• marta lia (7/5): Lejos del centro pero superó mis expectativas - Los espacios, higiene, el personal, lo simple del sistema, el súper en frente, medios de transporte cercanos, la cocina bien equipada e impecable, la posibilidad de guardar el equipaje después del check out Lejos del centro turístico. Que no estuvieran los datos del wifi disponibles en el dormitorio. Subir 3 pisos por escalera con el equipaje, a tener en cuenta si se trata de personas mayores, con bebes o alguna discapacidad
• Erika (10/5): - Nice and friendly staff, we had a late evening check in. It was perfect. The room was pretty and extremely clean, usual breakfast we were super happy with our stay. We could even leave our luggages there! 10**** we would come back again! There was no fridge in the room. But for the price it was also fine!

• Owen (8/5): Location great and decent value for money - Location was perfect with shops nearby and very near main train station. Only 10 mins walk to the Stadthalle which was perfect was as I was in the city for Eurovision! Check in felt a bit rushed and I wasn’t really informed of where any of the hotel facilities were and had to find all these myself. Room was on the 3 floor and no lift (If there was I wasn’t made aware). This was ok for me but could be an issue for some.

• Nele (8/5): Alle waren zufrieden! - Hält, was sie verspricht. Gute Lage, perfekt für den Eurovision Song Contest. Die Wände waren etwas dünn.
• Hanna (6/5): Gut für einen kurzen Aufenthalt - Check-In sehr schnell und einfach, freundliche Mitarbeiterinnen, gute Lage, ca. 5 Minute zu Fuß vom Westbahnhof, ruhig in der Nacht. Das Zimmer wurde schlecht gelüftet, Steckdosen nur unten, also wenn das Bett oben ist, keine Chance das Handy aufzuladen. Das Zimmer wurde nicht ordentlich aufgeräumt, z.B. da lagen seit Tagen bereits verschimmelte Essensreste auf dem Tisch, die nicht weggeräumt wurde und im Badezimmer hat jemand stinkende Kleidung liegen lassen, die ebenfalls die ganze Woche über nicht weggeräumt wurde. An einem Tag war das mir ausgehändigte Handtuch verschwunden, ich hab gefragt, ob ich ein neues haben könnte, und mir wurde gesagt, man würde eine neues auf das Bett legen, dich dies wurde nie getan.

• Ali (7/5): Konum olarak fena bir yer değil ama çalışanlar doğru dürüst yardımcı olmuyorlar. - Kahvaltıları güzeldi, dışarıda yemekten çok daha ucuza geldi Çalışanlar suratsızdı. Odalarda şampuan bile yoktu.
• Ana (10/5): Vidí sa, že si dajú záležať na čistote, pedantnosti a všeobecnej upravenosti priestoru! BRAVO! - Všetko bolo čisté, krásny priestor. Vidí sa, že dbajú aj na estetiku. Mladíka v bare som nerozumela čo vyslovuje po anglicky. Vravela som mu, že na raňajky chcem klobásky a vajcia, ale on ma zle zrozumel, lebo som ani ja jeho nerozumela čo vyslovuje. Plus to mi nepovedali, že si mám všetko sama brať. Ja som čakala, že mi prinesú klobásky a vajcia a preto kombík, ktorý ma vozil domov, meškal so štartom. Nakoniec som nedostala to, ale som si potom našla salámu, maslo a iné. Kuchárka bola skvelá. Pochutnala som si i na koláči. Bol skvelý. Nie je toto nič strašné, len viacej komunikovať a povedať hosťom. Ináč som mile prekvapená týmto miestom a mestom! Ani v Paríži, ked som bola ubytovaná v hosteli, nebol taký príjemný, útulný, čistý a krásne zriadený ako tento! Skvelá cena za takýto krásny priestor!

Keine Steckdose im Bad, kein Stuhl im Zimmer, Dusche und WC nur mit verdrehtem Körper zugänglich. Sehr laut auch bei geschlossenem Fenster. Der Wucherpreis ist höchst ärgerlich...

• Asad (6/5): - The room was clean but small, bathroom was too small with sensor light that gets switched off very soon and then need a tall hand to re open, leaving you in dark. Also there is no brackets for shower and you have to hold it with one hand while bathing. There was no electric kettle allowed in the room. You can borrow a hair dryer by depositing money. There are no elevators to get up to 3rd floor. Wifi was good and a small table fan was provided for 3 people. No 24 hour reception desk is available. The location was close to train station.

• Paola (9/5): Lo consiglio se cercare un alloggio con pochi fronzoli, ma pulito, in ottima posizione per la metro. - Rapporto qualità-prezzo molto buono. Pulizia ottima. Posizione ottima, vicino alla stazione della metropolitana dove presenti molteplici varietà di cibo take away ed al LD per eventuale spesa. Ampia cucina a disposizione dove poter anche cucinare o consumare cibo pronto. Possibiltà di lasciare le valigie in deposito il giorno della partenza dopo aver lasciato la stanza. La struttura è dotata di un bel cortile interno dove presenti tavoli con sedie, dove purtroppo la notte o la mattina presto le persone si fermano a chiaccherare, senza curarsi delle persone che dormono. Trapunta del letto troppo pesante per il periodo di maggio. La nostra stanza non era dotata di aria condizionata, credo nei mesi estivi ciò possa costituire un limite.

