- Marlin (10/5): 大自然を望み、素敵なオーナーに感動する滞在でした。 - 3/8-10で2泊滞在しました。国際情勢の悪化と冬季のオフシーズン、断食月が重なり宿泊客は私たちだけでした。オーナーはとても親切にカッパドキア周辺の情報を教えてくださった上に、気球ツアーの予約(風が強く飛べませんでしたが...)やカッパドキアのツアーを手配してくれました。また、最終日にはネブシェヒルの空港までのタクシーを予約してくれました。私たちの今回のカッパドキアでの滞在が信じられないほどすばらしい体験になったのは、天気がよかったこととオーナーに親切にしてもらったことが2つの大きな理由です。 部屋はとても快適で、洞窟に滞在するという特別な体験ができました。暖房がついていたので一晩中暖かかった上に、暖炉が部屋にあり夜は暖炉を使いました。部屋に備えてあったコーヒーをテラスで飲む時間が素晴らしかったです。 朝食は、バンにチーズ、オリーブなどといったトルコの食べ物が多く、特にパンは美味しかったです。朝食も鳩の谷を望むテラスで取ることができ、素晴らしい景色でした。また、宿泊客が私達だけだったにも関わらず丁寧に用意をしてくださり、ホスピタリティに感動しました。 ロケーションも素晴らしく、部屋から歩いて3分ほどで、鳩の谷やギョレメなどカッパドキア周辺を一望できる場所がありました。また、ウチヒサル城や飲食店街がある市街地までも歩いて5~10分ほどで、傾斜は急なもののアクセスが良好でした。とにかく景観が素晴らしく、夜には星もきれいに見られました。 小さな建物がたくさんあるタイプの宿であったため、最初のチェックインをする際にレセプションを探すのに少し手間取りました。また、バスでカイセリから向かったのですがバス停から宿までの距離がかなりあり、事前にバス停までの送迎をお願いしておくことをおすすめします。

They assisted us with booking the balloon trip and were always attentive and kind. The breakfast was amazing, with a great variety of local cheeses, nuts, Turkish coffee — everything was delicious. The location and views are probably the best you can get. I expected more from the room itself. I’m not sure if the hotel was fully booked, but it really felt like we were given the worst room available. It was literally like staying in a cave — small rocks and dust were falling from the ceiling and walls. The bathroom also had a very unpleasant smell, similar to sewage pipes.

Beds and pillows were comfortable, and the breakfast delicious! The rooms are a little tired, and those with mobility issues should know that getting to the rooms requires navigating uneven terrain. Some rooms are on different levels, with for example stairs between the bedroom and bathroom.

All this was offered online. Breakfast only started at 8 am which is very late in a place where you need to get out early to beat the crowds of tourists. One morning the chef arrived late and opened up at 8:30 am.

But actually the villa is more of a 2 star accomodation priced like a 5-star one. Instead of our stay at the villa being the highlight of our trip to Cappadocia, it was the least enjoyable part of it We clearly DON'T recommend it! > Very awkward set-up with 3 rooms over 4 floors, open balconies and stairs everywhere: REALLY not suited/ dangerous for families with children > Many equipments just don't work: NO wifi!!! the 3G router they provided after we complained only works when sitting next to it. The fridge was out of order - we had to throw most of the fresh food breakfast away. Television didn't work. Half of the light bulbs were broken > The pool itself looks nice BUT the many pigeons in the area use it as a refreshing pond and while they had cleaned the terrace when we arrived, after one day it was full of pigeon droppings everywhere - making it unusable > The villa was dirty when we arrived, with dust on most surfaces - very poor cleaning, as if the house had been empty for months > The comfort is very basic: rudimentary bathrooms, no air conditioning, no shutters/ curtains on the windows > The location is not the best - on the lower part of the town, which means less beautiful views and much more effort walking up the steep streets to the town center

We got a holiday home they had and it was 5 minutes walk from the reception and the other hotel amenities. The staff was resistant to help when it came to asking for any stuff for the room such as fans (it was super hot and there were no fans provided in the property) or buggy ride to the reception. Also, not a great breakfast for our vegetarian family and they were not accommodating at all. The rooms were barely clean as there was dust everywhere and it felt like the rugs were never cleaned. It was super unhygienic for my 1 year old.

