• Vanessa (6/5): - Photoshop Endgegner. Das Personal war allerdings im Großen und Ganzen sehr nett und zuvorkommend.
• Azra (4/5): - Personal war sehr freundlich und die Lage von Hotel war Zentral. Alles anderes Zimmer ( schreckliche übles Geruch aus der Badezimmer trotz geschlossene Tür ganze Zimmer hat gestunken. Sanitären und Rest teilweise kaputt . Flur Teppich schmutzig sowie Treppen Teppich. Erste Zimmer war nicht sauber Haare in der Dusche. Frühstück .. Eier mit viel Milch und Rest. Das kann mann als hotel nicht nennen, vielleicht Hostel oder Notunterkunft. Schrecklich und nie wieder absolut Renovierung bedürftig

• Wissem (10/5): - Hôtel très bien situé dans le quartier de Sultanahmet. Proches des principaux sites, mosquées, grand bazar, et non loin du pont Galata pour changer de rive. Accès transport tout proche. Très bon séjour avec un personnel au top et souriant.
• Polly (8/5): - The hotel is very close to Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque and the Basilica. There are cute shops all around and close to the train. The staff was helpful and friendly. The property is dated and the bathroom could use a deep cleaning. The AC didn't work. You can hear water running through the pipes. And, we didn't have hot water the first morning that was fixed. Breakfast was included and was delicious and plentiful.

• Yavuz (8/5): Butik bir otel, cana yakın çalışanlar - Otelin konumu çok iyi. Çalışanlar çok cana yakın ve sıcaklar, kahvaltıya geç kalmış olsam da hemen ellerinden geldiği kadar yardımcı oluyorlar. Temizlik ve diğer ihtiyaçlar hemen yerine getiriliyor. Kışın odalarda elektrikli ısıtıcı bulunuyor, en azından bulunduğum standart odada durum buydu. Odalarda yeteri kadar yastık, yorgan, vs var, dolapta ekstralar bulunuyor. Otel butik bir otel ve biraz apartman konseptinde. O sebeple yakın odalardaki ses olduğu gibi duyuluyor. Odalara ses yalıtımı yapılmalı, suit odaları bilmiyorum ancak standart odalarda doğal aydınlatma yok denecek kadar az, ışıkları sürekli olarak açmanız gerekiyor. Genel olarak memnun kaldım.

• Maikel Antonia Johannes joseph van (6/5): - Hotel ligt centraal in het oude centrum. Ontbijt is eenvoudig, maar prima. Kamers zijn simpel, en kunnen wel het een en ander aan renovatie gebruiken. Gruwelijke urinelucht uit de afvoer in de badkamer. Personeel was heel aardig en behulpzaam.

• Lynley (10/5): - I was given an upgrade on my room when i arrived, but I'm not sure that was as great as it was made to sound. I was on the top floor, but the lift stopped one floor short sonyou have to walk up one flight of spiral stairs. The room also had wall lamps missing and wires hanging out the wall. The bathroom smelt too. It was quaint,but it is also noisy from the mosque in the mornings. I would not choose to stay in the hostoric area of Istanbul again.

• Verified traveler (4/5): God beliggenhet, gangavstand til det meste - Rommet vi fikk kunne trengt en oppussing. Den ene lampen fungerte ikke, sisternen på wc hang seg opp og teppegulvet var skittent. Den ene dagen glemte de å rengjøre rommet vårt, vi måtte selv be om nye håndklær i resepsjonen. Beliggenheten var svært bra, med gangavstand til det meste. Personalet var hyggelige og imøtekommende.

Had minor issues with door lock and shower cabin -which needed some maintenance -but none of that was jeopardizing our vacation in any way. Would go there again without hesitation.

• Morris (4/5): - PROS; - Very nice staff, Celine is charming and an excellent communicator, thank you, Celine. - Bedding sheets are good quality and clean, the room at a glance looks cute and nice. - The location is close to the historic sites, restaurants, and bazaars. CONS; - Due to heavy traffic, no Taxi Driver is willing to go to this hotel during the day hours from the waterfront/bridges. I offered 500 TL but no taxi driver accepted it, at night I paid 300 TL for a 100 TL fare to bring my stuff from a waterfront hotel. - The entrance is not clean, it is a garbage collector center for the garbage trucks. - The bathroom does not have hooks on the walls for hanging towels, nor a toilet paper holder. The shower area is not walled from the rest of the bathroom and water runs all over. Using the bathroom is not that easy. Also, the hot water runs extremely hot and somewhat cold. - A few side wall boards and floorboards are missing and need attention and fixing.
• Monica (8/5): Poor politics for charged de room - The service was very good. The workers very happy and friendly. But the administration was too poor. They charged the value of the stay before entering the hotel. That seemed abusive to me. I was supposed to have paid an additional amount as insurance for non-use, however, they made the charge one day before arriving at the hotel and not at the time of check out.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Simple hotel in Sultanahmet - We just needed a place for one night and this fit the bill. It's a nice little hotel, but has seen better days. Definitely not the four-star it is listed as. Room was a bit shabby and the heads up that the shower is unusable (as in, there is literally no way to use the shower handle in the holder provided, so you have to just rinse yourself off by hand). But the breakfast was lovely and the staff was super friendly and helpful, so would be ok for someone looking for a very simple hotel in a convenient neighborhood.
