• PIERPAOLO (8/5): Arezzo e dintorni - Sicuramente rispetto al precedente B&B qui il sig. Fabio è stato gentile, si è dato disponibile per il check in al nostro arrivo (nessun documento in anticipo via chat con rischio frode). L'orario della disponibilità della camera era dalle 16:00 ma ci mi ha contattato all'ora di pranzo per avvisarci che la stanza era pronta. Potevo scegliere l'orario a mia descrizione in base alle varie visite (prenotate) e lui mi ha spettato. All'arrivo ci ha aperto la porta , ci ha offerto un presente di benvenuto, accompagnati in camera spiegando tutte le varie opzioni e funzioni. Disponibilità di 2 bottiglie da litro di acqua. varie attenzioni. Ci ha fornito eventuali sue proposte di ristoranti per la cena ( anche se alcuni piuttosto turistici). Temperatura interna regolabile a piacere. Dotazione in bagno completa, presente un buon phon per le signore. Ci ha lasciato le chiavi per entrare o uscire a nostro piacere. Distanza dal centro circa 15' a piedi La camera non ha grandi dimensioni, e molti oggetti di arredo (il gusto è personale ). Avrei gradito una capsula per un caffè. piuttosto che le caramelle. Quello che mi aspettavo era un letto un po' piu comodo, sia materasso che cuscino sono molto morbidi, troppo, per un buon riposo. Il piccolo parcheggio vicino è a pagamento escluso i festivi (ma ogni 2 ore scade e va rinnovato). Altrimenti bisogna andare più lontano ma poi trasportarsi il trolley per circa 800 metri. Per stesso problema di altro B&B avrei gradito trovare la Ricevuta pronta, dato che il pagamento è stato richiesto in anticipo. Le RICEVUTE vanno fatte: non attendere che il cliente la chieda.
• Michele Sanfilippo (10/5): - Erano anni che non venivo ricevuto da un host come Fabio. Siamo stati accolti con professionalità ma soprattutto garbo e gentilezza. Fabio ha messo a disposizione la sua conoscenza del territorio, suggerito percorsi, passeggiate, negozi, e una grande platea di posti dove cenare. Accogliente ed attento alle nostre necessità senza risultare invadente. La stanza affaccia su una strada tranquilla, fornita di tutto il necessario per un comodo soggiorno. Apprezzabile la presenza del necessario per un caffè od un té in camera. Impeccabile la pulizia, comodo il letto, il bagno piccolo ma funzionale e dotato di tutto. Un posto dove tornare a soggiornare e ritrovare una persona squisita.

He was absolutely delighted with the place and the warm welcome he received- this is what he had to say: I couldn't recommend this B and B more. It is located in a beautiful building very close to the centre of Arezzo. The room was exceptionally well equipped, and had everything you could possibly need and more. The bed was also extremely comfortable. Fabio was a very kind, welcoming, and helpful host and gave me lots of recommendations for exploring the city. I would definitely pay a return visit in the future! Nothing

La stanza è dotata di ogni comfort, acqua e kit cortesia in bagno . Il plus è certamente la professionalità e l’ospitalità di Fabio che è stato un padrone di casa presente ma discreto allo stesso tempo, ci ha dato dei preziosi consigli e ci ha accolto nel migliore dei Modi . • Sebastian (10/5): Sehr schöne und individuell eingerichtete Zimmer bei einem tollen Gastgeber - Fabio ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber, der uns persönlich geholfen hat, den Parkplatz der Unterkunft mit dem Auto zu finden. Er hat uns sehr freundlich das Zimmer gezeigt und uns viele Empfehlungen für Arrezzo gegeben. Das Zimmer ist sehr individuell, schön und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Es wurde uns kostenlos Wasser zur Verfügung gestellt. Wir konnten auch Tee im Zimmer trinken und haben Schokolade und Kekse erhalten. Es war alles sehr sauber. Die Lage ist hervorragend, um Arezzo zu entdecken. Es gab nichts, was uns enttäuscht hat. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

He personally showed me the property and offered a list of recommended places to eat and drink. There was a coffee making machine in the room along with snacks for breakfast. Great location.

Un solo asciugamani-doccia per 2 persone è certamente una svista. La camera risulterebbe sicuramente più vivibile e meno opprimente se si "alleggerisse" l'arredamento. Lampadario, appliques, specchi, etc. : troppi e troppo grandi per quella stanza!

Rooms are small but cozy, clean and have coffee machine (nespresso style). Localization is few minutes from the city heart. There is a city parking in the near (Parking Sant' Agostino or u can park at the via rodi). When coming by car and using GoogleMaps watch out to not get into old town (it's closed for traffic except for weekends but google was trying to get us through it).
