• Del Machado (1/5): A pior experiência de hospedagem que tivemos em Lisboa” - Sinceramente, o único ponto mais ou menos positivo foi a localização relativamente próxima de alguns pontos turísticos de Lisboa ( que por sinal horrivel,sujos e fétidos!!. Pra que se tenha uma certa ideia,o local que ficamos se parece muito com uma favela e o cheiro com a praça da Sé em São Paulo! Porém, isso não compensou de forma alguma as péssimas condições da hospedagem, o cheiro insuportável, a falta de limpeza, o desconforto e o atendimento com descaso que recebemos durante a estadia. Nossa experiência na Residencial Flor dos Cavaleiros foi simplesmente horrível e extremamente decepcionante. Sinceramente, uma das piores hospedagens em que já ficamos. O quarto estava completamente sem condições de receber hóspedes. Assim que entramos, fomos atingidas por um cheiro fortíssimo e insuportável de cigarro misturado com esgoto. O odor era tão intenso que causava náusea ao entrar no banheiro e tornava impossível permanecer no quarto por muito tempo. Mesmo deixando a janela aberta por bastante tempo, o cheiro horrível permanecia impregnado no ambiente inteiro. Tivemos que comprar um aromatizador elétrico de tomada para tentar amenizar o cheiro e conseguir dormir minimamente. A limpeza era péssima e ficou muito claro que o quarto não havia sido devidamente limpo antes da nossa chegada. Encontramos sujeira espalhada pelo chão, incluindo espinha de peixe e restos/pontas de cigarro. Os tapetes eram horríveis, com aparência de sujos e mal cuidados, aumentando ainda mais a sensação de falta de higiene. Os cobertores tinham cheiro forte de roupa suja e guardada há muito tempo. A cama era extremamente desconfortável. O teto apresentava manchas de infiltração, dando sensação de abandono e falta total de manutenção. O ambiente era tão desagradável que passávamos o dia inteiro na rua apenas para evitar ficar naquele quarto. Não conseguimos descansar, relaxar ou aproveitar minimamente a hospedagem. Além de toda a estrutura precária, o atendimento foi marcado por descaso e falta de empatia. Ao chegarmos, fomos informadas de que o quarto ficava no terceiro andar. Estávamos com 8 malas e, ao demonstrar surpresa e preocupação com a quantidade de bagagens e escadas, o atendente respondeu com tom de deboche e ironia: “É sim, no terceiro! Agora você está no primeiro, só precisa subir mais dois andares.” Em nenhum momento ele se ofereceu para ajudar com as malas, mesmo vendo claramente a dificuldade da situação.

• damascheno (7/5): Buena opción para bajo presupuesto - La ubicación es perfecta, en pleno centro. El barrio es arquitectónicamente Lisboa pero no hay un solo lisboeta, parece Pakistán. De todas formas no he sentido peligro en ningún momento. El lavabo y bidé dentro de la habitaciòn son muy útiles.Para el precio desorbitado que se paga en Lisboa por dormir, es una opción absolutamente recomendable si tu presupuesto es ajustado. El barrio es arquitectónicamente Lisboa pero no hay un solo lisboeta, parece Pakistán. De todas formas no he sentido peligro en ningún momento, solo que choca ver tantos turbantes en una calle y un barrio tradicional de Lisboa.

• István (4/5): A tisztaság erős fejlesztésre szorul, pedig jó adottságok lennének - Nagyon jó az elhelyezkedés. Sokminden közel volt: metró, villamos, boltok, pékség, látnivalók. Nem volt probléma az éjjeli érkezés. A design retro, nekem tetszett. A takarítás kimerült a törölközők cseréjében, az ágyak elrendezésében és a kukák ürítésében, de a szoba koszos volt. Rengeteg port és hajszálat találtunk. A fürdőszoba ajtaja nem működött. Az ablakunk egy épületek közötti kis résre nézett, velünk szemben egy emeletes ágyas szállás volt, kölcsönösen beláttunk egymás ablakán. Illetve egy étterem konyhája is a közelben volt, így nagyon erős ételszag jött be az étterem zárásáig. Így elég nehéz volt szellőztetni. Érkezéskor a lépcsőházban egy hatalmas csótány fogadott, ezt eltapostam, de még két napig ott volt a teteme.

