- Tracey (8/5): Good for the price. - Location is great, easily walkable to centre. It was v clean and the room size was great. Bed was comfy. The room was in the basement and presumably below the kitchen as there was lots of footsteps above very early and the smell of cooking.

In the first room we were allocated, the bath panel was coming off. Although we moved rooms, the bathroom was still not as pictured. I was disappointed for the price paid.

The Spa is lovely and all the historical buildings. Parking is always a problem in Bath and expensive so its important to factor in to your budget.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and a special thanks to Rajeer who ensured that we had a lovely stay. The decor was a little tired but this was more than made up for by the friendlyness of the staff.

Tolles Frühstück mit frischem Obstsalat und einer guten Auswahl an Eierspeisen, Joghurt, Porridge, Croissant, O-Saft etc. Barbereich als Aufenthaltsraum nutzbar. Zimmer im Nebengebäude groß und überwiegend sauber (Flecken im Teppich), Bügelbrett und Dampfbügeleisen war hilfreich. Die Lage war prima, nur über die Brücke und in 15 Min. ist man an der Abbey und den römischen Bädern. Parkplätze des Hotels sind auch für mobilitätseingeschränkte Gäste leider nicht im Vorfeld zu reservieren. Wir hatten Glück und haben einen bekommen. Ansonsten kann in den umliegenden Straßen stundenweise/ zahlbar per App geparkt werden.

- Keeley (10/5): Fabulous girly weekend away - We stayed for a birthday weekend and had the most fabulous time. It’s split across a couple of quirky, old buildings. Room 21 is absolutely beautiful with plenty of space. The staff are all so kind and attentive, Rajeev and Lukshay in particular really looked after us. The bar is stunning and perfect for pre-dinner drinks or a nightcap. We had a delicious full English breakfast one morning and with the central location you have plenty of other food choices only minutes away. Thank you to everyone at Henrietta House who made the weekend so special, we will definitely be back!

The staff member was not friendly upon check in - very matter of fact, curt and unhelpful. Was borderline rude about parking, offered no greeting nor any helpful advice on local points of interest. Was more interested in giving me the bare facts of where our room was (NOT in the main hotel, but 3 doors down!) and where to go for breakfast (back in the main building). We stayed in numerous hotels during our 2 weeks in the UK and this was by far the least friendly. The room itself was fine, there were 2 levels in our room, which was fine for us but I could see that it may be difficult for others. Also there was a strange window blind on our ceiling, I believe covering a skylight.

Duty manager couldn’t move me as fully booked (likewise other hotels nearby as a busy Friday night.) Kindly sent a bottle of Prosecco to appease my upset and offered me breakfast. A complete rip-off. I was really, really shocked that a ‘4 star’ Radisson associated hotel could even think of charging £141 for a night for a tiny, dirty room. That £141.00 was with our Genius discount too. I was solo, without husband on this occasion. Is this what single women have to put up with? An uncomfortable tiny single bed - a filthy, worn carpet. Broken blind and a window that can barely be opened - but don’t open because the infestation of pigeons on the flat roof and all their poo and virus could cause illness. Sporadic internet.

If you can avoid lower ground floor (rooms 41-45) with Poor light: cold/ noisy drains / … you will enjoy your stay! Excellent location, value for money, excellent staff and service. Sadly building is old and needs TLC . Rooms 44 and 45 -in the bowels of the building! Room 44 sprung a leak in the ceiling on 2nd night / so I was given room 45 - extremely noisy - next to store rooms / staff only areas / access to external parking - squishy Beds / don’t expect to get any sleep after 5 am .

- Neverunderdressed (6/5): Feels like its trying to be boutique but doesn’t have the budget - A few immediate pros: staff are very friendly and polite, the room was very clean and the location is absolutely amazing! In fact, it would be hard to say not to book here if the location is your principal concern. However, far too many smaller items that feel they haven’t been given enough thought. Room design and particularly shower was very poor. Plug sockets in places that couldn’t take a plug at all and a shower head that was so close to the wall you had to lean across to get wet! Breakfast was average with some items sadly (beans and poached egg) stone cold on arrival. The rooms also lack basic amenities that a 4 star (or even a good 3) would usually provide. No fridge present and no bottled water on arrival which might seem picky, but these days it costs pence and goes a long way. Lifts frequently stopped for us in the second (33) house and took an age to go again. With work it could live up to the standards of the very helpful staff, but the hotel itself currently doesn’t.

