- Elinor (10/5): One of the most delightful lodging experiences of my life. - This place was amazing. A beautiful property surrounded by vineyards, fruit orchards, and flowers. Views of the sea to one direction and the other of Mt.Etna. All the reviews rave about Giovanni, and how accurate they are! So warm, so hospital, so charming! He made us feel like family and constantly- without pestering - made sure we were happy. His breakfasts were a broad cornucopia of delicious food options laid out in a buffet. Eggs cooked to order. The best pastries I’ve had so far in my 3 weeks in Italy. The rooms were spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and spacious. This is the only place I ever stayed where, when I left, I had tears in my eyes to leave it. Book at once! Because it’s in the beautiful countryside it was a drive to anywhere; limited dinner options but those that Giovanni recommends are excellent with genuine atmosphere.

- Campo (10/5): Perfekter Bauernhof mit viel Getier: Enten, Hühner, Olivenhaine und auch eine Katze hat es da. - Das Frühstück bei Giovanni und seiner Familie war phänomenal. Es gab mehr als genug Süssigkeiten und auch einen feinen Cappuccino. Zudem empfahl uns Giovanni auch, obwohl wir zu später Stunde anreisten, da wir noch hungrig waren, einige Restaurants in der Gegend. Dies alles, obwohl unser Gastgeber unglücklicherweise nur ein Auge hatte.

Mycket bra att ha möjlighet till självhushåll eftersom utbudet av öppna restauranger var begränsat i påsktid. Vi hittade ett jättetrevligt ställe i den näraliggande byn Milo som sålde hemlagad, mycket god, traditionell mat att ta med. Fantastiskt vackert läge med ett snöklätt Etna på ena sidan och havet på den andra. Giovanni och hans fru var supergulliga och fanns till hands att svara på frågor och gjorde att vi fick en toppenvistelse och stannade en natt extra. Perfekt om man vill komma ifrån trafik och buller. Kan verkligen rekommendera en vistelse här!

- Edvige (10/5): Piacevole ritorno, questa volta in famiglia - L'ultima volta che sono stata al B&B Dimora dell'Etna era il 2017, un gennaio nevoso e super caratteristico. Dopo 8 anni sono tornata con la famiglia e ho ritrovato tutto, meglio di come lo ricordi. Ci siamo sentiti coccolati e accolti con grande cortesia e disponibilità dal proprietario. Stanza ampia, confortevole con tutto il necessario e colazione superba. Una posizione perfetta per una bella escursione sull'Etna che ci ha regalato una bella nevicata a Marzo. Insomma più di un B&B, casa senza essere a casa, andiamo via con la voglia di tornare prestissimo!
- Pia Luise (10/5): - Wir hatten eine unvergessliche Zeit bei Giovanni und seiner Familie. Giovanni ist unfassbar nett, zuvorkommend, immer erreichbar, herzlich und zuverlässig. Die Familie bereitet morgens liebevoll das Frühstück vor, mit frischem Kaffee und Eiern in unterschiedlichen Variationen. Das Gelände ist super gepflegt und es ist ruhig. Man wohnt am Hang des Äthnas und hat direkte Sicht auf das Meer. Wir haben ein kostenloses Upgrade für die Suite erhalten. Diese ist super ausgestattet, sehr sauber und hat eine tolle Terrasse. Ich hoffe, dass wir bald wieder die Möglichkeit haben, bei Giovanni Urlaub zu machen!

- Rebecca (10/5): A slice of heaven high on a hillside with views to the Ionian Sea and Mt Etna - This wonderful B&B was one of the highlights of our trip to Sicily. We were in the separate apartment called Aranciu and it was very spacious with a kitchenette and two outdoor seating areas. The expansive property could not be more beautiful or peaceful- with vineyards, olive groves and multiple fruit trees. We could see Mt Etna. Breakfast was plentiful with a slight change in the offerings every day. Key to the greatness of the stay was the energetic and friendly host Giovanni who helped us with info on sightseeing, cooking classes and day trips. His english was perfect. The pool was also beautiful if a little cold in October. This felt like a very authentic experience where we could relax comfortably and sit in the many outdoor spaces to enjoy a glass of wine overlooking the view to the sea- which was maybe 5 miles away. The views were incredible- at sunrise and sunset. Easy day trip to Mt Etna and Taormina. Highly recommend!!! Slightly warmer weather to enjoy the pool more!!

