• helennG2862AY (10/5): Comfortable stay at Twin House Spetses - Location could not be better and central to cafes restaurants shops and museums. Check in was extremely easy and Alex was very accommodating and friendly. Lovely clean room and bathroom. Only negative is that the toilet is placed next to the shower and there is not much room. Breakfast basket a kind and thoughtful gesture but would have appreciated the possibility to make a hot beverage.
• christinakQ1461HU (6/5): Mysteriously gold bracelet missing from room - The hotel and the location was fine. The only issue I had and ruined the overall impression of my stay at the Twin House was that my gold bracelet went mysteriously missing from my room the last day of the cleaning . When I immediately reported it to the manager , she told me that the cleaners have been working at this hotel for 8 years and no issue had ever occurred . I felt that she did not believe me . She asked me if the bracelet that went missing was the one I was already wearing . So she mocked me. Was it a coincidence that it disappeared from my room on our last night ?
• Elizabeth (10/5): - This is one of the lovliest places I have ever stayed at in Greece. I come to Athens frequently for business and often take a couple of days on an island for some R&R. This was my first time visiting Spetses. The twin house is tucked away in the center of the town close to the port, but it's very quiet and close to all the shops and dining. The rooms are modern and updated and comfortable with amazing showers my room had a lovely terrace which I spent a lot of time on all of the staff were incredibly warm and helpful with lots of suggestions and information. I can't rate the twin house highly enough and will certainly be back.
• Svetlana (4/5): - The location of hotel was very convenient. The staff nice and friendly. There was no coffee or tea for breakfast. Only a few very little bags of some sort of bisques and a tiny jar of jam.

• MrTravellingPOM (10/5): A delightful stay - Comfortable and welcoming to return to after a long day out enjoying the sites and sounds of the island. During our time at Efi's place, it felt more like we were staying with dear friends than at a hotel. Efi went above and beyond that which most would expect as she assisted us during our stay with some challenges that arose upon arriving in Spetses. Looking forward to returning and staying once again, warm, hospitable and very welcoming! Fond memories of a lovely visit

Beautiful and centrally located hotel directly in the port conveniently located and easily accessible to restaurants, shopping, and museums. Breakfast provided which was amazing. Friendly, helpful, and professional staff.

• elinax2016 (10/5): Exceptional experience!!! - It is an excellent choise if you want to have a pleasant and calm trip!! We stayed 4 nights at the end of July. The service as well as the cleanness were marvelous!!! The breakfast was really superb!!!! Mrs. Efi and Mrs. Natasha are great and they made us feel just like home!!! We thank them deeply and we will come again soon!! We strongly recommend it!!
• AmentaMilan (10/5): Highly recommend! - I stayed here for one week in mid July as a single traveller. Even before arriving I was in touch with Eftychia (Effi) the owner who was extremely polite and prompt in answering all my questions. Her son met me at the port which is a 5 minute walk from the hotel. My room was simple but stylish, very clean and quiet with a refrigerator, good ac and nice balcony with table and chair. In the morning I was delighted by a delicious homemade breakfast with Greek delights. It was very pleasant to sit outside in the patio at shared tables which made social contacts very natural both in the morning and late afternoon. From the hotel, excellently located, it was easy to discover the island and the best locations to eat- Effi gave me excellent recommendations. I really enjoyed my stay and hope to return next summer.

• ted_lelekas (10/5): Loved it! - It's a small, family-run, no-frills hotel with a few very important advantages: the fantastic location, as it's so close to the port, still it's very peaceful and quiet; the exceptionally warm and kind owners who make you feel at home and take care of every small detail (there's even a bottle of chilled mineral water waiting for you in the room when you check in); great value and service. If you're not looking for luxury but for substance, Twin House Hotel is highly recommended!

• L1768KIalexw (10/5): Great little guest house with a personal touch - Twin House was an absolute delight to stay in! It was well located very close to the centre of Spetses town, but set back slightly from the main road, meaning that you don't get the constant noise of the scooters buzzing past. It is centred around a beautiful communal garden courtyard (with a friendly cat usually found in a shady corner of it). Our room was nicely appointed, with a comfortable bed, fridge, TV, powerful air conditioning, nice balcony overlooking the town, beach towels, and fresh bath towels every day. The free breakfast that was included was amazing - every day there were home-made Greek pies/cakes waiting for us, as well as cereal, fresh fruit, bread, jams, boiled eggs, tea/coffee etc. The owner Efy was exceptionally friendly and helpful, giving us recommendations for everything to do on Spetses, where to have dinner, how to reach the beaches and anything we asked her. I highly recommend it!

