- MAOR (8/5): - Very clean, very quiet, close to a park (we might not arrive in the right season to enjoy it). A bit far away from Baden Baden. The rooms themselves are clean and though not very large, they are comfortable. The receptionist was obviously very unexperienced and that affect a lot. Breakfast was fair. The location wasn't great. Sauna is, well, only sauna room, I expected a bit more from the brochure. To be fair, we might got unlucky with our time of arrival, receptionist and room (great view to the parking lot).

- Anita (10/5): Perfekte Entspannung in luxuriöser Umgebung - Es war alles perfekt: super freundlicher Empfang (obwohl wir vom Wandern verschwitzt ankamen), durchgehend freundlicher Service, tolle Zimmer, tolle Lage am Kurpark, „Open Keller“ mit Kaffee und Snacks und dazu kostenloser Besuch der Therme. Perfekt zum Abschalten und Erholen. Es war alles prima. Einzig beim Frühstück wäre frisches Obst noch schön gewesen.

- Silke (10/5): Ein komfortables Hotel mit außergewöhnlicher Freundlichkeit - Das Personal ist stets freundlich und versucht alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Wir erhielten ein Upgrade auf ein Parkzimmer mit Balkon. Das Zimmer war sauber und komfortabel eingerichtet, das Frühstück lecker. Im Open-Keller kann jederzeit ein kostenloser Kaffee bzw. Obst genossen werden. Auch andere Getränke können käuflich erworben werden. Der Spa-Bereich mit kleinem Fitnessraum, Sauna und Dampfsauna ist modern und einladend gestaltet. 15 Minuten nach Ankündigung stehen die Saunen bereit. Sehr angenehm ist der freie Eintritt in die Albtherme während des Aufenthaltes. Eine größere Auswahl an Konfitüre zum Frühstück wäre gut.

You get free spa access at the Waldterme when you stay. There was an annoying noise from one of the adjacent rooms during the night. It sounded like the bathroom fan that never switched off.

- David (9/5): Nice hotel, friendly staff and great thermal bath at 1.5km distance - Very nice hotel, large rooms with great bathroom and free entry to the thermal bath (Albtherme) located around 1.5 km from the hotel itself. Easy parking in front of the hotel with 2 EV chargers. I'd flag 3 things: - Juicer centrifuge in the breakfast area: there is really no need for this. It generates noise in the breakfast room when people would like to relax during breakfast and it distracts the staff who have to teach guests on how to operate the juicer. Suggestion: Remove the noisy juicers from the breakfast room and if you want, simply introduce a juice menu from which guests can choose from and prepare the juices in the kitchen = reduce noise levels and free up staff time. It's a win/win - Bread table : nice and well prepared, but no need for it to be on the opposite side of the breakfast room. Move closer to actual breakfast and avoid having people wondering around the room for piece of bread for their salami or jam. - Centralised minibar in the Open Keller : nice, but also unnecessary. I don't see the point of having to leave my room for a juice or beer for which I have then to fill in a paper to tell the hotel what I took. Effort and bureaucracy for nothing. A fridge in the room will do and is much simpler for everyone

Toll fanden wir die Möglichkeit Spiele auszuleihen und dass der Besuch der Albtherme inklusiv war. Es gibt genug Stauraum und die Betten sind sehr bequem - nicht zu weich oder zu hart. Der kostenlose Aufenthalt in der Therme ist ein ganz besonderes Extra. -

- Dmytro (7/5): - The rooms are modern, bright and spacious - very comfortable to stay in. Everything was clean and felt recently renovated. There is a sauna and a few nice little touches throughout the hotel that make the stay pleasant. The thermal baths are about a 20-minute walk or a 10-minute drive away, and towels and tickets can be picked up at the reception. During check-in, the receptionist we encountered was not very welcoming and seemed somewhat dismissive, which made the arrival experience less pleasant than expected. We had to ask for basic information ourselves. However, the staff the following day was friendly and much more helpful, so it seems this was just an unlucky first impression.

- Barbara (10/5): Fantastic, best hotel we’ve stayed in for a long time. - Lovely hotel room, spacious beautifully decorated and furnished. Very comfortable large bed. Very clean shower room and great shower. High tech lighting and information. Very friendly staff and how nice to be offered a welcome drink which was very good. The restaurant was just fantastic and yet again very friendly, helpful staff who all spoke excellent English. Great breakfast in the beautiful restaurant. Just wish we could have stayed longer. Would definitely go out of our way to return next time we are in Germany. The only small thing I would change is better light exclusion in the bedroom.

Man erreicht Pforzheim und Karlsruhe sehr schnell. Das Personal ist außergewöhnlich freundlich. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, modern und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt. Das WLan hat perfekt funktioniert. Es gab ausreichend Parkplätze. Das Abendessen war ebenfalls ein Traum. Hier die Punkte, die zu kritisieren sind: Keine ... Mir fällt beim besten Willen nichts ein.

Personeel is erg flexibel en ivm diverse weer waarschuwingen in de Alpen waar we naartoe onderweg waren konden we eenvoudig een nachtje extra hier verblijven. Kinderbedjes stonden netjes klaar voor onze 2 kinderen. Niets, het is een erg prettig hotel

- Johannes (8/5): Prima - Schone grote kamer met airco, inloopkast en voorzien van alle comfort. Het diner in het restaurant verdiende geen voldoende. De bediening was super vriendelijk, maar de chef mankeert iets aan zijn smaakpapillen. Vooral de tiramisu met bosbessen yoghurt of koffie overgoten was een regelrechte culinaire blunder. Maar de locatie is top, het personeel super vriendelijk en het terras is hemels op een mooie zomerdag. Dat maakte een hoop goed.

- Christoph (8/5): Angenehmes Hotel in schöner Lage mit angemessenem Komfort - Super Frühstück, Rühr- oder Spiegelei auf Wunsch frisch zubereitet, Obst, Müsli, frische Croissants, alles sehr ansehnlich präsentiert. Das alles dann auf der Terrasse mit Blick in den Schwarzwald - wunderbar. Auch das Konzept "Open Keller" gefällt - ein ganzer Kellerraum als "große Minibar" mit Kaffee und Tee for free und zwei großen Kühlschränken für allerlei Getränke, dazu kann man diverse Knabbereien erwerben - nett! Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Kleine Mängel an den Homepages aus dem Schwitzers-Reich: Die Gerichte aus dem Bistro in der Therme kann man sich nicht ins Hotel bringen lassen, auch wenn man das beim Bestellen so angeben kann. Bei der Brasserie-to-go gibt es nach 20 Uhr keine Möglichkeit, die Abholzeit auszuwählen, und eine online-Bestellung kann nicht durchgeführt werden.

- Thüringer2016 (10/5): Ruhige Atmosphäre zum Wohlfühlen und Entspannen - - sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal - große Zimmer (mit Klimaanlage) - gutes Frühstück - "Minibar" im Keller, mit fairen Preisen - kostenloser Parkplatz - ruhige Lage - Zimmer und Hotel sehr sauber, modernes Erscheinungsbild Nichts zu beanstanden. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
