- Bekka (1/5): Bad - The staff were nice I booked this room to sleep in before a really long travel day. I told the receptionist this and she put me in a room next to one which they were renovating so there was insanely loud drilling into the wall right by head the entire time

Lot of choice too for different kind of drinks you want and the place is not noisy even though there's a lot of car passing through the hotel. Maybe try to improve the lightning of the comfort room to make it more clear and visible, maybe need to change the light.

- Nelsi (5/5): Passable - The location was great. The room was so small.. Feeling suffocated..barely have enough space to walk inbetween the bed without hitting the table corner, bed corner or the tv. No mirror in the room except in the bathroom, and the bathroom lighting is dim.

Location was strategic, with many eateries nearby, there is also a supermarket within walking distance Room lighting was dim, the shared toilet was not clean all the time and one of the water heater wasn't working. Good cheap price and lots of cafes and restaurants near by. The room did have a slightly strange smell and there was never any toilet roll in the shared bathrooms.

- Matthew (7/5): Good - The room that we stayed in was spacious. The location is great. Close to many local restaurants and a 10 minute walk to the local main supermarket. The staff are very friendly and the cleaners do an excellent job. Definitely better than staying in Sandakan city. The WiFi at best is average. No international channels on the TV. The water went off most days as they have to refill the tanks.

- Noah (7/5): Okay hotel, but they really want to get more money from you. - Close to the airport, most things were good! There are hotels that go the extra mile for their guests - and then there is My Dream Hotel, where you need to pay extra if you don't want to share towels. (We booked for two people, and received one towel. To get one towel each they asked for more money) We believe if you buy accomodarion for two guests, they should at least get one towel each. They also really really pushed for us to pay more to upgrade our room when we arrived.
- Chan (4/5): Room charges are not reasonable with such service provided. - Location No water supply, have to wait half an hour for water tanker to pump water into the hotel's tank. So left me no choice to skip shower before attending a dinner.
- May (6/5): Please me with the choice of foods but the stay is meh.. - I like how it has many parking spot, how it is near to many dessert shop, cafe, Chinese restaurant, mac Donald basically near to many food restaurants. The bed, pillow and blanket are clean and no funny smell. I love how the workers were accommodating and willing to help. Got hot water in the shared bathroom, very fast hot shower. The room I stayed was queen bedroom with shared bathroom: 1.The lighting is too dim, I have to strain my eyes to see better at semi dark place. 2.No hairdryer but ask the counter(I forget to ask) 3.No charging cable near the bed, so bring along extension. 4.No seat avb, no mirror in the room, no mini table. So if you brought food from outside either eat on the floor or on the bed or eat outside don't tapau. 5.The remote control is sticky...so stay away from the remote. 6.The only avb channel is 1 2 3 7 and I don't need to check others anymore due to the quality of the TV screen. 7.The wifi password is glued on the wall of the clothes rack.. of course you don't see it because too dark. So, ask the counter to save time looking for it. The amneties: Body shower 2 30ml bottles and shower cap. Noktah. The Bathroom: 1.Right on the ghetto, strong pee smell even after flushing the toilet. 2.Dirty water faucet handle, got mold on it. Suggestion clean it with scraper and then with baking soda plus vinegar for that shiny look. And some ajax for the flowery smell and please ee the toilet it will not hurt with a lil bit of perfume for the shared bathroom. 3.The light also dim so if want to makeup better use the natural light inside the car. Also good dim light , it blocks away any cellulite or ugle acne on my face thus I feel pretty (even though fake) for a fake moment. 4. The shower head... moldy.. could use some brushing and thorough cleaning.. some of the holes got blocked. So got few wild west mini water jet guerilla attack me while I was not looking. 5. The wall and floor is covered with black tiles. Beware.. it is not clean too.. how can you clean well when the room is too dim. There is no way unless they use headlamps battery powered (not the usb charge power ah) to clean the bathroom. 6. No tissue.. we Malaysian use water 😏 7. The mirror and the stands need cleaning.. got calcy and mold and water stain.. not good looking.

- Lindsay (6/5): Ok for transit - Hotel is close to the airport and there are several options for dining out nearby. Shared amenities were good and pretty well cleaned. Lady at reception was very kind, there is luggage storage available. My room had no windows and was mostly empty. Had some difficulty finding the room as staff was not walking along with me. There is only one floor, however the room numbers make you think otherwise. Turned out it was at after walking through a dark hallway at the very end that looked like a closet at first. Not much to do around the hotel. For a single night is was ok, but would not stay here for other purposes then being close to the airport for an early flight.
