Dopo aver prenotato la sua struttura tramite expedia, a distanza di una settimana la signora mi comunica che la struttura era chiusa per 12 mesi di ristrutturazione e pertanto non mi poteva ospitare. Dopo rimbalzi con Expedia che non mi ha riprotetta altrove per garantire la serenità del mio soggiorno, la struttura ha riacconsentito a farmi stare da loro solo per non pagare le penali ad Expedia. Sarei quindi finita in un hotel chiuso con operai che lavoravano, tutto questo per non rimetterci dei soldi, vergognoso. Ma la cosa più scandalosa è che “la signora” si è trattenuta tutti i soldi, quando non sono più partita per le Maldive. Quindi, dire che è scorretta è un complimento. Altamente sconsigliata, perché si capisce che è orientata solo al guadagno a scapito dell’onestà, cosa che si ripercuote sulla gestione ovviamente. Alla larga!!

- Anina (10/5): Vi kommer gerne igen! - En rejse med min datter på 14 år. Vi havde 7 nætter på Lily Rest og har kun positivt at sige. Dejlig velkomst, fint værelse, fint rent og god service. Personalet arbejder fra tidlig morgen til sen aften, og gav os en dejlig oplevelse. Personligt og rart... Dejlig alsidig mad og god kok! Alt i alt en virkelig god oplevelse til en rigtig god pris!.. Og vi kommer gerne igen.
- Verified traveler (8/5): So welcomed and great stay :) - とても快適に過ごせました。ここのホテルの半日スノーケリングトリップに参加したのですが、他の大きい会社のトリップと内容全く一緒なので、ホテルのに参加した方が少人数でゆっくりできるかと思います。
またマネージャーさんが私達を見かけると話しかけてくれたり、次に行くリゾートまでのスピードボートを手配してくれたりと、とてもサービス精神にあふれた方でした。
またマーフシに来たら利用したいと思います!
- Dickie (10/5): Sweet Stay - I had an amazing stay. I loved the breakfast it was really delicious and the service was good. The people were polite and helpful and generous.
- MARIO (10/5): Boa opção em Maafushi... - Hotel acolhedor e limpo numa zona calma de Maafushi. Boa relação qualidade-preco. Fica a 700 m da praia principal (5 min. a pé) Eva 200 m do cais. Com restaurante com serviço buffet em alguns dias.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Familjärt litet guesthouse - Ett litet trevligt guesthouse en liten bit från badstranden. Hjälpsam personal som ordnade utflykter tex snorkling och resortbesök. Frukost och maten på kvällen blev ibland lite enformig men det är nog överlag så på ön. Ingen kulinarisk upplevelse.
- Eric (8/5): 靠近碼頭,離海灘也不遠。 - 員工態度幾好,接送來回由碼頭到酒店。酒店有speed boat 提共岀海活動,我們四個人都可以安排岀海活動,可自己選擇活動,還可以議價,船夫更於出海後於晚上帶我們去島後面海灘用電筒看鯊魚BB,可惜看不見,但看見有約有十條魟魚STINGRAY。第二晚自己行去沙灘用電筒照,果然看到4條鯊魚BB,也有三條魟魚STINGRAY及一條大河豚。
- Khalid Elias (4/5): A hotel that had seen better days - A horrible experience that ruined our new year eve. Having spent the day in a luxury resort, we returned to Lily Rest hotel to have a clean shower and head to the new year's party in the north side of Maafushi island. Guess what comes out of the shower?! We had water that smelled like sewerage. I couldn't believe it. I tried to convince myself that the smell was coming from the window. But no, it was dirty water coming from the shower head.
The only reason not to give zero score to this hotel was that the staff did their best to resolve the issue. Yet, the hotel simply ruined our new year eve.
Few more facts that seemed trivial when compared to the shower experience: no TV, no telephone, broken window handles, poor Wifi, mould on the walls and basin.
