caroline (10/5): Un séjour fantastique - Nous avons passé une semaine formidable. La vue sur la mer et la ville est à couper le souffle. Les appartements sont très confortables et idéal pour une famille de 4. La piscine est très rafraîchissante et le petit plus : les tables près de la piscine pour profiter de notre déjeuner à l’ombre. L’accueil par Catherina était également très chaleureux !
Johanne (8/5): - Nice property with an amazing view from the terrasse, very friendly and helpful hosts. Access is uphill with very steep roads, you need a car to get there, powerful and ideally automatic! Kitchen equipment was minimal in our unit, but we didn’t plan on cooking, so it was not an issue.
Katerina (3/5): Didn't live up to our expectations - The location was quiet, nestled in the mountains, away from the centre of the island. - The size of the bed was generous - On-site parking for guests Overall, our stay wasn't as pleasant as we had hoped, perhaps if we had stayed in another room we would have had a better experience. - The particular room we stayed in was on the ground floor and situated right next to the reception desk, with little privacy. - The location of the accommodation wasn't ideal in terms of transport as you need to travel up 3 steep hills to reach it. Even with both a car and a motorbike, it was a struggle to climb the steep incline. - The room had a musky, mouldy smell to it and when we went to open the doors for fresh air, noticed there were no fly screens. This wasn't ideal as there were a lot of flies and mosquitos. - The bathroom, although somewhat renovated, was so small that in-between the shower and vanity I couldn't put my hands up to tie up or dry my hair - I simply didn't fit. - The portable shower unit and shower head was broken as well as the hook it sits on. The pressure of the water (as well as the temperature) changed suddenly. Due to no shower screen on one side of the shower, the bathroom constantly flooded and we had to put towels down to collect the water so we wouldn't slip. - There was an unpleasant sewerage smell coming up from the drain of the shower and sink, and it only got worst after using the basin and shower. The soap dispenser and bins were all rusty and needed replacing. - We returned to our room one night after the beach to have a shower and head to dinner and there was no water. We alerted reception and they mentioned someone was coming to fix it. Once it was fixed, we were told it was ready to go so my husband jumped in the shower, only for the shower head to start spitting dirt and foul sewer-smelling water. We alerted reception again, and this time the gentleman who fixed it came to our room (I believe he may have been the owner), stepped all over the place with dirty, muddy shoes and shrugged off the whole situation like it wasn't a big deal.

Super place when you have kids (dedicated area for children, swimming pool etc) The view is incredible ! Jonathan (10/5): Excellent views . Excellent pool . Lots of outdoor room and good views from the balconies - The views from this property are incredible. And the sunrise over the Aegean Sea was worth getting up for in the morning from the balcony . Pool was excellent and a fantastic place for big groups as you could use the bar b cue and large tables in the garden if you wanted . Anna who looked after the cleaning and day to day maintenance was amazing and so helpful and keep the place in an immaculate condition. Towels and bedding changed regularly. Katrina the owner was so welcoming and could not do enough to make our stay enjoyable. One of the best apartment holidays we have ever had . Only down side to this property is the very steep hill to get to it . Would recommend you get a good car that can handle a very steep hill . Taxis are available and Katrina would assist in giving you phone numbers . It’s quite a difficult walk to town so above options are best . Other than this the property is worth it for the stunning views

We had an apartment so no breakfast applicable. Very nice hostess and room was cleaned every day to a high standard. Very friendly staff. Very high up in the island so a difficult walk down to the beach. However the views made up for this as they were amazing..

It has probably the best view over the sea and we saw some incredible sunrises over Skopelos.Katerina is such a warm and kind person that we constantly felt well an comfortable. Nicht zum Selbstkochen geeignet, aber für nen Kaffee, Salat und ein eigenes Frühstück reicht es alle Mal. Würden diese wieder nehmen, wenn wir nochmal da sind. Man braucht allerdings ein Auto, um den steilen Weg hochzukommen. Zu Fuß wäre es sicher zu weit und anstrengend.

Mel (10/5): - We have just had the most fantastic experience at Entechnos Living, Katerina and Vicky couldn't do enough to make sure our stay was amazing. Communication prior to the holiday was easy and prompt. Katerina made sure she was there for our arrival with a beaming smile and glorious welcome (even though our first meeting was a rescue - she drove out to find us when we got our car stuck!) Our first impressions exceeded our expectations from the photos online! The home made breakfast was a real treat and so carefully prepared and arranged for us. Anna took great care to thoroughly clean the apartment daily leaving us with that day 1 feeling every day. The views from our room were outstanding, we couldn't get enough of surveying the olive groves looking for the goats, and looking down on the comings and goings in Skiathos Town, it is a real sanctuary, peaceful & tranquil with only the sound of the wildlife to while away the day (and night! - as the hoots of the Scops Owls can be heard, sometimes they land in the trees outside the balcony) Skiathos Town is a short drive away (transport is essential as the road is long and steep) it has many Taverna's hidden away in the winding streets.. even after a week we were discovering new places, the food was amazing and complimented the quality of the holiday. Definitely a gem of a find and a place to return in future. Thank you Katerina for you sunny character and beaming smile, you are an amazing host.

Virginie (8/5): Really lovely setting & wonderfully friendly staff - Lovely spot on the hills! Really pretty views. Nice pool and a lovely suite! Really nice to be a little but away from busy Skiathos. Everything was very nice and I would recommend it !! The only minus side is the fact that the shower cubicle was very small and therefore the water was flooding the bathroom floor! And also a proper blackout blind on the mezzanine floor to allow sleepers good sleeping time even though the sun has risen. Otherwise, a super lovely property.
Maria Pia (8/5): Moderni appartamenti in collina - Appartamenti molto recenti, pulitissimi (ogni giorno vengono rifatte le camere) e con una splendida vista mare. La zona esterna con piscina è particolarmente affascinante. Buone anche le colazioni da gustare in giardino. Necessario un mezzo di trasporto per raggiungere le spiagge e il centro che non sono lontani ma c'è una strada molto in salita per rientrare.
Pascal (8/5): Holidays on Skiathos - Nice hotel on top of the hill. The staff was very pleasant and very friendly. The room was perfect, the bathroom was little small. The breakfast was excellent. The view was incredible. Thanks Katerina for your hospitality. Isabelle and Pascal. Last thing, the road to access the hotel was dangerous for a scooter, you must access by car or maybe by quad.

Elisa (10/5): Non potevo desiderare di meglio - Piccolo hotel con 5 camere molto bello e arredato in maniera moderna, ben organizzato e gestito da madre e figlia, due persone veramente carine, gentili e disponibili(la figlia parla bene italiano). Sempre pulito e silenzioso. Letto molto comodo. Piscina ok. Bellissima vista sul mare. Nella stanza ci hanno offerto frutta e una bottiglia di vino e hanno organizzato una grigliata buonissima senza farci pagare nulla. Si trova a pochi km dal centro su una collina e per raggiungerlo c'è una strada abbastanza ripida ma fattibile sia in macchina che in quad. Lo consiglio e ci ritornei volentieri.
