- Ruth (9/5): Great location, good rooms, very friendly and welcoming staff and good food. - Breakfast - great selection, simple, but lots of hot & cold choices. The bedroom was lovely - clean, fresh, and a combination of modern and traditional. (new furniture/bathroom but old closet). The views are lovely. We travelled mid October and there was no blankets in the room. This could have been provided as it is a little chilly early mornings.

- Yuliya (9/5): Amazing family time - We had an amazing family holiday in a truly lovely place with exceptionally caring and responsive employees. From the very first moment, you can see and feel how much the staff genuinely care about the service they provide. We arrived after midnight and, to our surprise, were welcomed with facilities that ensured we were fed and comfortable — such thoughtful hospitality! The first couple of days were windy, especially our very first day. Of course, we cannot ask kindness from Mother Nature, but what we did receive was kindness from the hotel. On day one, we received a call from the customer relationship manager, Stefanos, who was incredibly helpful. He took the time to understand our wishes and preferences, and he organised some wonderful trips for the days when the weather wasn’t ideal. Stefanos even arranged an unforgettable boat trip to Crissi Island, which we absolutely loved. Thanks to his guidance, we discovered hidden Greek gems and enjoyed the island from many different perspectives. Stefanos truly made a difference to our holiday, turning what could have been a limitation into an opportunity to explore even more. Once the weather settled, it became the perfect place for a relaxing family holiday. The kids were thrilled with the slides and loved exploring the underwater life in the sea. The WiFi worked perfectly, the food was varied and delicious, and the options were regularly changing. We also enjoyed water sports! 🔥Overall, everything exceeded our expectations. We would definitely recommend this place for families looking for a mix of relaxation, adventure, and genuine hospitality! The only small point we noticed was that the evening entertainment was mainly in French — which is perfectly fine, but a translation or some inclusiveness for non-French speakers would make it even better, as otherwise you can feel a little left out.

