• E.J. Blom (7/5): Ondanks de min puntjes fijn verblijf. - NVT. . Eigen ontbijt genuttigd op het balkonnetje. Er had geen beschadigde koekenpan in 't kastje mogen zijn!!!! Er had een kapstok oid moeten zijn om kleding te kunnen ophangen!

Very friendly and amenable owners. clean and comfortable and great value for money The beds were a little firm but I know that some people might prefer that. It would have been great to have a couple of more classical cereal bowls in the kitchen for breakfast time.
• Vale29 (8/5): A basic but convenient stay near Kalamaki beach - - Close to the beach, the airport, a lot of restaurants - Pick up from the airport possible with a fee - Responsive, nice, helpful owners - Towels and sheets changed quite often - Wifi, air conditioning and hot water all in good working condition - Kitchenette could use more accessories/cookware - Shower curtains don't trap water, causing it to leak on the floor - Basic furnishing/decoration. There was an empty corner in the studio that could be filled with a small table, a bench for suitcases or an armchair, for example - The main window needs blinds and/or net to block light and mosquitos

• ilaria (5/5): - Simpatia proprietari La struttura si trova vicino l'aeroporto quindi si sente il rumore degli aerei continuamente dalla mattina presto in poi. A meno che non si è molto giovani e in cerca di movida sceglierei comunque un'altra località.

• Alessia (10/5): NON FARTELA SCAPPARE! - La struttura si trova in una posizione fantastica a soli 8 minuti dall’aeroporto ed è molto comoda per raggiungere tutte le parti dell’isola! Inoltre la stanza é molto ampia, dotata di condizionatore e piano cottura con tutto il necessario per potere cucinare. Molto pulita con un balcone davvero carino! All’interno della struttura vi è un ampio cortile dove è possibile parcheggiare l’autovettura! La signora che ci ha accolto è stato davvero gentile! Consiglio vivamente questa struttura!

Lovely family, very clean, attentive and responsive. We were very happy to stay here and look forward to visiting again! Thanks so much!

• Sharon (9/5): Babis studio - What a fantastic place Babis studio is, fantastic location for Denny's hotel where you can use their facilities,great location for the beach and the strip, the hosts, Elepheria and Dimitris can't do enough for you, don't go expecting luxury! But it's clean ,we had a large balcony overlooking the gardens,and Denny's hotel ,the bed is lovely and comfortable and really lovely pillows,slept really well, the shower was always hot too and great force ,our Aircon stopped working the first evening,we went down stairs to Dimitris, he was straight upstairs with batteries,that didn't work so he got another control, very thankful as it was extremely hot, within minutes it was all sorted!!! we were here for 10 days with friends and our towels and bedding were changed 3 times! We will definitely be returning. Thank you Perfect hosts Sharon and Steve ❤️ Nothing

• Pauline (8/5): Super stay. - The balcony was lovely and shaded. The air-conditioning was very effective. Across the road from our friends staying at Denny's Inn. The floor picked up dust and sand really easily but part and parcel of staying near the beach.
• William (9/5): Very good value. I will happily return again. Very peaceful location, with a 5 minute walk to beach,and Kalamaki villag - Very clean rooms and the bed was very comfortable. The location was ideal , beach a short walk away, tavernas and shops close by Owners very friendly and helpful Decor a bit dated but i can also appreciate that its the Greek style
• Jens (8/5): The stay was amazing, especially the location, but the apartment coud use some minor improvements. - The location was amazing, super close to the beach and the main street of Kalamaki. The location was calm and quite private. Wifi was good enough but not amazing. Apartment was good overall, but basic if you plan on staying home a lot. The facilities in the property such as basic cooking supplies, cutlery was there but no salt/pepper/oil. The cupboard had a weird smell to it, so we washed plates and cups before using. The shower water was ever so slightly salty (this is everywhere on the island apparently, just did not expect it). Shower curtain could have been placed differently so it protects the toilet instead of the sink :)

• Milošević (10/5): A little piece of heaven - The staff was amazing and the rooms were clean. The location is ideal and everything is close by. The internet was not ideal but it seems we were in a room that had a blocked signal. Only outside on the balcony would the signal be superb.

The location was great a 2 minute walk to beach and 10 minutes to main road. Very quiet Only 1 suggestion to put a bracket up for shower head to make easier to shower
• Jolanta (10/5): We got what we expected, everything is fine. - Very friendly and helpful Dimitris met us, gave us the keys, showed and explained everything, helped to resolve all issues. Good location: near the sea, many cafes and restaurants, small shops, car and motorcycle rental and much more. Spacious room with a balcony where you can sit with a cocktail or smoke a cigar. In the kitchen you can cook your own food, there are all utensils, pots, pans, a small refrigerator, a kettle. The room has air conditioning, a safe, a large comfortable bed. Bed linen and towels are changed every couple of days, the room is cleaned, weight is maintained. In terms of price-quality ratio, a very good option for budget tourists who are not looking for special luxury, which is what my husband and I are. We liked everything, we hope that we will come to Zakynthos more than once and stay with the hospitable Dimitris in the Babis studio. We have some tips for landlords on how to improve conditions. The first is about the shower: it is inconvenient to wash, you have to hold the shower hose with one hand and wash with the other. A shower screen or other shower curtain is missing as bathing water spills onto the floor next to the toilet which needs to be cleaned after every use. Secondly, there is no microwave in the kitchen, which could save time when preparing food. I hope landlords will take this into account, and customers will be even happier.