Dışarıdaki banktan Güvercinlik vadisi ve Göreme görünüyordu. Uçhisar kalesine kolayca yürüyerek gitme mesafesindeydi. Sadece marketlere uzak olması biraz sıkıntı.

Top notch staff and charming accomodation! - Mehmet, the breakfast chef, was extremely kind, considerate and went out of his way everyday to make sure we had everything we needed. He did special orders and cooked the eggs each morning according to our preferences. He is a very talented chef, everything was delicious! Each day he would introduce us to various Turkish breakfast options that we would not have otherwise tried. All the new foods were exceptional! We were welcomed by his smiling face each morning, such a wonderful way to start our day! We miss him. Ebru, from the front desk, was also exceptional. She was so warm and welcoming. She helped us book a hot air balloon ride and camel ride. Whenever we had a question, she was always available to help. She went out of her way to make sure we were having an enjoyable stay. We are so thankful to the entire staff (including the hard working cleaning staff) who truly made our stay in Uchisar very memorable. We can't wait to return in the future! WIFI was basically non-existent but we were there for the views and to immerse ourselves in Cappadocia.

- Rayanapati (10/5): Classy and elegant cave hotel property with amazing views - For folks who want to stay away touristy Goreme, Uchisar is a great alternative. This hotel is an exclusive property that overlooks natural rock formation, which was super great. You can go to central town in 10 minutes walk but it is uphill, not too bad. If you have a car, then Goreme, where there are lot more restaurents, is a 10 min car ride. Very classy hotel with great fittings and nice cave hotel architecture. Understated, elegant and classy.
- Shikha (7/5): A convenient location - The staff were friendly and helpful with answering questions and did meeting our requirements. The staff was helpful in giving us fans and plenty of water bottles so we could keep hydrated. We were also really happy that they could book hot air balloon flights and ATV rides for us, both of which we thoroughly enjoyed. More detailed responses to questions would have been useful at certain times, but we acknowledged the language barrier as we didn't speak French or Turkish. We didn't realise how hot it would be at night and the rooms did not have enough lighting.

- Amber (10/5): Picturesque, peaceful and unique cave home property! - Amazingly picturesque and peaceful property. So unique staying in a cave home, and yet it was very comfortable for our family of six. Breakfast was delicious, soaps smelled great, hosts helped us arrange our airport transfer and recommended an outstanding restaurant. We did the hot air balloon ride but also loved simply hiking the valley from here to Goreme. Wonderful stay!
- Annick (8/5): Beautiful hotel in Uchisar - Very nice hotel in beautiful Uchisar, in a quiet place. Our room was big and we also had a big bathroom. All the rooms are different though so check that you get a nice room with view, since some of them are darker and with no view. It's worth to pay a bit more to get a nice room. The breakfast buffet is very good and big choice, in a nice room with view and terrace. Parking place available next to the hotel and restaurants at walking distance.

The breakfast was the best one we had during out entire week throughout Turkey. It was delicious! I would highly recommend staying here to anyone. Quite the experience to sleep in a cave! I was a little hot sleeping with the comforter on. I wish there had also been a sheet so I could have the option of taking the comforter off but still having something on me to sleep. That was the only thing I would improve on.

- Susanne (10/5): We are looking for an opportunity to return. Absolutely loved this place❤️ - This place was sheer magic with a fantastic location the rim of a canyon. The rooms are tastefully done with everything you might need. But it’s the staff that truly shines. Always a smile and willing to help with anything and everything. Breakfast was really lovely and the terrace had jaw dropping views. There is a wonderful vibe about the place that’s hard to put into words. Minor internet issues.

The front desk was very accommodating in arranging tours and transportation The mattress and pillows were a little hard. Otherwise, everything was great
- Noa (7/5): Good - Good location, lovely main terrace with good views, nice all-day coffee & snacks station. Comfortable bed. Arda at reception was very welcoming and helpful. The room was very dusty (even after they cleaned), using the shower created a loud noise (also means you can hear other rooms above/ next to you), runs out of hot water, so make sure to ration if you're more than 1 person. Trying to prepare ahead the communication was not proactive, had to keep asking for details. Upgraded to a room with terrace specifically to have a view (was communicated) but got given what felt like a "basement" room. Other rooms looked better - they do have nicer terraces with good views but make sure you specify. Also misleading in the photos - the pool is exclusive to only one of the "maisons" and not open to other guests.