- Sandrine (9/5): Nous avions une superbe vue sur la piscine, on se sent bien dans cet hôtel, je le recommande. - Les petits déjeuners et repas du midi et du soir étaient bons et variés. L’établissement était propre, la piscine nettoyée tout les matins et l’eau claire. Le personnel était à l’écoute et les chambres faites tous les jours. Concernant le panier repas, une ou deux tranches de charcuterie serait mieux qu’une tranche de fromage sec. Concernant le restaurant pour lequel il faut réserver, je ne trouve pas que les plats proposés soient exceptionnels, finalement lequel buffet est mieux.
- Roberto (10/5): Hotel genial para vacaciones en familia. El año próximo volveremos - El hotel está en una ubicación excelente, tiene playa privada con muchísimas hamacas, todo es perfecto. Los trabajadores son muy atentos y amables, las piscinas están realmente bien para niños y adultos con toboganes. La animación es muy activa y aunque solo hablan en francés los espectáculos de la noche son muy buenos. Toda la familia hemos disfrutado muchísimo de esta semana. Nos ha encantado
- Marisa (7/5): Deludente per considerarlo un 5 stelle - Personale reception,addetti al bar e camerieri molto cortesi e disponibili, ci hanno assegnato camera più grande di quella che ci spettava e fatto check-in anticipato in base al ns orario di arrivo. Spiaggia morbida di sassolini ma non sono necessarie scarpette,mare blu pulitissimo e cristallino subito fondo ma piacevole per bagno, lettini spiaggia gratuiti anche se alcuni non sostituiti nonostante siano rotti e sfondati e tutti sprovvisti di materassino,buffet ricco e ottimo sempre ben rifornito anche se si arriva all'ultimo,parcheggio sempre disponibile. A parte la Hall d'ingresso e le camere probabilmente ristrutturate la struttura nelle parti comuni credo abbia bisogno di un bel restauro non degna di un 5 stelle, la piscina centrale è dotata di pochissimi lettini di cui alcuni rotti, wc spiaggia, piscina e ristorante sempre sporchi e vecchi, ascensore pure ma comunque funzionante, ammiro l'impegno del gruppo animatori ma visto il primo la seconda sera non ci torni, materassi letti vecchi con gobbe troppo fastidiose per dormire,avendo all inclusive lunch box richiesto in vista di un 'escursione composto da un toast neanche tostato con una sola fetta di formaggio e mezza foglia di insalata,niente affettato, fettina di torta che si sbriciolava in mano tanto era sottile,mela acerba e arancia di già marcia,per fortuna bottiglietta d'acqua per poter deglutire almeno il toast.
- daniela elena (10/5): great location - · Location is great. The hotel is located on the beach and you can reach the sea in 5 minutes from you room. Room: being a family with 2 kids we have rented a family apartment (2 rooms and a shared bathroom) - which was perfect. It had a huge loge and the sea could be seen on the windows. The beds where comfortable with conditional air, one fridge, TV-s and nothing in addition you could want. Food: our booking was in "all inclusive" mode - so we have enjoyed 3 meals/day. The food was more than enough for all tastes. You could find all type of food and in sufficient quantities and each one can choose how much and what to eat. For sure much more food than you have at home :) Fun: aquatic park - very nice for small kids. The swimming pool - huge enough and with young people to animate the activities and bring more fun to the guests of the hotel. The beach has not sand but small stones - you can walk without dedicated shoes. And it was great that after a bath in the sea to lay down on the beach to be warm by the sun. The hotel representative: GREAT! we have been invites for a meeting with a hotel manager and we have spent a delightful 1 hour. Having a rented car, we have received recommendations for trips and visits in the east of the island. Great tips and ideas and we have appreciated the explanations and the ideas considering that some of the information could not be necessary be found on the internet. - Samuele (3/5): This resort looks and feels closer to a 3-star hotel! - Staff: Generally friendly and helpful; the morning manager was outstanding. Room: the family room was nice and spacious. Beach: lovely, though not ideal for small children due to strong rip currents. Kids Club: great service, with multilingual support. Dining Experience: there is only 1 restaurant for the whole resort. The buffet layout caused crowding and confusion. Guests often rushed to food as it was replenished, which could be avoided with better station setup and flow. The food did not reflect a 5 star hotel: many dishes didn't taste good. Coffee: breakfast coffee was poor quality and not what you'd expect at this level. Smoking Policy: smoking is allowed almost everywhere outdoors, including terraces and bars. A designated area would greatly improve comfort for non-smokers. One evening show (in German) was effectively unwatchable due to thick smoke in the outdoor terrace area. Beach Facilities: umbrellas and sunbeds are old and worn. Simply updating them would give the entire resort a much-needed visual and functional upgrade. Cleanliness & Guest Conduct: there were frequent issues with littering, particularly on the beach. Some guests showed little regard for shared spaces or the environment, which detracted from the overall experience. While it’s understandable that people come from a variety of backgrounds, the wide gap in expectations and behavior among guests made the atmosphere feel less cohesive and less premium than what you’d expect at this price point. Entertainment: all amphitheater shows were in French, which felt very alienating for non-French-speaking guests!
- Milan (8/5): - Snídaně byla jednotvárná, celý pobyt bez změny. Lokalita vynikající Stravování. Celý pobyt jsem si připadal jak v závodní kuchyni. Pocit využít max polotovarů a vydělat. Stravování pro děti bez nápadů, nebylo z čeho vybírat. Využíval jsem all exclusive v resortech po celém světě, ale jen zde jsem se setkal, že baru se za koktejly platí!