- AnarchyTravel (7/5): Well-Located Hotel with Windowless Basic Rooms - Henrietta Hotel is set in a series of converted rowhouses on a quiet residential street just a few blocks from Pulteney Bridge in the historic center of Bath. The Bath train station is a walkable distance from the hotel if you have a backpack or small bag. The staff is helpful and kind, the Wi-Fi signal is adequate and the breakfast is good. Unfortunately, the one big negative is that many of the rooms are windowless and the decor, carpet and wall paint are all of a muted or dark color and therefore provide no contrast to the lack of natural light. In addition, the lighting in the rooms is terrible with only one bedside lamp and no ceiling fixture. So, for me, even though Henrietta Hotel does have some positives with the excellent location and attentive staff, I cannot recommend the basic windowless rooms for more than one night.

- Fiona (9/5): Great location and friendly staff. 😊 - Superbly located! I have stayed in Bath many times and the Henrietta is in a better location than anywhere I have stayed before. It is very central but also quiet and has a lovely park just a two minute walk away. Great for an early morning stroll before heading into the city. The staff at reception were very smiley 😊 and friendly. As a solo traveller this really made a difference to my stay. The bed was very comfortable and I liked the bathroom decor. I enjoyed the breakfast too, The prices can vary as I’ve seen depending on the night but I paid a great price. There’s not much to dislike but there was just a little bit of ware to certain things.

- shals07 (2/5): Avoid avoid avoid! - We visited Henrietta House in Bath for the May bank holiday and it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The first room we were given was dirty, with peeling paint, damp patches, and a tiny bathroom with no extractor fan or window — meaning it steamed up instantly and stayed damp. We were moved, but the second room still wasn’t properly cleaned and had its own issues, including torn carpet, broken light switches and still no extractor fan! The lift was another concern: several buttons were broken and the whole thing felt unreliable and poorly maintained. Housekeeping barely touched the room during our stay, and breakfast was extremely poor and absolutely not worth the money. The staff were doing their best, but the owners clearly have no intention of investing in this property. It should not be trading under the Radisson name. I would never stay here again and strongly advise others to avoid it. I’m attaching photos to show just how run‑down this hotel really is.

- StoetzelA (10/5): Erwartungen übertroffen - Super schönes verwinkeltes Hotel mit viel Flair. Super freundlicher Service und stabiles WLAN. Ich konnte mein Fahrrad im Haus unterstellen und sichern. Bath Innenstadt ist nur ein paar Meter um die Ecke. Insgesamt absolut empfehlenswert.

- Dugdale (6/5): Great location and friendly staff, overall attention to detail poor, breakfast disappoiting . - Location was great, Staff were friendly and helpful Room was pleasant enough Room was very dusty above and below cabinets. Could have been cleaner. Poor housekeeping overall, our towels were left hanging on wardrobe doors one on the floor, had to ask for clean towels. Same as the bed, not made very well at all, sheet should have been changed. Disappointing coming back to a room that was not tidy and welcoming. For the money paid the housekeeping was very poor. Coffee machine but no coffee pods. Breakfast was ‘ok’ tables should have been laid with side plates, had to ask for plates for our toast, toast was piled on a plate that was too small poorly presented. Had to ask for milk for cereal and hot water for tea. Staff very polite, just lacked training. Overall breakfast was just ok - had to return the beans as they were cold, croissants on continental choice were very small and not warm. Bacon and hash browns overcooked, fried egg was not cooked properly, still had runny egg white.

- Sabrina (5/5): Average Stay at Henrietta House - Staff and clean I was very surprised by my stay here, especially as a Radisson Individuals property. While the staff were very nice and the room was perfectly clean, the overall experience was disappointing for an upgraded room category. The Room Location: Ground floor, overlooking bins, a car park, and an MOT garage. I couldn’t open the window due to the surroundings. Noise: The heater made a loud ticking sound all night, disrupting my sleep. The Bathroom Safety: There was no sliding door/screen for the bath, causing water to flood the small floor. I nearly slipped. Maintenance: The extractor fan didn’t work, leaving the room constantly steamy. I expected much better quality for a "level up" from a basic room. Despite the lovely staff, the room's location and maintenance issues were a major letdown.

- Iselin (7/5): Pleasant and perfectly located. - The hotel was perfect located. Staff were super friendly and helpful! Interior design looked fabulous The bathroom was incredibly small. The bed didn't fit my need for softness of the mattress.
