• MASAYUKI (6/5): 立地はよいがサービスはひどく残念。 - まず驚いたのはエレベーターも受け付けもなく急階段だけ。妻が北京語を話せるからよかったけれど日本語しか話せない人には何かと不都合が多いのでお薦めできない。10日滞在したがシーツの交換は有料。シャンプーやボディーソープは自分で取りに行く。安普請のせいか壁が薄いらしく隣の話し声がよく聞こえる。昼前から夜10時ごろまで2Fのカラオケ店が営業しているので歌声が響いている。部屋は2階と3階にあり我々は3階。階段の上り下りだけですごく疲れてしまう。窓があるが外は壁で何も見えない。エアコン室外機の音がうるさい。

• Verified traveler (8/5): Good value, great location - Love the location of this hotel. 2 steps from the train station, and a 7 eleven right downstairs. Also plenty of restaurants of street food stalls to choose from. However, this hotel is kinda hard to find because there are no signs. The karaoke next door to this hotel had a sign, and we were wondering if we got the wrong address. Good thing I could read Chinese so I finally found the place and went up to inquire. Very steep stairs going up and no elavator. So not a good choice for the elders or with children. The ac in our room is old and very noisy. The remote sceen is broken and cannot read the function of the ac. One of the wheels was missing from the chair in our room, and my wife almost fell down. Nevertheless this is a pretty good value.

• KAZUKI (8/5): 常駐の受付員いないけど、鉄道からのアクセスは最高！ - 口コミのようにホテルの看板なし 2階にカラオケ？スナック？の看板の所の階段をあがり 自分はスナックの人に話しをすると3階の住居？のおばちゃんに話しが繋がって チェックインしました 4日間滞在しましたが、 ベットメイキング、ゴミ捨てなどは有料だったのでお願いしませんでした 宿泊者がしっかり施錠すれば安全であり、 自由だったので、楽しく台湾を遊べました！ とにかく台湾はスコールが多いので、サンダル、かっぱが必要だと痛感させられました

• P (4/5): - 場所を見つけるのは苦労しなかったが、着いてからスタッフと連絡をとるのに手間取った。対応したスタッフ（なのか鍵を預かっているだけの隣人なのかわからない）は英語がよくできた。ベッド以外の部屋の設備（扇風機や窓など）はいつ掃除したのかと思うような状態（但しベッドは清潔で、後日泊まった別のホテルのドミトリーようにいやな匂いに悩まされたりしなかった）で、バスタオルも洗ってあるだけの古いボロボロのものだった。シャワールームは不潔ではなく、お湯が出ない・トイレが流れないといったトラブルはなかった。階段が狭く、急、段の高さや幅がまちまちで危険だし、建物全体も宿部分も、火事になったらまず助からないのではと思うような造りだった。

• Verified traveler (8/5): - ホテルではなく民泊。でも、立地、価格など考慮して再訪はあると思います。看板がなく、入口がビルの2階のため、初訪では辿り着くのに一苦労です。また、施設にフロントはなく、もちろん常駐のフロントマンもいません。施設の入口も鍵がかかっていて入れず、下の階の店舗スタッフに協力してもらい連絡を取りました。その後出会えた管理人とは用事をLINEでやり取りします。これを気楽と思えるかどうかだと思います。ビルの鍵と部屋の鍵2つを渡されて自由に出入りしますので、深夜でも早朝でも気兼ねなく出かけられました。最寄駅（台北市内を動くのに便利の良い駅）から非常に近く、雨でもほとんど濡れません。部屋とベッドは広く、冷蔵庫やタンス、ヘアドライヤーもあります。部屋に無い物はバスタブ。シャワージェルや使い捨て歯磨きセットはありましたが、シャワージェルの製造日が2013年と大変古かったので使用は避けました。（並びにコンビニもありますし、向かいにドラッグストアもあるので購入しました。）あと、同ビル内に昼から営業しているカラオケスナックがあるため歌が聞こえてきます。深夜は営業していないので、寝るには困りませんでした。

• Verified traveler (8/5): - MRT大安駅４番出口から歩いてすぐの場所で近くにセブンイレブンなどがあり立地はとてもよいです。臨江街観光夜市までも２０分ほどかかりますが歩いて行く事ができます。 　ただ難点は看板が無く見つけられないことです。所在地の番地にはカラオケ屋の看板と階段があるだけです。私は大安駅の公衆電話から電話をかけ聞きましたが、その階段で４階に上がると宿泊施設があります。 　私が泊まった部屋は２段ベッドと事務用の机が二つ、鏡とクローゼットが置いてあるだけの部屋でした。窓は無く換気扇があります。 　シャワールームが二つありそれぞれにトイレと洗面台があります。片方のシャワールームには洗濯機もあります。 　値段も安いし、立地環境も良いので利用にはまったく問題ありません。私は大家のおじさんとは中国語で会話したので日本語ができるかどうかはわかりませんが、宿泊施設に行ったときに大家さんがいない場合は電話をして話さなければならないこともあるかもしれません。
• Man (6/5): 價錢實惠，地點方便 - 根據地址到達後，發現是一座舊式的三層塘樓，沒有電梯，門口沒有門牌。 找了一段時間，終於在二樓找了接洽的人，帶我們到一樓入口，再進入房間。 上樓的樓梯比較窄和直，搬大件或重的行李會較麻煩了。 雖然我們選了有窗戶的，但窗外被鐵片完全包圍著，完全看不到是天亮還是天黑，與選擇較便宜的無窗房間基本沒分別。 進入房間，和相片的沒有太大差別，空間也算闊落和舒適。 總括來說，價錢實惠，地點方便是優點。