• Theo_Potou (10/5): So close to the center of Spetses you will not believe it - if you are looking for a comfy place to stay at Spetses island, this small hotel is THE ideal one! Just 2 minutes from the port and 20m from 3-4 very nice restaurants. You have to go there and ask for Efi, this great owner who will help you with everything you would like!
• _Chi_Fio (8/5): A nice place - The hotel Twin House is was very nice and the position excellent. The owner is fantastic, a very lovely person. Breakfast is homemade. The only problem was the room a bit small and furnished in a vert basic way. Overall i would return.
• Essa33 (10/5): Fairytale courtyard - What a find! I would thoroughly endorse all the positive comments made by others. First of all the island of Spetses is much to be recommended – it's only 2.5 hours from Piraeus, just the right size to enjoy in a few days, and a great balance between traditional and well set-up. As for Twin House, it has a perfect location in the heart of the main town, 150m from the port and handy for everything. It's set in a beautiful courtyard, which is a lovely spot for breakfast, and makes it a bit like returning to a fairytale every evening with the fragrance of the flowers coming out. Efi is a total delight as everyone has said, she and her colleagues epitomising the Greek spirit of big-hearted will to make people happy and help them enjoy their stay. The homemade breakfasts are a real treat (you will not go hungry) and Efi has great recommendations for the island. The rooms are clean, fresh and comfortable. The only thing I would suggest would be a couple more places to hang towels, but it's hardly a deal-breaker. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

The owner is a perfect host who prepares many different and YUMMY pies and sweets for breakfast. The breakfast is excellent and we enjoyed it at the hotel's lovely and quite yard. The rooms are clean and the towels are soft and fluffy!! A perfect location and a wonderful week at Twin House Hotel.
• man0s262 (10/5): Perfect hotel in Spetses - Went in July for a wedding and everything was amazing. Effie (the owner) is very friendly and makes you feel like home since the first moment. Room, service and breakfast were all exceptional. Great location too. I unconditionally recommend it.
• DCCUSE (10/5): Like being at home in Greece, regardless of where you're from. - The only complaint i could fathom being made about this place is that its not huge. And so, if you're going to Spetses (which you should), make sure you reach out to Effi in advance and lock down a room, because this place and Effi (its owner) are fantastic. From the minute we got there, my fiance and i were warmly greeted with fresh Greek pastries and breakfast foods. MY fiance is greek; i'm not. Effi speaks fluent English and so communication was no problem. Effi was great. I could go on about Effi but just take my word for it that Effi is great and that this place is worth the price (and way more) before you even see the room. The room was simple, but clean and comfortable and cozy. We had a great balcony. Breakfast is included and so we ate on the balcony in the mornings. If you knew what this place was like before you booked it you would be willing to pay double the cost. But again, it is small so make sure you get a room in advance. Effi was really helpful in our efforts to see the island. Its small, and so theres really only one way to get around. The 4-wheelers and mopeds everywhere are a good hint as to the best means of getting around but we were hesitant. Effi told us to rent a 4-wheeler, where to take it and how to take advantage of this insanely beautiful island. She was right about everything and her friend delivered the 4-wheeler to, and at the end, picked it up from our hotel. My fiance and i were recently engaged and after returning from our first day touring, Effi had left us a beautiful bouquet of flowers. My fiance was pretty happy and so, so was I. The inn is a 1 minute walk from the central square. There are markets nearby open nearly 24-7, and all of the bars are within no more than a few minutes. Effi not only recommended a restaurant, but called the owner in advance to find out what we should order. (see my review on PAtralis). We loved the restaurant so much that we ate there twice. The inn is two houses built on either side of a lush garden. The place is out of a story book and Effi was an unbeatable host. Spetsas is not among the most popular destinations but the water was prettier than anything we saw in the Kyclades and the island was small and welcoming. We recommend a visit and, if you do, a stay at the Twin House - tell Effi we said hello
• Charlotte (8/5): Lovely apartments, close to port, brilliant staff! - We had a lovely stay at twin house. The owner have us beach towels, booked our quad bike for us and gave us late check out which really made our one-night stay on Spetses perfect!! Breakfast was lovely and plentiful and the room was clean and comfortable with a nice balcony and good a/c. Would definitely recommend!!
