way we had to taxi at about 100ntd each way. 7 min car ride but very inconvenient to walk bc of the the streets were designed. I would not stay again bc of that. Hotel staff friendly
- Darin (8/5): Nice hotel, so-so location - Great room. The breakfast didn’t have much western food however. Also it’s far from the city center.

- Hannah (6/5): Hotel far from Tainan city with construction site - While I was happy to be at this venue to witness the wedding of friends (the hotel has as many as 3 per day) I was very disappointed how difficult it was to get into town. Furthermore, the room was dusty - not adequately cleaned - probably owing to the massive construction site next door. I awoke to what sounded like an advancing army every morning at 7:30 and found it difficult to sleep again due to the noise. If you want to attend your friend's nuptials at this hotel, great - but it is a poor choice for getting around.
- Patrick (10/5): Hideaway stay... - Tucked away from the bustling cars and scooters, Les Hotel Tainan is a great place to stay. The room was perfect for the family. The kids loved the pool while mom and dad enjoyed the sauna. The staff were very attentive to our needs and were very helpful with ideas for the local sights and a great steakhouse. Don't pass up this gem.

- James (8/5): Comfortable Hotel and good value - Very nice and comfortable hotel. Beautiful building with many amenities (pool, gardens with orchids). We enjoyed a very nice dinner and breakfast in the dining room. Hotel is located in a really industrial area just off the motorway but it was very quiet and pleasant once you got to it. Not much else going on around the area except crazy traffic on the main drag (Highway 1) a block away. Only complaint was that they need to add a least a small sign in English with the hotel name so foreign visitors can find it from the main street. Extremely reasonable price and very good value.

- Erik Martin (8/5): A nice hotel, close to the highway - We stayed here one night on our way south. The hotel has an indoor and outdoor pool. The room was sizable and clean. Breakfast was good. The hotel seems to specialize on weddings and there was actually a wedding going on when we were playing around in the indoor pool so we had to sneek back to our room through the parking area. I hope I didn't accidentally photobomb any wedding pictures.

- Eric (10/5): Incredible Staff - Amazing Staff at the Les Hotel. I threw out my back while in Tainan, and for two days I couldnt move. The staff at the front desk along with Allan and Amy took such good care of me. They came to my room to take food orders, brought me medicine and checked that I was ok as often as possible. The grounds are beautiful. The hotel is a bit far from city center but the taxi was only $250 NT each way so it isnt a real issue. Very industrial area just outside the hotel grounds.