Por isso passamos muito calor. Não tem elevador ficamos no 3 andar e foi pouco desgastante subi e desce sempre q necessário. Custo benefício bom porq boa localização só isso de resto não me agradou . Enkelt att checka in och ut.Bra utbud av restauranger och butiker inom en halv kilometer från boendet. Själva läget, även om allt är mycket nära, är bedrövligt. Väldigt smutsigt, många uteliggare och narkomaner gör platsen hyggligt otrevlig att vistas på. Men bara ett torg bort blir det bra igen. Har man några som helst mobilitetsproblem borde man välja ett annat ställe då detta hotell har smala branta trappor och ingen hiss.

The worst part was the bathroom; it smelled terrible, and we had to keep the door shut just to be able to sleep. We believe the smell was coming from the sink, though we’re not entirely sure. I paid for breakfast but didn't end up eating because I want to avoid the clerk on duty. The staff who worked the overnight shift. He doesn't say hi and needlessly mean. I wouldn't be surprised if he's racist. The lady and the young man working the day and evening shift was friendly enough. I would definitely tell everyone I know who's not Caucasian to avoid that hotel. However clean the room or the location was, doesn't compensate for that one staff.

• Christopher (10/5): A wonderful hotel great food and lovely staff - Yes I trvelled to Lisbon to run the half marathon and had used booking.com to find a place to stay initially .. when I arrived at this venue I was most disappointed by its location cleanliness and facilities . I had seen your hotel earlier and thought it looked very nice . So I returned to yours and asked for a room at the last minute I was dealt with by a lovely female assistant I think her name was aura or something similar she was extremely polite and helpful and she found me a room . I had a fabulaous room and ordered room service to which the waiter was very helpful and polite . The spag boll was off the chart it was so tasty I had a lovely breakfast this morning and alllowed to leave my stuff to run the marathon I returned and was also allowed to shower which I am most grateful All in all 10/10 and thank you Nothing

Breakfast was a basic but with limited choice. An abundance of coffee. The hotel was on a fairly noisey street. The room was on the fourth floor and there was no lift. Conversations and noise from the other rooms could be heard in the room.

A smile from their side will be not so bad. Also, the smell in the bathroom was terrible. Breakfast... please no!! The breakfast room stinks like sewage and the coffee heated in the microwave.

• Susan (1/5): Rough, dirty, smelly, noisy. - Leaving. The area is very rough. There were fights outside the hotel, lots of drug users and rough sleepers. A man was arrested outside (and we only stayed one night!). We had booked for three nights, but had to leave because it was so bad. There were insects in the room, the bathroom drains stunk, it was so noisy all night. We tried to get a refund for the two nights we didn't stay but the hotel refused. Really awful place.
• Chris (5/5): Stayed here a few times, probably won't again, the location is amazing though. - Location is brilliant, Martim Monitz is a bit scary glance, but its close to the city centre and metro so its all good, no issues with the area it just seems scary. Breakfast is basic but its nice, the rooms are nice to look at, but this time our bed was almost not worth sleeping it, mattress was rock hard. However the bed we had last time wasn't. The smell of the drains, comfort of bed, the noise from outside and I think other guests in the hotel but not sure exactly on that. We have stayed here before and booked again because we loved it, this time it wasn't quite a good because the toilet and drains stank, the bed was uncomfortable and the noise was so loud, we had a room next to the window last time and it was much quieter than this time, I get it that the hotel is in a bust little area, but it seemed absolute carnage this year compared to last time.
• Fernandes (8/5): One Night Stay - We stayed one night before leaving the country, and the room was small as expected but very clean with fresh linens and towels. The shared bathroom was also very clean. It's in an older part of Lisbon with tons of little shops and walking distance from many sites, including the Rio Tejo, the Praça de Comerçio, all kinds of shops a d countless restaurants ans cafés. We would stay again but for a longer stay would upgrade to an in-room bath (personal preference). I booked online for a main floor room but didn't get one. I don't know if this was a website issue or missed by the Pensâo.

Quality-price is terrible but it is not the guilt of the Residence but of the Booking who controls the prices
