- Weng (4/5): - Location was good. The ground floor has about 10 flight of stairs to the hotel lobby! How can you expect customers to carry their luggage up the stairs from the street level!
Bathroom tiles fall apart! wardrobe too!

- Thassvin (7/5): - Room was clean. Got on spot Parking. Midvalley nearby Everything was fine except one thing. Toilet doesn't have water hose
- Noor Ainul Fathini (5/5): - The location of hotel nearby the shopping mall which is easy to go there. The room condition is bit dusty. The floor skirting is ripped off from the wall. The wall also looks patchy. The furniture is looks very old one. The power plug was far from the bed and the toilet does not have the bidet. Last but not least, the direction prayer for muslim was not available in the room. Management hotel should take the action to upgrade the condition and furniture of the hotel. Its already end of 2025. Lots of old hotel already upgrade to makesure its look new and refreshing. If you want to retain the english vintage concept, its good. But need to do some renovation in terms of room condition. Too bad, because the hotel area is already strategic, and the price also OK... but the room condition and its facilities was not comfortable and not meet the expectation. Thanks

- David (2/5): Walking distance to Midvalley with RM100/night, but bare with unclean room and unfriendly staff..... - One and only like point:
Superb Location - few minutes walking distance to Midvalley Very poor reception service - by a malay guy when we check-in on 22 Dec noon, 4pm, showing black face to guest.
Very poor room condition - Room 325-->smelly room, spoiled water boiler, broken windows (the room just beside busy main road, noisy and dusty), lousy quality pillow. (Managed to changed room upon requested.)

- WeiPin (7/5): - Lokasi Dan harga Pekerja yang beruniform tidak kemas
- Ernest (2/5): 6/10 - It’s just normal and small There’s no bidet in toilet, tv wasn’t working properly, sockets are not near the bed, there’s no coffee sachets or milk ones but there’s a kettle
- Norlin Sunga (7/5): - It's cheap, along the road. Mosquitoes when you open the seat cover of your toilet bowl
- Joseph (6/5): - remote area

- John (4/5): - This was another place that looked good in the photos, but fell well below expectation. I was absolutely exhausted from travel, so I stayed long enough to take a shower and nap; but then I immediately booked elsewhere and left. The facilities were rough at best. Nothing seemed very clean at all and the toilet seat was nearly completely detached (thankfully I didn't need to use it). The halls and the room smelled of stale cigarette smoke and mildew, though it is listed as non-smoking. I didn't even haggle for a refund, I just took the loss and left.
- Kent (10/5): Exceptional -
- Musa (7/5): Good - Location is really near to mid valley mall easy to find. Easy check in. The room provided quite comfortable.
- Tengku (4/5): Value for money if u stay alone , but staff behaviour ermm - Cheaper Staff attitude
- Maizatul (9/5): Superb -
- Dim Man (8/5): - Comfortable to stay, quiet and relaxing
- Shariff (10/5): Worth the price - The hotel was so near the mainroad and have parking lots in the basement. Making it easy to find and easy to access. The room is just nice for two person. Suitable for me and my son Everything is ok for me
- Mohammad Farihan (6/5): - There are two restaurants but both are not operational. Staff do not know how to smile and greet guests. Hotel is by the main road, super noisy at all times.
- Mohammad Farihan (8/5): - Better than most budget hotels I’ve stayed in. But tv only has one channel. Could have install a hook in the bathroom. A bidet or hand pipe would also be great. Hotel is beside the main room. Can be very noisy at times.
- Emelya (9/5): Superb -
- Muhammad (10/5): Overall overnight stay excellent -
- Yns (6/5): Pleasant - Good Toilet No Hose
- Abdulla (1/5): Fully disappointed and waste of money - Hotel rooms and lobby is totally unclean with cigarette smell, Air con is just for show case purposes no cooling at all. Highly disappointed. Do even check out within 1hr just because of their poor maintenance and improper housekeeping

- Robin (3/5): Only stay if you are desperate. - Staff were very nice. Poor wifi. Not well maintained place. Cleanliness was on the poor side. Extra charges added at checkin.
- Nik (5/5): Passable - - -
- Jie (5/5): Will not go back. - The location is great. But that’s kind of the only thing I like about the hotel… hmm perhaps also the air con is very cold and the bed is very comfortable. The reception staff was not really welcoming. First floor as soon as you walk out of the elevator you can smell that someone smoked there. The lift G button was almost broken. The TV in the room has no reception, so unless you bring your own devices to connect, it’s basically just for decoration. The cups in the room have coffee stain. The toilet door cannot be closed properly. There’s no fridge in the room. Not worth the money.
- William (4/5): Is a good location and good renovation, it’s classic and looked vintage as 25 years operation but. No go back !! Why p - The location is awesome. Broken lock for toilet which my child keep going into toilet which I can’t lock. The toilet bowl broken. Water heater broken… the most importantly, the stupid tower very dark and looked dirty than my grandmother panties…. Come on !! The whole unit only has ONE electric socket. ONE ! Which need to use extension ??!! What the ~~~~
- Yee Ngan (8/5): - The equipment lack of maintenance.
- Yending (1/5): Cheap for stay but not comfortable - Cheap Very bad sound proof, old facilities
- Hnei (5/5): Passable -

- Hardeep (6/5): Pleasant -
- Dell (5/5): Passable - Everything look to old..
- Sherllyn (5/5): A reasonable hotel price stay - 15mins drive to mid valley mall and walking distance 10 mins to the Chinese restaurant Meng Kee. Room floor and bed is dusty. Toilet bowl has dirty stain. Water kettle is stain. No soundproof can hear neighbouring close door loudly. TV only few channels. Only one plug socket in the room. Hotel do not cafe or convenience store.
- Palaniappan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ieee (6/5): Pleasant - Nearby KL Sentral but not walkable, you need to book grab or drive. Free parking are super limited. For muslims, there's no kiblat guidance in the room so need to check on your own. The hallway got a bit unpleasant smell and there is only one plug socket in the room (studio deluxe). There is no bidet in the toilet.
- Muhammad (1/5): Bad -

My car got scratches on co-pilot door, how come this case happened when parked at this hotel PRIVATE car park basement, asked your owner to spend some money with installation of CCTV at the car park area. Please don't tell me this word 'PARK AT YOUR OWN RISK,THE MANAGEMENT WILL NOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY DAMAGES,ACCIDENTS OR LOSSES'.Last but not least, please train your reception guy to not sleep at the lobby sofa when guest are coming to check-in
