• abdeslam (7/5): Une nuit dans la nouvelle ville de Fès! - Établissement très propre et bien situé, très calme la nuit, pas de parking privé mais on peut se garer facilement dans la rue. Un bon petit déjeuner copieux. Franchement cet hotel de 3* était nettement mieux qu'un hotel de 4* dans une autre ville. Bravo à vous. Rien à dire!

Confort correct piscine en rénovation. Bagagerie possible sans supplément appréciée. Que l'hôtel ne puisse pas nous fournir une petite bouteille d'eau vu qu'on ne peut pas boire l'eau du robinet. Au minimum une petite bouteille par chambre serait appréciable. Petite supérette à proximité, certes... A 25 min à pied de la médina ça fait un peu de sport sinon les petits taxis ne passent pas loin.

• Ashley (1/5): Old dirty boring - The location Breakfast was extremely dry and boring. The hotel was due a renovation 30 years ago. The bathroom was horrible, and unfortunately, a necklace went missing from our room. The staff obviously denied this and didn't help at all.
• Ruth (10/5): Beautiful pool. - Fabulous pool size! Was perfect for when hot sunny day. The staff were so helpful with booking our train ticket. Much appreciated Their coffee are always lukewarm or cold... No bar area for me to order drinks whilst sunbathing.

• Camila (7/5): Decent stay - Flexibility. happy to help , mostly the guy during the day turn, he helped us to get by in Fes. that since my flight got cancelled because of the Spain outage, airline got us free accommodation in another hotel , and we knew this as we arrived and they wouldn't leave us leave without paying, sometimes there are time where ppl has to be aware the this kind of things happen and be empathetic. Breakfast has room to improve.

We had little ants/mites of some kind in our room, and the bathroom drains smelled bad; an unfortunate fact for the room as we couldn't shut the bathroom door.

• Davy (5/5): Passable - When turning on the air conditioner, it smells like dust. They should service the air conditioner. I had to change rooms because there was an issue with the first room. The bathroom was not up to standard. I asked to reserve a taxi, but it was not possible, so I had to look for a taxi on the street. The breakfast was a joke. I saw a couple of bugs in the bathroom.

• Clair (8/5): Clean hotel with helpful and friendly staff - It was clean with a spacious room which was clean. Breakfast had a fair selection. Staff were helpful. Nothing really. A little bit dated But it is a good 45 walk away from the medina. Watch for local taxis and insist they put the meter on

• Hozepha (7/5): Good - The overall cleanliness of the room sheets and common areas. The location was great as well in the new town easily accessible to the old city and Medina by red cab. The pool was great as well since I went in September and the weather was still great. The constant smell coming from the bathroom pipes. I I wasn't the first customer to notice that. Several rooms have this issue. Another thing is and still depends on the room according to other guests I had been chatting with during the nice included l breakfast was that the AC in the room works, however it's a bit old and rusty thus it might make dome noise.

• Andrew (7/5): Fairly good & relaxing - Location is good, as well parking, & room was fair, but better with balcony or poolside. , my room was clean & attended by reliable staff.. Breakfast is fair, but could improve with different choice of style, apart from boiled eggs, as well to add fresh juice, & good olive oil...this is breakfast for me, but with swimming pool & cleanliness, i'd have to give this solid 7.5 rating Many smaller things takeaway from higher rating such as breakfast items, T.V needs other channels, & maybe lighting & small fridge would be a bonus

The pool looked very inviting but it was too cold for us still. However we enjoyed having something to drink sat around it. I'd change the light in the lift. It is a bit dark in there 😎

Breakfast provided was good and the staff were really kind. The amenities in the room could have been a little better. At least some water or a water boiler in the room can be provided. Wifi was a little weak in the room.

• Nicholas (8/5): Good value hotel in the Nouvelle Ville - Clean, tidy, helpful staff. Ok breakfast. Convenient for the CTM bus station and the train. This is nothing to do with the hotel but I want them to be aware. I asked the reception to book me a transfer to the airport. I asked how much it would be and they told me 200 dhirams. But when we got to the airport the driver asked for 250 and of course he had no change and took 260. It’s not a big deal but it’s irritating.

• Ahmed (1/5): Was amazing...but 1 person absolutley ruined everything. - Receptionist in glasses was only interested in watching the African cup football game than doing his job. getting aggressive & shouting for the police while touching me several times after I asked politely asked for him not to do so. all this coming from me going to visit my mother who is disabled & on crutches before I came back to London. I understand safeguarding & culture, however I had no chance to explain myself over someone shouting and being very up in my face aggressive. Its safe to say me & my family/ friends will never stay in this establishment ever again. The person in question is a disgrace to the hospitality industry that We work in & a slap in the face for Our Moroccan hospitality, I'm very ashamed & disappointed.

• Queen (1/5): I’m never going back - The staff was nice. The room was filled with cockroaches not clean and they were on the bed! I stayed for 4 hours and left and they still made me pay the full price even tho i told them the problem.

• Miyako (10/5): Amazing staff and good location from/to airport. - The location is outside of Medina, so you can go to the entrance with taxis. Good to access from the airport. The reception help my friend to withdraw cash from the atm and let us eat early breakfast for the next destination. It was amazing for me but just aware It is not riads.