Giovanni and his wife were incredibly kind and welcoming; they truly made us feel at home. The accommodation is beautiful: not only the room, which was impeccably clean and comfortable, but also the entire surrounding area. The garden is lovely, with a great pool to relax by. The views are breathtaking — on one side you can see the sea, and on the other side Mount Etna. The breakfast was delicious and very generous, with plenty of fresh options. Giovanni’s hospitality and attention to detail were the cherry on top. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommended! /

- Karl (5/5): Niks bijzonder - niks Op de foto's zag het er veel beter dan in werkelijkheid. Heel beperkt huis. Ontvangst was niet hartelijk, gewoon vriendelijk. De ruimtes waren ok, maar niet overweldigend.
- Claire (10/5): Un cocon entre mer et Etna - L’accueil de Giovanni au petit soin pour que notre séjour se déroule le mieux possible. Il est très réactif quand on lui envoie un message. Toujours un petit mot gentil et il s’assure que tout va bien. Un très bon petit déjeuner également. Très bien situé pour visiter l’Etna, Catane et TaorminaMerci Giovanni de ton accueil

- lennartt4 (10/5): Super Kurztrip auf den Etna mit Entspannung am Pool - Giovanni ist ein sehr guter Gastgeber! Wir waren nur 3 Nächte zum Besuch des Etnas und Taormina dort. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Eigentlich gibt es alles was man braucht. Essen, Wasser, Pool, Bier und in der Umgebung ein paar nette Restaurants die super günstig sind. Zudem gibt es eigenen Wein und Olivenöl. Wir würden wiederkommen allein für den Ausblick! Eigentlich jammern auf hohem Niveau. Manchmal hatte das Internet Aussetzer was wahrscheinlich am alten Router lag. Es gibt kaum Supermärkte in der Nähe was man bedenken muss.

- Ute (10/5): A perfect base to explore eastern Sicily, with a spacious room, great breakfast, and a warm, welcoming host. - We had a wonderful 4-night stay at this charming B&B. Our spacious room with a balcony offered a distant but lovely view of the sea, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The location was ideal for visiting Mount Etna and nearby villages like Taormina, Castelmola, and Catania. We especially enjoyed the shared pool and the generous, delicious breakfasts each morning. Giovanni, our host, was very kind and made us feel welcome throughout our stay.

- Thomas (10/5): Unterkunft mit Wohlfühlcharakter in spannender Umgebung! - Unser Zimmer war für 4 Personen sehr geräumig, wir hatten ein Doppelbett, eine Schlafcouch sowie ein weiteres separates Bett. Dazu einen Whirlpool mitten im Zimmer, den wir aber nicht genutzt haben. Es gab 4 Stühle mit Tisch, so dass man im Zimmer essen konnte. Auch ein kleiner Kühlschrank war bereitgestellt. Des weiteren hatten wir einen Süd- sowie Ostbalkon (beide mit Blick auf das Meer), ausgestattet mit einem Wäscheständer. Wer möchte kann sich aus dem von den Gästen gemeinschaftlich genutzten Bereich Teller, Gläser, Besteck oder Küchenrolle holen, Tee kochen oder auch die Mikrowelle benutzen. Mit dem Frühstück waren wir rundum zufrieden. Man konnte sich morgens eine Eierspeise aussuchen, die dann frisch zubereitet wurde und auch beliebig nachbestellen. Darüber hinaus gab es ein Buffet mit Keksen, verschiedenen Kuchensorten, Joghurt, verschiedenen Marmeladesorten (auch hausgemachte), Müsli, Toast, frischen Saft, Tomaten, Gurke, Schinken und Käse. Eine Auswahl an verschiedenen Tees oder frischen Kaffee. Dazu gab es dann eine täglich wechselnde Auswahl an Gebäck (Schokohörnchen, Croissants etc.) sowie Brot. Den wunderschönen Pool haben wir leider nicht genutzt, da es uns morgens und abends dazu zu kühl war und wir unter Tags unterwegs waren um den Ätna und die umliegende Gegend zu erkunden. Der Blick zum Ätna von der Unterkunft aus ist klasse und die Lage an sich perfekt und auch nicht zu weit um sowohl zur Nord- und zur Südseite des Ätnas zu fahren. Alles in allem hatten wir einen hervorragenden Aufenthalt, bei dem es nichts zu bemängeln gab. Ganz lieben Dank an die herzliche Gastgeber- Familie!!! Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können nichts negatives berichten.

- Fayrouz (10/5): Little Gem in Milo - The place feels homy, the pool is so nice for the hot days and the best thing about it is the service. Giovanni and his family take amazing care of the guests and the place, they also make the best breakfast in the morning. The place is ideal for a quiet holiday, if you want to hike and stay in the mountains. Nothing, we loved it
