• Nur Michaela Bryant (10/5): Faboulous stay as always - Location is walking distance to few malls, lots of food around the area,room was very clean ,bed very comfortable and most of all, the reception staff are super friendly and accomodating, love it so much that this is my 4th time and will definitely stay again.
• Patrick (6/5): Not quite what we expected - Location, very convenient to public transport, food market, Kampong Glam We booked a Queen Superior room thinking this would be a reasonable size. It was tiny and we didn't feel that we would be able to stay 3 nights there. We asked about an upgrade and were offered a King room for an extra A$30 a night. We accepted this and it was much better. Just be aware that the photos of the rooms are quite misleading.

• plusterkopp (7/5): Good room, but don’t think about the money. - Location is good, with a bus stop servicing a number of lines in front of the building, and Bugis station nearby. The room is not huge, but OK for three. We had the upgrade which gave us a small bathtub and a balcony with a decent view. Beds and pillows are comfy. There is a refrigerator, that only turns on when the key cards had been inserted (or at least it wasn’t cold when we came). Reception calls this thing minibar and mentioned that everything in there is free. The problem is that it’s not really good at cooling stuff, and the tiny size of it. Not that there wasn’t enough headroom. The bathroom doesn’t get A/C since the windows are leaky and should be open anyway since there is no vent. The bathtub has a tempered glass separation that should be bigger.

Kales und schmutziges Zimmer, renovierungsbedürftig, Keine Steckdosen, Bettwäsche roch schimmelig und hatte Flecken, Hotelbar wurde als GRATIS Entnahme angeboten (weder Kaffee noch Wasser wurde nachgereicht), Handtücher rissig und fleckig, Nicht zu empfehlen!!!!!!! Hotel war für diesen Preis eine Katastrophe! Die Bewertungen können nicht echt sondern müssen manipuliert sein. Schade, leider. Dem Personal war ja wirklich alles egal, keine Motivation.

The aircon was frequently inoperable and the phone system didn't work at all during our stay. my friends and I had to request new rooms as the allocated ones were just not acceptable.

• Eric (9/5): Victoria Hotel is Convenience and Value. - The staff are A++, and I rarely say so. The location is superb, with easy access to Bugis, SMU, Fort Canning, Bencoolen, Funan areas, many buses and three MRT stations within walking distance. There is a 7-11 conveniently next door, and a number of local hawker-style eateries are within a few minutes walk in multiple directions. Rooms are comfortable, spacious for SG, and they are well kept by the house staff. The WiFi is great, never any issues, and I find the hotel quiet compared to many in SG. The water tea and and coffee are standard, but the snacks are bonus. The AC blows directly onto you if you are in bed and the AC may need to be serviced more often for better cooling. I miss the larger-sized water bottles they used to provided, even though SG has clean water and a 7-11 is next door. The single elevator for six floors gets a lot of use and could use calibration. However, I do like its access at the rear, it reduces traffic near the front desk.

• Michaela (6/5): Lage zentral - Hotel: Lage zentral in Bugis, Waschmaschine und Trockner vorhanden, Personal freundlich Zimmer sehr klein: hatten ursprünglich ein Standardzimmer gebucht was klein ist. Hotel schrieb uns an, gegen ein Gebot auf eine andere Zimmerkategorie upzugraden (Deluxe King with Balcony, 30 qm). Haben wir gemacht, gelandet sind wir in einem Zimmer, man konnte gerade ums Bett rum laufen. Der Balkon war ein schmaler Austritt zwischen haushohen Außenwänden. Beschwichtigung: die 30 qm Zimmergrösse wären inkl. Balkon……. Klimaanlage bläst direkt aufs Bett, Erkältung garantiert

It was my first time in Singapore, and this hotel was near to places where I could get food and shopping in Buggis Junction and it's the mose safest Hotel. Even there is a bus station in front of the hotel. The staff is very friendly. I would recommend Victoria Hotel to anyone traveling to Singapore for holiday or business.

• Sylvia (3/5): Great location but premises need considerable maintenance - The staff were very friendly and helpful and dealt with the many issues relating to the rooms with patience and good nature. The hotel is also in a great location. There were so many problems with the rooms my friends and I were allocated! We took up the offer to bid for an upgrade to balcony rooms and wished we hadn't. The first room I was offered had a defective aircon unit, the fridge was completely iced up and the promised view from the balcony was non existent. The 'balcony' was a square concrete box and reeked of cigarette smoke. The second room offered was much better, but there were ongoing problems with the air-conditioning which, on one occasion completely stopped at 1am on the whole floor and wasn't fixed until 10am. The phone system throughout the hotel didn't work throughout our stay.