• Annette (2/5): - Es handelt sich nicht um ein Hotel oder Hostel sondern um eine sehr abgewohnte Wohnung mit einem unrenoviertem und einem nicht nicht ausgebauten Bad. Die Wände sind wie aus Papier, absolut hellhörig. Die Schlüsseluebergabe hat geklappt (nur zwischen 15 und 18 Uhr möglich). Das Internet ist nicht stabil und nur schlecht brauchbar. Die Bettwäsche war jedoch sauber und das Zimmer gereinigt, auch wenn es bei tausend Flecken auf der Tapete nicht so wirkt. Nicht zu empfehlen.
• Laura (6/5): - This is a very, very basic hotel. This is to be expected as the price is very low and it is located in a rather expensive area. For me it was ok to sleep there, because I prefer to spend more on food and activities than on my accomodation. In the rooms, you hear every sound of your neighbours through the walls. Additionally, my room had holes/windows at the top that led to the corridor, for the purpose of ventilation. For this reason, the light from the corridor shone into my room. My blanket was a little smelly. For this reason I put two duvet covers on the blanket. After that it was ok. The mattress was old, but I could sleep well on it. Apart from that the room was quite clean, I did not have any problems with insects. You share a bathroom and toilet with your room neighbours. The renter did not supply any toilet paper or soap. I am not sure how often the toilets are cleaned. Therefore, I bought my own toilet paper and a disinfectant. The renter speaks only a little English, just enough to sort out the most important questions. The hotel is hard to find. You find it, if you take the very steep _red_ stairs (the others stairs on this block have other colors). All in all, the hotel is ok for people who don't have any high requirements. But it is not at all cosy you don't want to spend more time there than necessary.
• ka hsin (2/5): 下次一定唔會選擇它 - 入住如果沒有當地的電話聯絡居主就不知點算好，沒有人跟進及很差的經驗，沒有電梯及ROOM 內的床單上有血跡，下次一定唔會選擇它 ....
• C.C. (8/5): Prima hotel, goede service, goede ligging. - Het was moeilijk te vinden, er stond geen uithangbord, nergens reclame, nergens de naam. Op het gegeven huisnummer een paar keer de trap opgelopen er werd nergens open gedaan en ook op die deuren was geen naam en geen bel. Via de buren beneden, die het telefoonnummer gebeld hebben kwam na 5 min. een dame, zeer vriendelijk. Op dezelfde trap waar ik een paar keer ben wezen kijken en kloppen bleek het dus op de 1e etage te zijn, waar dus geen naam/geen bel naast de deur aanwezig was! Later email gegevens ontvangen als er hulp nodig was of vragen.

• Maru (6/5): 靠近捷運站, 交通便利 - 有窗無景, 因外面是封上鐵皮的。6時後入住會較麻煩, 老板會打來催促..... 只有一條大門鎖匙, 前後腳出入都不太方便。樓梯比較窄。隔聲不太好。 但若要求不高能滿足住宿需要, 而且交通方便。
• Yu (4/5): 駅近で便利、料金も安いがサービスや清潔感は無い。 - 留学予定で住まい探しのために7泊しました。 他に幾つか部屋がありますが、ホテルというよりは部屋を貸しているといったような感じで2日目以降は部屋の掃除もしなかったためクレームを入れたところ、10日に一度のみするといった返事の上に「ほかの部屋にも同じことをしたら大変なことになるだろ」というような喧嘩腰の回答がlineできました。 hotels.comの内容と違うためhotels.comに電話してクレームを入れたら態度を軟化させて掃除をしてくれるようになりましたが、同時にクレームを入れたことに関して訂正しろとしつこくメッセージを送ってきました。 それと、最後にこのホテルにはフロントがなく、スタッフが常駐していないので先に二階のカラオケ屋か一階の質屋に話をしないと入れません。

• Simon (4/5): Not so much a hotel, more of a dormitory - The location (not even a minute walk to Da'an station, which has two metro lines) is excellent and the price is unbeatable. But the condition of the building and rooms is quite terrible - you should only choose this place if you are on your own and do not care about the comfort of your room at all. Window screens are all loose, so bugs fly in all the time - and the paint/ceilings seem like they were done hastily and not maintained for years. There is no reception or attendant. When you arrive, no one will be there and you'll likely have to pick up your keys from the jewelry shop next door.

