Sandra (8/5): Nada que objetar cumple calidad precio - es la 2da vez que paro en este hotel, esta vez me toco una habitacon mas grande en el piso 9 , muy linda con heladerita y un pequeño patio con sillas y mesita, me gusto mucho, la ubicacion para mi es optima ya que esta cerca de los centros turisticos y medios de transporte, otro detalle a destacar es que todos los dias dejan botellitas de agua, cosa que no vi en otros hoteles

Nous avons passé deux nuits epouvantables. Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre et heureusement cela a pu se faire des la deuxième nuit. Cet établissement ne mérite pas plus que trois étoiles. La qualité des produits du buffet du petit déjeuner plutôt médiocres.

Moreira (5/5): Buena ubicación pero me robaron el anillo - La ubicación ME ROBARON MI ANILLO DENTRO DEL HOTEL. Lo dejé encima en el lavabo del baño antes de salir porque tenía que hacer un trámite y al momento de regresar ya no estaba. Pregunté si las del aseo lo habían tomado porque al momento de salir pedir que me asearan la habitación y dijeron que no. Busqué en TODAS mis cosas y el anillo no apareció por ningún lado. Además al momento de tirar la cadena a cada rato se salía el botón que es para el excusado.
CarlaFerr61 (8/5): - ottima posizione che permette di raggiungere a piedi tutte le attrazioni . colazione abbondante e varia sia dolce che salata reception aperta 24 ore camera spaziosa e luminosa avevamo la camera in angolo e purtroppo si sentiva il rumore della strada, le serrande non si chiudevano del tutto il phon non era funzionante nonostante sia stato comunicato in reception non è mai stato aggiustato e soprattutto non ci è stato comunicato nulla in merito

Saray (8/5): Tranquilidad, el personal muy amable. - Está muy bien ubicado, todo bastante limpio, el desayuno buffet, era pequeño pero variado. Las camas eran cómodas , y la habitación estaba bastante bien insonorizada ya que está en plena Gran Vía y hay mucho ruido exterior. La televisión era muy antigua para el coste y la ubicación , no servían tampoco los canales que es lo único que tenía la TV . De resto todo bien.
