• Khaled (1/5): Bad experience - Unfortunately, my experience was very poor due to several serious issues: * The housekeeping team reported that minibar items were consumed by me, which is incorrect. This is unacceptable and raises concerns about honesty and professionalism. * The staff behavior overall was disappointing and did not meet expected standards. * There was significant noise coming from the adjacent room, which made it difficult to rest. * Although the room is advertised as high-tech, the finishing and overall quality of the decoration were below standard. * The bathroom design is very poor — every time I take a shower, water spreads across the entire bathroom, leaving it flooded. This combination of issues made my stay extremely uncomfortable and frustrating.

• G (10/5): تجرّبه جميله جدا وهذه المره الثانيه اللتي أقيم فيها في نفس الفندق كانّه قريه سياحيه مستقله في قلب مدينه نصر - اولاً الموقع في قلب مدينه نصر ثانيا انها مدينه متكامله من حيث المرافق والمطاعم والحدائق وقاعه البولينج و المسبح والكافيهات نظافه تامة الموظفين في قمة اللطافة خدمة الغرف سريعه الغرف كامله من كل النواحي قد تكون نوعا ما صغيره ولكن ديكور جميل خدمة تسجيل الدخول والخروج سريعه و سهله الحراسه مشدده ع المداخل فهو امن جدا لايوجد شي لم يعجبني هذه المره الثانيه اللتي أقيم فيها في نفس الفندق كانّه قريه سياحيه

• Ramsha (10/5): Amazing due to Lamlom and Abdulrehman - Lamlom was an amazing man to deal with , he treated us with great respect , along with Abdulrehman . There however was a very rude women at the deluxe building that needs manners on how to treat guest . However Lamlom and Abdulrehman treated us with great respect and love . I will continue to go to this hotel . Been there 4 times now . It’s so well kept and beautiful.

• AYAD (10/5): A Massive and Wonderful Place to Stay in Cairo. - The gardens, furniture of the Deluxe section of the Hotel and breakfast services and facilities. Gardens and restaurants are wonderful and worth trying them. I would like to thank Mr. Abdul Rahman in the front desk. The big difference of cleanness and furniture status between deluxe rooms and other rooms.

• Iris (8/5): Eine - Elegantes prachtvolles Hotel mit hervorragend gepflegter Gartenanlage mit mehreren sehr guten traditionellen Restaurants und einem extra Eispavillon, verteilt auf dem riesigen Grundstück.Sowohl das libanesische Restaurant als auch das Fischrestaurant sind sehr zu empfehlen. Unser Eindruck war, dass sich das Hotel verstärkt auf muslimische Gäste ausrichtet, d.h es gibt in keinem der Restaurants Alkohol zu trinken. Wen das nicht weiter im Urlaub stört..., für uns etwas schade, Die Preise sind allerdings unschlagbar günstig. Unser Zimmer war sehr geräumig, Betten super und der Zimmerservice war perfekt. Das Bad könnte allerdings mal wieder etwas modernisiert werden. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr aufmerksam und unglaublich hilfsbereit, sowohl in der Lobby als auch zum Frühstück, welches sehr gut war.

Airport, The lovely Property as a resort in middle of a bustling city, in overall is very pleasing and joyful, in beautiful layouts, the facilities, the modern comfortable high standards rooms, the variety of restaurants, the overall satisfactory qualities of the staff in all departments, and the food taste and qualities. We had originally booked two separate rooms, but since they weren’t able to provide them close to each other, he went out of his way to upgrade us to a family suite so we could all stay together, which made a huge difference as we’re travelling with three young children All the staff were fantastic throughout our stay, friendly, helpful and always willing to go the extra mile. The site maintenance staff also stepped in to help fix our son’s stroller when the folding mechanism stopped working, which we really appreciated. It truly made the experience even more enjoyable This hotel is a bit further out from downtown Cairo, so it’s located in a quieter setting. We really enjoyed staying somewhere more peaceful, especially as a family, but if you prefer being right in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Cairo, you may find it a bit too quiet.

• Mona (10/5): We will be back! - Egyptian hospitality at its finest. I would like to say a particular thank you to our housekeeper. Our room was immaculate and always restocked which isn’t an easy task as my son is a messy little guy. The staff around the pool were so kind to him, he is autistic and nonverbal but the gentleman in the games room went out of his way to help him with the games. We were always greeted with a big smile from the reception and restaurant staff. We had an early morning flight but they made a us e we had some coffee and pastries before hitting the road. I wish I could remember everyone’s names! The hotel itself is in a great location, it’s a big hotel with lots of facilities. Staff work around the clock to keep the hotel spotless and beautiful. We will surely return on our next visit to Cairo, the staff made everything better than expected. The only thing that would have made it better is if the pools were heated as the summer sun wasn’t out yet.