• Christiane (8/5): Super Aufenthalt für Kurzttrip ! - Der Aufenthalt war perfekt für uns! Wir waren wegen dem Wings for Life Run in Wien und die Anbindung zum Westbahnhof und den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln war großartig. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit! Wir haben auch dort gefrühstückt und uns ist ins Auge gefallen, dass das Personal außerordentlich bemüht war, das Buffett und den Frühstücksraum sauber zu halten! 💛 Teilweise waren die anderen Gäste in der Nacht etwas laut- aber dafür kann man dem HOSTEL keinen Vorwurf machen

• Rebeca (6/5): Nice location, but very noisy - The Hotel is very close to the Westbahnhof, supermarkets, restaurants, etc. It is a very nice area to stay. The check-in and -out process was also very quick and I didn't have any problems in that regard. I stayed in a room with windows to the street and it was very noisy, the whole night. Even with the windows closed, I could still perfectly hear cars passing by. Walls are also very thin and I could hear people moving in the corridor. So I don't recommend staying here if you are a light sleeper.

• Philipp (6/5): A good economy place for a business trip - The room and the whole hotel were perfectly clean. The window blinds are completely dark. The location is convenient as the subway is within a few minutes walking distance. The sign "use at your own risk" on the shower cabin looked intimidating. The street outside is noisy all day and night, and the window does not suppress the noise.

• Florencia (5/5): Suficiente para dormir y seguir viaje - Me alojé una noche y, sin grandes expectativas, la experiencia fue aceptable para una estadía corta. Los colchones eran bastante finos y las camas no tenían privacidad ni enchufe individual. Al llegar por la noche, me habían dejado las sábanas sobre la cama para hacerla yo misma. El wifi no llegaba bien a la habitación y hacía bastante calor durante la noche. Como puntos positivos, ofrecen guardado de equipaje sin cargo y la cocina está bien equipada con utensilios para poder cocinar. Sobre todo, destaco la atención de Adrián, que fue muy amable y servicial. En cuanto a la atención de la joven que habia por la mañana, no me sentí del todo cómoda con la forma de trato recibida.

• Christina (1/5): Very bad experience. Never again. - I am glad I booked only for one night. The room was very dirty. There was a very strong smell even after opening the window and I didn't manage to sleep at night. The door of the room was broken so you had to drag it hard and make much noise to close it. The bed sheets of really bad quality. The were really unpleasant (hard or a bit sticky) and seemed very old and worn. The bunk beds also very old and uncomfortable. The common areas were clean only early in the morning. I asked to change room and the staff told me that there is no such option. There was a very small number of plugs for charging in the common areas and non of them close to the bed. The lockers are old, some broken.

• Monika (9/5): - Es war alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Das Personal sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer und Bad sauber. Der einzige Punkt wo wir Kritik aussprechen war der Kaffee beim Frühstück...für uns nicht genießbar...aber wahrscheinlich reine Geschmacksache, und es gab ja auch noch Tee oder Kakao als Alternative. Ansonsten gutes und reichliches Frühstücksbuffet. Wir werden sicher wieder kommen wenn wir in Wien sind.

You go pee at night and wake everyone up with the bathroom fan going on for another 10 or more minutes. There was heavy furniture moving in several rooms at 8 am, making bombing like wall shaking noise...why??? On Saturday. 😭

• MARINE (9/5): - La chambre correspond aux photos. Le personnel est gentil et l'arrivée et le départ facile. Les murs sont assez fins, on entend facilement le bruit alentour. La ventilation dans la salle de bain fait un bruit d'avion de chasse (elle n'est allumée que lorsque la salle de bain est utilisée).

Ter eles lá ou não ter eles dá no mesmo; tudo eu busquei informação por conta própria. Sem falar que foi solicitado um pre-checkin online. Ou seja, a pessoa que estava na recepção não tem utilidade manter o emprego dela. Em trabalhos que podem ser automatizados a importância de ter pessoas é para manter um contato mais humano e acolhedor, o que não ocorreu neste hostel e com as pessoas que me atenderam na recepção.

• Echeverry (6/5): Mala escogencia, gran aprendizaje. - La ubicación cerca a todos los medios de transporte posibles en viena, el wte hubieran ordenado la habitación a pesar de que solo estuvimos 2 noches. El desayuno del primer día, a pesar de las limitadas opciones, pero los huevos estaban deliciosos. La persona de recepción del sábado y domingo en la mañana, cero empatia y amabilidad. La estrechez de la habitación, no colocan jabón en la ducha, el domingo el desayuno muuuuy débil, las opciones más limitadas y ni siquiera ofrecieron huevos. La cama terrible, no tienen colchón sino colchoneta, se sienten las tablas. Pero, la selección fue nuestra, nos aventuramos y fallamos. Sin duda el más débil de los hoteles que oferta booking
