Le bruit de la circulation empêche de laisser la porte du balcon entrouverte.

• Stephanie (4/5): Never again. - Lage 1. Hotelzustand: end of livecycle. 2. Bad nicht sehr sauber. 3. Frühstück ausnehmend schlecht. In 14 Tagen das einzige Frühstück ohne frisch gepressten Orangensaft. Rückfragen zu einer Suppe kann das Personal nur in arabisch beantworten, versucht nicht einer Antwort nachzukommen. 4. Rezeptionist nicht zuvorkommend und höflich, lässt einen lange warten, als beim begonnenen Check-in parallel ein Anruf eingeht. Ist vorwurfsvoll, bei Rückfragen zu Bar zu zahlenden Extrakosten und kann diese nicht überzeugend erklären („man habe über Booking gebucht, deshalb entstehen höhere Steuern“). Hat ein offenes Hosentürl.

• Françoise (8/5): Hôtel bien situé avec un rapport qualité/prix très correct - Belle chambre, très spacieuse et au calme (côté cour). La propreté de la chambre et de l'hôtel, ménage fait chaque jour. Très bon rapport qualité/prix pour les prestations proposées ainsi que pour le bar et le restaurant. La Wifi gratuite dans tout l'hôtel, même dehors sur la terrasse extérieure donnant sur la rue. L'hôtel ouvert 24h/24. La disponibilité, la gentillesse et le dévouement de tout le personnel, pour que tout se passe bien (entre autre, qui nous a proposé une nouvelle chambre, dès le lendemain de notre séjour, pour satisfaire au mieux notre demande). Il manque des fruits et jus de fruits pressés pour le petit déjeuner, surtout pour le Maroc où les oranges sont très bonnes. Il manque un mini frigo dans la chambre, Marrakech est une ville où il fait chaud, même en mars, donc avoir de l'eau fraiche dans la chambre ne serait pas un luxe.

• najir (8/5): Great hotel - Very friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast, large and spacious rooms, good location with lots of restaurants nearby. Very good value for money - please keep in mind this is a 3 star hotel many of the customer reviews seem to expect 5 star hotel experience. For the price they are offering an excellent service and provision. Would stay at this hotel again for sure. Some of the room decor and fixtures are in need of review and repairing eg my balcony door handle was broken

Pas possibilité d'avoir une solution pour déjeuner ou prendre un café ́lorsque l'on doit quitter l'hôtel de bonne heure.