• JIN (4/5): 案内がないゲストハウス - 大安駅（EXIT４）から歩いて1分かからないが、何しろ看板、案内が一切ない。 金の買取店と２階にあるカラオケの看板を頼りにするしかない。 仮に行き着いたとしても、スタッフは常駐していないのでカラオケ店に助けを求める。 ２階のホテルはましだが、４階のゲストハウスは、暗くて狭くてまるで香港の安宿レベル。 いくら安くてもお勧めできない。

• RICH (6/5): MRT역에서 50M 이내에 위치한 작은 숙소 - 우선 따안(Da-an)역 4번 출구로 나오셔서 오른쪽으로 두 블럭 가량에 위치해 있습니다. 다안역 4번 출구로 나오시면 11시 방향에 스타벅스가 보이고 왼쪽(다안공원 방향)으로는 중화통신 간판이 보입니다. 4번 출구에서 오른쪽으로 걸어오시면 101타워가 보이면 제대로 가고 있으니까 안심하셔도 됩니다. 숙소는 세븐일레븐 편이점을 지나서 휴대폰가게(모바일샵) 바로 왼편(101빌딩 방향) 계단으로 올라가시면 됩니다. 계단이 많이 가파릅니다. 주변에 모바일샵 및 은행 ATM이 있어서 편리합니다. 조금 낡긴 하지만 저렴한 가격에 혼자 사용할 수 있는 침실 그리고 대체로 입주 인원이 많지 않아 조용하게 지내고 싶은 분들께 추전해드리고 싶습니다 4일 동안 머물렀는데 별도로 수건 및 기타 침구류를 교체해주진 않았습니다. 준비해간 수건을 사용하면 되고 간섭도 없으니까 오히려 편하게 지냈던 것 같습니다. 필요한 사항은 전화로 문의하거나 숙소 올라오실 때 계단 복도 오른 편 가라오케가 숙소 담당자가 함께 운영하니까 그쪽으로 문의하셔도 됩니다. 숙소는 기본적으로 방마다 냉방시설 및 와이파이 그리고 랜선이 준비되어 있습니다. 저는 4월 초에 머물렀는데 모기는 없었습니다. 제가 묵었던 방이 더운 지방이라 그런지 위쪽 창이 격자로 통로와 뚫린 형태의 창이라서 걱정했었는데 괜찮았습니다. 방마다 휴지와 일회용 칫솔 및 치약 그리고 슬리퍼 샤워타올이 준비되어 있는데 샤워타올은 직접ㅈ가져가시는 편이 좋을 듯 합니다. 세탁기는 미리 말씀하시고 쓰셔야하고 일정금액을 지불하셔야 할 것 같습니다. 습도가 높아서 가급적이면 세탁물은 귀국 후에 하시는 것을 추천드립니다. 기능성 셔츠조차도 밤사이 마르지 않습니다. 냉장고가 화장실 가기전 복도에 있습니다. 대체적으로 숙소에 머문 시간이 많지 않았고 전체적으로 조용해서 맘편히 잘 지낼 수 있었습니다. 위치 가격 사생활 관련해서 나쁘지않은 숙소였습니다.
• Verified traveler (8/5): 地點真的太棒了~下次還會入住 - 地點真的太棒了~旁邊就是大安捷運站-去哪裡都很方便!客房面積也OK!但是沒有電梯必須爬樓梯,比較像是民宿,適合預算有限-但想住的比青年旅館好不用跟人共用浴室/個性獨立/不怕爬樓梯的客人入住! 不論是要走路去敦化南路,101,通化街夜市,搭捷運去和平東路至木柵動物園,永康街,台大公館,忠孝東路或南京小巨蛋,火車站,北投淡水都很方便!

• Verified traveler (6/5): Great area, minimal service, low price - Located basically next to the Daan MRT station so it makes it very convenient to hop on and off. The room was very basic, which is to be expected due to the price and location. Don't expect much privacy due to each room not completely sealed due to air vents near the top of the walls. You can easily hear other people talk and cough throughout the day and night. Other than that if you'll be out most of the day and just need a bed as a solo traveler, don't expect to bring anyone back, and your budget is on the lower side then this place will hit the spot.
• Verified traveler (4/5): - Booked double bed but got twins bed. It's not a Inn just offer a room. No staff, no reception ......not safe, door and lock are very weak....
• Verified traveler (6/5): This hotel offers basic service - Stayed for 5 nights in September 2015. The hotel is located on 2nd floor with steep stairs, no elevator. But Mr. Chang helps us carried luggage up to 2nd floor. Closer to the MRT station - easy to go around town, have a few restaurants, 7/11 close by. You want to bring your own towels since they one they offered looks stingy grey. We stayed at the room with windows, but did not try to open it since it is quite noisy with traffic outside. The hotel offer basic service, room is clean. Mr. Chang - the caretaker - is very friendly and helpful. The hotel offers laundry service if needed. They have air conditioner and wi-fi. They do not offer any other room services or clean your room for you. We are satisfied with what they offered and may stay with them again next time !