- Effie (8/5): - The staff friendliness, exterior hotel grounds and beach were the best aspects of this hotel. The sea was crystal clear (pebble beach). The pools were clean and the mini slides in the kid's pool were good fun for younger kids. Unfortunately, it's not a 5 star luxury hotel as advertised. It's catered for French speaking families regarding the day time and evening activities which was not advertised and we therefore couldn't participate so we had to find ways to entertain the kids. The main water slides are for 7+ year olds and are on a schedule which again was not advertised and we couldn't make full use of this facility (on only during lunch time and at 16.30). The food provided is limited and average quality. The indoor premises lacked decor and warmth, like a blank canvas. There were some issues around correct towelvand coffee provisions for the rooms, the room phone not working, the bathroom flooding after a shower (especially the room with the shower curtain which was old and stained), no room service, no cream in the room for coffee as not something they supply, the toilet roll handle falling off the wall, old mattresses (could feel the springs), tired room decor (closet, doors, chair), tired beach umbrellas (and very low so even the kids knocked their head a couple times let alone the adults). The all inclusive doesn't include Greek coffee. The afternoon snack was just biscuits/cake. The bar closed at 11pm. Overall, a pleasant beach holiday but only a 3 star hotel.
- Romanar (7/5): Nice beach, but hotel not 5* - Our room was quite spacious, with large terrace overlooking the pool area, we really liked that. Bathroom was large with comfy walk-in shower. Beach is nice, with crystal clear water and enough sunbeds and umbrella so no need for "towel race" :-). Restaurant has enough tables so there were no queues, plus the sea view is nice. The hotel does not meet 5* standard. If it was ranked 4*, I would be nicer. I missed the 5* treats like real orange juice, not the aweful postmix sugary water in the colour of the fruit, and egg bar where you can order e.g. omelettes. Fruit offer at breakfast was disappointing. Bread variety was good, though. For lunch and dinner, we always found something to eat, but especially the meat offer was not good, I mostly ate vegetables and feta cheese, sometimes fish was nice. The sweet bar was good. Drinks were mediocre - local pseudo-cola light was really bad. Unfortunately we could not complete our stay because of the wildfire blaze nearby, we had to evacuate - and this is what I have many complaints about - how this was treated by hotel stuff. Upon the first rapid alarm warning at noon, receptionists assured us there was no risk, everything was allegedly fine. When I asked about potential evacuation plan, they were unable to answer, had absolutely no idea... A few hours later, the evacuation was necessary and there was chaos, no information... Finally, when I could see orange flames behind the hill, I decided to evacuate myself and my girls on my own, paid for taxi and for another hotel. Of course, hotel would not reimburse us for the 3 unused days so it cost me a lot. I understand the fire was not their fault, but I do not like such treatment.
- Alvin (9/5): Wonderful stay with outstanding service - We had a great stay at Mare Blue Hotel! I especially want to highlight the incredible help from the hotel’s guest relations manager, Stephanos. When my son hurt his toe, Stephanos immediately called a doctor and even followed us to the clinic just across the road. He stayed with us until the doctor arrived and was incredibly friendly and supportive throughout. His kindness truly made a difference. The hotel staff overall are also very friendly and helpful. The hotel has its own private beach with crystal clear water just next to the hotel – a perfect place to relax. The food was varied and the French animation team added a fun and lively atmosphere to the stay. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and would definitely recommend Mare Blue to others. It can be a bit windy at times, but otherwise the beach is beautiful.

- Svitlana (10/5): Best place to relax - The staff were really polite and friendly - there was a relaxed atmosphere about the hotel. You could see that it was really well maintained and very clean as the staff were readily available throughout the day. Beautiful surroundings, great facilities. Everything super clean, comfortable rooms and a great view from the balcony in sea view rooms. The hotel has its own beach with sun-beds and umbrellas as well as swimming pools. Sunbeds and umbrellas available at all times. On the beach there are different water sports available. The food was excellent all around. Lots of choices in the buffet restaurant. All-inclusive program is top-notch (with high quality food and drinks all included in the price) SMOKING every place, on the beach, on the balcony, on the evening at piano bar. What can do people who is not smoking. We paid the same money. I think the management need to think about this and try to accommodate not smoking tourist to. This resort have a lot of potential to do this: separate the room on the building(left side not smoking right for smoking) - just example, same the beach area and the bar.

- Alan (6/5): - Tired property in need of updating to bring it back to modern day standards.staff were friendly and hotel clean. Food choices were poor and basic at all mealtimes. No pool bar, sun beds whilst plentiful no cushions. Outdoor gym was broken and inadaquate. Rooms were spacious but family room additional beds were very poor small and extremely uncomfortable , no room facilities water was not replenished during g stay . Housekeeping turned up at 8am . Barely all inclusive

My son loved the mini golf The water/beach is one of our favorites Food for all inclusive had a lot of choices (salads could do with a bit more variety) but all in all it was good Hotel still needs a lot of work New room but they have kept some of the old furniture Spa staff (they are not part of the hotel but very rude they spoiled the work of the rest of the staff that were so polite and friendly)