- Dario (2/5): Zero professionalità - Abbiamo prenotato 7 giorni in questa Guest House. L'impatto iniziale è stato negativo: l'albergo dista a pochi metri dalla prigione dell'isola in mezzo a casolari in ristrutturazione ed immondizie. Ci sono state proposte escursioni che, in seguito, abbiamo trovato a minor prezzo in altre strutture dell'isola. La camera (n. 110) aveva la vista verso una zona isolata, il vetro della porta del bagno era rotto, così come la serratura, il gancio della doccia ed il portasapone erano arrugginiti, nessuno spazio per mettere lo spazzolino e dentrifricio, un odore di fogna proveniente proprio dal bagno ricopriva tutta la stanza, i mobili erano rotti e/o in cattivo stato, il letto alla mattina viene solo sistemato con le coperte nuove sopra, devi fartelo tu, colazione povera sempre con le stesse cose. Abbiamo fatto presente in reception del vetro rotto e ci hanno risposto che stanno aspettando che arrivi quello nuovo da Bangkok. Per la serratura della porta del bagno ci hanno risposto che probabilmente eravamo noi a non essere capaci di chiuderla. Una sera abbiamo deciso di cenare in albergo, ci hanno mostrato un pesce già quasi finito e ci stavano facendo accomodare in un tavolo già occupato da altri ospiti, non c'era disponibilità per noi due. Il risultato finale è stato che dopo 3 giorni siamo scappati via da questo posto per trascorrere gli ultimi 4 in un resort da favola. Quando abbiamo fatto presente alla receptionist della nostra decisione, ci ha semplicemente risposto: "Ah ok".

what could be improved is the breakfast, very less options for vegetarians and there was no toilet kit ( tooth brush and paste) provided. Only shampoo and bodywash was provided. it became a challenge as we had to purchase it on the island.
- Luis (8/5): Hotel agradable - Nos gustó la habitación, espaciosa y bien cuidada. El hotel está a 5 min andando de la bikini beach. Todo está muy cerca: centros de actividades acuáticas, restaurantes, supermercados... Es una isla muy pequeña, 10 min de un lado al otro. El hotel ofrece actividades a buen precio (snorkel, sandbank, etc). El personal es amable.
- Razwan (10/5): Amazing stay! - Arriving at Lily, we were greeted warmly and allowed to relax with a free drink that was definitely needed after a 14 hour trip there!
The management are nothing short of amazing and did everything to make sure we were comfortable and it felt like being at home, with the exception of the scenic views.
The waiting staff were very good and got to know what we wanted and when, they really are a credit to the resort, especially their head waiter Mehendi.
Overall, I seriously recommend that anyone who is looking to head out to the Maldives, check out Lily Rest. It's a well run and friendly place where everyone is treated in such a wonderful manner, that it's hard to leave!
- Katri (8/5): Lovely hotel - Lily Rest was very good hotel and the staff was very friendly. Room was roomy and clean. I would defenitely recommend.
- Monika (8/5): Einfaches Hotel, aber einfach toll - Das Hotel ist ein einfaches, aber super schön gelegenes und gut geführtes Guest-House auf Maafushi.
Man kommt auf die Malediven, um den Tag am Strand mit schnorcheln, tauchen und baden zu verbringen. Also braucht man das Zimmer nur um zu duschen und zu schlafen. TV hatten wir keinen im Zimmer, haben ihn aber auch nicht vermisst. Dafür funktioniert das Internet überraschend gut im Hotel.
Der Morgen beginnt mit einem kleinen, aber völlig ausreichenden Frühstück. Kaffee, Toast, gegrillte Wurst, Pancakes oder Frenchtoast und auf Wunsch verschiedene Eiervariationen.
Man kann im Hotel verschiedene Ausflüge buchen. Alle sind bestens organisiert und fur den Preis wirklich günstig, z. T. Lunch inkl.
Shahaa, die Hotelmanagerin ist super freundlich und hilft einem immer weiter!
Man kann sich immer an sie wenden, falls Fragen sein sollten.
Wir haben uns im Lily Rest sehr wohlgefühlt und werden sicherlich wiederkommen!
- Christer (8/5): Bra guesthouse på överexploaterad ö - Hjälpsam personal. Fin terass och trevlig buffetrestaurang.Liten fin strandremsa precis framför hotellet. Hela ön är tyvärr lite av en byggarbetsplats, inte precis den vackraste i Maldiverna. Trångt på "bikinistranden".
