- Sherpa67784508741 (10/5): Exellent hotel, clean and very friendly staff - Before I come here, I struggled to get any info or reviews for this hotel. The group is also so quiet and in my opinion, the hotel doesn’t advertise well for themselves. I arrived a few days ago and everything is perfect. The rooms are very tidy and clean. Very good size and there is a decent size fridge and a microwave! They accommodated my request to have my sister room next to mine. The food is amazing. As the number of guests opting for dinner is less than 25, it’s not an open buffet but to be honest I prefer it that way as the quality of food is very high. The staff are also very friendly and nice especially Golnush, Bilal, Hassan, Abdulla and Kubilay . def will come again. My stay was fantastic. Just to add that guests can go to the beach area in Ananae hotel and the hotel arranges for a car to take us but we are no longer allowed to use the sister hotel facilities. Also the towels in the pool cost extra. Thanks Calimera for the great hospitality

Bilal always said hello (in our language Finnish) and tried too learn a little Finnish while we were there and always had a smile on his face absolutely a sweetheart! - Pwillholme (8/5): Family Fun - Great family friendly hotel. Good quality rooms, great location and really helpful, friendly staff. We spent a great week here. We chose to go B&B and chose the hotel as it is placed centrally in the town- 20 minutes walk to the port area and 15 minutes walk to the bus station bazaar. We had some great meals out. Breakfast choices in the hotel were good, although buying other food and drinks was not cheap. Good level of activities and nice slide pool, but there is no regular 'kids club' as was advertised by Jet2. Overall, a real good Family holiday destination.

She made the kids stay unforgettable. They loved spending time in the kids club with Zehra doing puzzles and games and crafts and had lots of fun at the mini disco every evening! - NanuchkaBabuchka (8/5): Friendly Staff and Excellent Food - The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Service was fast and efficient—you never had to wait long for your order. The food was varied and delicious, with several days featuring excellent steaks. One thing that really stood out was the cleanliness of the cutlery—something that’s unfortunately not always the case in many other hotels. Here, the staff clearly takes extra care and inspects everything after washing. The pools were clean and well-kept, and the water slides were open all day, which was a big plus. A particularly thoughtful touch was the small steps placed at the bar, allowing younger children to independently order their own drinks—our kid loved it! We highly recommend choosing the all-inclusive option. It’s well worth it, especially for families: the kids enjoyed unlimited ice cream, and adults had access to tasty cocktails and other drinks throughout the day. The only minor downside was that there’s no indoor restaurant, so all dining takes place on the terrace. Not a big issue, but something to be aware of depending on the weather. We heard the hotel is going to be renovated soon, so it’s likely to get even better. Overall, highly recommended!
- aroujt (10/5): Great Family holiday - We stayed here early june for 11 days a family of four. 2 adults and 2 kids. Location - excellent base to see Alanya, shuttle service to the beach. Not a long walk down to the main strip. Room - The room 501 was spectacular, such a lovely view excellent size and very clean. Microwave and fridge in the room. Also has a stove under the sink if needed. Staff - friendly staff and couldn’t do enough very helpful. House keeping was great and always did a really good job. Food - we were half board great breakfast choice from pancakes, omelette and large variety of fruit. Dinner was good always something to eat. Animation - absolutely excellent they really go above and beyond for the kids and try and get everyone involved! The kids really enjoyed it. The only thing i would say is the towels that are only changed every three days is bit of a concern regarding hygiene, especially in the hot weather and showering multiple times. This should be adjusted and towels should be available when people require them. Would happily come back! Thanks for a lovely time!

In offer on the hotel website they mentioned that alcohol beverages are made with Smirnoff but in fact was done only from local Russian branded vodka. Loads drunk people around pool who are caused hazard to other sober people.Food was okay. Variety of dish. Helpful staff.€50 for late check out is a bit overpriced for 2 more hours until transfer.
- 651adenb (10/5): Probably the best hotel in alanya at this price range, loved it. - Me, my wife and my son all had a great time. genuinely the best hotel I've stayed at in turkey so far, absolutely recommend for families, couples or even if you're travelling alone. staff are very friendly and accommodate what you need, I particularly liked the pool opening and closing times, even in October the pool was open from 8am right up until 7 pm! Which is just unheard of in most hotels especially this time of year, absolutely great experience. not one thing to complain about and I do like to complain. 🤣 WILL be coming back here at some point no doubt about it. Our only slight slight problem was we never got all inclusive because of previous experiences, but they include cocktails! Not just bog standard beers and wines and raki lol, if your a drinker or even if your not get all inclusive because the room service is even free! (I triple checked) You only pay for the price of the actual food (if not all inclusive). Personal rating 10/10 i genuinely could not find anything to complain about.

Hotellilla päivysti hoitaja, jonka kautta saimme tilattua myös lääkärin hotellilletutkimaan pikku-potilaamme. Pakettiimme kuului aamupala ja illallinen. Ruoat olivat monipuolisia ja hyviä.Illalla oli yleensä hiiligrillillä tehtyä ruokaa, runsaan noutopöydän lisäksi. Paljon salaatteja ja ihania hedelmiä oli myös tarjolla. Juomat eivät kuuluneet hintaan, eikä lounas. Lounas olisi maksanut 10€/aikuinen, lapset 5€. Juomat inhimillisen hintaiset: Limsat 7 liiraa, Efes 12 liiraa, viinilasi 15 liiraa. Mukava hotelli, jossa loistavat ja turvalliset vesiliukumäet lapsille. Viihtyisä ja suojaisa pihapiiri. Suosittelen!
