- Jacob (7/5): Good - Clean and nice staff. Google maps shows it's two doors down, and actual 'hotel' has a very small sign. The listing also does not mention it's up stairs on the second floor - all making it difficult to find.
- Andrei (10/5): Ararat in your window - the perfect morning view - A fantastic experience staying in Yerevan! I loved everything – the hospitality, the recommendations, and the communication. I especially want to highlight Lusine – take good care of her! :) If you're looking to feel at home and be treated like family, this is the hotel for you. Nothing
- Stefan (8/5): Feeling like home, where someone cares! - Selfmade Jam a every morning a different tasty hot dish. Proposing to pita table more comfortable for writing to your room. Very pleasant staff. Thanks a lot.Best value for little money!
- Emciel (9/5): Superb -
- Emciel (10/5): Exceptional -
- Maurice (9/5): Perfect location for what I needed and very accomodating staff. - Home made apricot jam provided. Good range of meats and cheese with fried eggs on offer too Everything was fine

- Amirabbas (8/5): Very good - Hotel cleanliness, lovely staff, beautiful views Entrance to the hotel, no safebox in the rooms.
- Myung (9/5): Best view of Mt. Ararat in Yerevan - The taxi driver had trouble locating the hotel because there was no sign indicating the building is Grig Hotel.
However, it's located is close to the Metro station and the manager, Lucia, served varied breakfast and bent backward to help us find the place for us to visit, made diner reservations and arranged taxi for our destination. Every morning, I sat in the loggia and enjoyed the quietness and the view of Mt. Ararat. The entrance to the hotel could use some improvement.
- Ioannis (9/5): Superb - Very friendly stuff and accommodating. Nice view from the room.
- Olesya (9/5): Superb - Hotel is great, we liked it. Also good that it's close to the city centre, to the Cascade. They always have tea and coffee available which we also enjoyed. The only issue is to find the hotel - it'a name is so small and written in grey on a gray wall :)
But good that you can ask people nearby and they'll help
- Tekla (10/5): Exceptional - The landlady is wonderful! The rooms are clean & comfortable, and the location is great.
- Aleksandra (10/5): Exceptional -

Bathroom and bed are excellent. All the staff were very kind and considerate. Good European breakfast, every morning something new. I was met with everything. I recommend it to everyone who wants to feel the hospitality and beauty of Yerevan and its people! -

2. Uneven staircase

- Forough (10/5): Exceptional - My family stayed there for a few days and they were so pleased with the cleanliness and great staff and a good breakfast everyday. My family said nothing but positive about your hotel.
I guess they spent a great time in there.
- Maia (9/5): My stay was really memorable. I will definitely come back for a longer stay to explore the city. - The location was very comfortable for my trip. The exceptionally friendly and welcoming staff made me wish to come back. Everything was excellent! Thank you, Lucy and Armina for all your care, and for making me feel at home. The only issue that could have been better was the side of my room: overlooking the busy Bagramyan Avenue with all the typical street noise.
- Larissa (9/5): Superb -
- Christopher (10/5): Exceptional -

Furniture is not brand new, but still comfortable.

- Anastasia (10/5): Best place in Erevan ♥️ - Best place in Erevan♥️ super comfy, super quiet, super tasty breakfast, super friendly owner Armen and host Lyusya ♥️ great price. 20 minute walking from very center.
Was feeling myself like home ♥️
- Ekaterina (9/5): Superb - Comfortable rooms, good breakfast, fast wifi The toilet in the bathroom did not work properly
- Daria (8/5): Very good -
- Alan (9/5): Superb - The owner he was great! He made sure everything was fine and on my second night set me up with my bottle of red which I got from my day tour to a winery. With a great view! 🙂 Very clean and great bed thank you hotel Grig Only thing I can think of is the signage is very small hard to find by taxi driver must be council regs! 🙂
- Denis (10/5): Exceptional place to stay in Yerevan - This mini-hotel truly exceeded my expectations: I felt like I was in my family. A sparkling clean room with a private bathroom and full amenities; a big queen bed, new furniture, a small fridge and a good air-conditioning system — everything you need for a comfort stay in your journey.
The hotel has a dining room, they provide very good breakfasts, and tea and coffee are available around the clock. There is also a cozy terrace where you can enjoy your meal or beverages in the evening. You can discuss and customize your breakfast according your diet if required.
Location: the city center, a couple of mini-markets are nearby, the big super-market SAS is in 10min of walk. The bus stop is very close to the house, the metro station (Marshal Bagramyan) is 600m away.
The staff and administration were very nice and helpful, and showed the true Armenian hospitality. They even kept my luggage for several days free of charge, while I was in another trip outside of Yerevan. I truly recommend them, and will definitely stay there the next time. None at all
- Antoni (8/5): Very good -
- Helga (3/5): Poor - The so called suite doesn't even have an electrical kettle,it's a 14 m small room with low ceiling I don't know why Booking allows false advertisements.
They don't even provide you with hands soap!!! I had to negotiate and make phone calls with the owner just to explain that I need hands soap in my toilet small bar of useless soap isn't what you expect when you pay 60$ a night per person.
It's also not a hotel at all but a family house with rooms they list for tourists. You'll not be given a key to your room and you have to leave it with them whenever you go out you also have to ring the bell and wait for them to open for you .
Very uncomfortable. Why should anyone waste their money here instead of paying for an accommodation designated for tourists.
Also nobody speaks a word in English they mostly welcome Russians.
- Aram (10/5): Exceptional -
- PHILIP (10/5): Great hotel close to city - This hotel is a great place to stay if you are visiting Yerevan
We booked for one night but stayed for 2
It’s a short walk into the centre of the city. Or you can catch the Metro. Nearest stop is a couple of hundred metres away
Family are very warm and friendly
Breakfast was really tasty
Supermarket next door
Everything was great
- Mick (8/5): What a view!!! - Would stay again.Armen a great host.Fabulous view of mount Ararat to wake up to!!!
- Tara (10/5): - A lovely place to stay - large bedroom-good breakfast-20 minute walk to the cascade. Best of all was the landlady who did everything possible to make my stay amazing from serving me a late breakfast on my first day to flagging down a taxi on my last day when I was rushing to the bus station, she was truly amazing and made my stay perfect 10/10
- richard (8/5): autrement - la chambre était propre, le petit-déjeuner copieux et la distance appréciable