• Ovie (7/5): Good stay at Victoria hotel. - -housekeeping came daily -staff were polite and helpful -room clean and presentable - central location - easy to get to all the main attractions - seven eleven and restaurant right next door - 2 big shopping malls are close by (bugis +/ Suntec city), local markets/hawker stores all between 5-10 minute walk. -local buses right outside. - they offer many other services - such as holding your bag if you have to check out but have a late flight- which is good. -the view, my room was facing a brick wall - the walls are paper thin. I could hear people in their room talking and they weren’t even talking loudly. This was mostly a night time trying to sleep issue . Other than that everything was good.
• Lina (9/5): Comfortable room, great location. - The location is great. The staff was smiley and attentive, the free minibar was cool, there's a kind lady who is there to clean the room every day. Even though though the hotel is on a busy street, there was no noise from the cars passing by. Noise from the corridor can be heard in the room quite clearly. If you want to sleep in, you might wake up from the lady who is vacuuming around 11 am.

• Victor (8/5): - Very convenient location, close to virtually any place thanks to the many bus and MRT lanes nearby. Reception is open 24/7, very useful. Rooms were clean. Lack of cupboards or places to store clothes. A/C not very powerful.
• FERNANDO (8/5): Very convenient location with plenty of restaurants, good access to public transport. - Quiet room, comfortable bed. Room was spacious. No view from room, window faces a wall. But not too bad.
• Lai Ha (6/5): 地點旺中帶靜，因此這個房價的設備來說是略貴。 可能只有單人房才有這問題：太近升降機，到樓層的聲响太大。 - 地點好，巴士站十分近便。房內簡單，有免費飲品。枕具舒服。服務員有禮。 房間隔音十分差，除鄰房不斷在牆身發出噪音外，半夜同層人士出入關門十分響，令人嚇醒。因單人房對住升降機，到樓層的提示聲十分尖銳，聽得十分清楚，可調輕聲一點。澡室花洒頭不便使用，需修理。 另一間房的空調聲浪很大，經反映後修理兩次無效。可能是個別房間問題。 兩間單人房同價，但只有一間房有保險箱?

• Rolf (6/5): Upgrade and price not good value for money - Location Bought upgrade - got accommodated at room 203 - which was opposite a electrical panel with announciators. Also 1st night slamming doirs, and some niise of movement. Reported issue next kirning - git offered different room - but declined since I was only staying 2 nights and did not want to pack up again and unpack

• Melanie (6/5): i still find it good for location as its near to mrt, shopping and food centre - location, clean fresh sheets,price only on the second day then i realised that the hotel is used by ladies who serviced men, not sure they do it there or that hotel is treated as their hostel but i came with my family and to bump and share lift with them, im fine if they dress decently but most of the time, they are braless and my toddler can see their buttcheek!

• Anas (10/5): The best hotel I've stayed. Money well spent! - One of the best hotel that I've stayed during my travel. Room is big, amenities all working superbly. The staff is also very nice to me. Hotel also easily accessible to nearest MRT station. And bus stop is right in front of the hotel lobby. Cannot ask for anything more. My room is facing the main road, so the noise from the cars and also the traffic light countdown timer intruded into the room. I dont think anything can be done to counter this issue.
• Jaime-Lee (7/5): - The location was great and the staff were very friendly. You get snacks and water in mini bar, then the water was topped up each day for free. Reminded me of an up market back packers hostel. Very budget, beds are very hard and the bedding and towels are very old.
• Hjh Nurul (9/5): - Love the space quite big, comfortable bed, and always clean. There's bidet & Kiblat~~ Mineral water always refill & free mini bar 🩷 There is only 1 lift.
• Elina (6/5): - The location is in the city center, you can walk to most places that are in the city area including malls and restaurants. The rooms are at the back which seems like a separate building on its own, you need to carry your own luggage to the building behind, to access the elevator

• Paula (10/5): WONDERFUL - The location was really close to the mall, restaurants, MRT stations, coffee shops. The place is so cozy, staff are very friendly. Easy to check in, no issues at all. The hot shower was on and off but most of the time it was not working.
