I paid for the more expensive executive suite and they put me in the lower quality master suite inexplicably which really upsets me to the point of negating all the good aspects of the hotel

• tom (10/5): Great, the staff was well trained, the room was great. - The staff were exceptional. The room was clean, nicely laid out. The location next to that great park and museum. The restaurants food was very good. Overall everything was great. The police car outside the hotel 24/7 and the police presence on the streets made us feel safe. I can’t think of anything other than the mirrors on the first floor make it confusing to find your way.

• Ana (9/5): Sutes de luxo estilo "retro", numa optima localização - Um espaço muito engraçado, cheio de detalhes interessantes e cuidadosos, muito tipicos dos anos 90 e agora já mais em desuso. Como exemplo um kit de medicamentos de 1a necessidade (ex: aspirina e comprimidos para a azia) e um kit de costura que nos deu muito jeito. Os quartos tambem dispunham de um ferro, uma tábua de engomar, uma maquina de passar calças e outra de polir sapatos :). Pequeno almoço divinal num terraço do hotel, muito bem decorado e com uma vista magnifica! Os mepregados foram muito prestáveis tendo inclusivé chamado um uber por nos e dado instruções ao motorista para nos levar ao centro Terão sido umas suites de luxo aquado da construção e nota-se um bom esforço para as manter, embora se vejam já alguns sinais normais de "envelhecimento". O facto de não haver arejamento eficiente (não é possivel abrir as janelas do quarto) foi o factor mais negativo mas que não estragou a estadia

Me gustó que me lo sirvieran en la mesa sin tener que levantarme. la combinación de productos, con zumo y café me parece excelente. Recomendable al 100% y sobre todo la atención de Alejandro El deterioro del mobiliario dela habitación. Se denotaban golpes y desconchados en la cama y en otras partes de mobiliario. Por lo demás la amplitud y el confort en las dos estancias que tiene la habitación, dormitorio y un pequeño Salón con cocina lo suple.

• Alitza Mariana (10/5): Excelente hotel - La habitación fue muy comoda y con el espacio ideal para dos personas, el desayuno estuvo delicioso y el personal fue super servicial y amabe. La ubicación fue perfecta para mi novio y para mi, pudimos llegar al auditorio nacional caminando, y antes de eso nos topamos con parques y museos, no llegamos debido a la hora, pero si vas por la tarde, seguro que es la oportunidad para turistear. La zona es tranquila, aunque tiene momentos donde hay ruido, debido a que se ubica en una avenida concurrida, de igual forma el trafico por la mañana es bastante tedioso para llegar si vienes del aeropuerto AICM, alrededor de las 9 nuestro trayecto del aerop - hotel fue de casi 2h, pero de hotel a aerop. fueron como 25min, alrededor de las 6am. Dependera de los horarios, pero en general el trafico puede ser pesados y ruidoso en algunas partes del día. Pero si eres de sueño pesado o no te molesta el ruido, esta super bien. No hay algo que me disgustara como tal, solo que es algo confuso donde se ubica el restaurante y algunas habitaciones, pero con que te lo aclaren al entrar, todo super bien.

• Sergio (4/5): Muy decepcionante - Creo que lo único rescatable de este hotel fueron los empleados, que han sido muy atentos y simpáticos. Y el tamaño de la habitación (de haber estado a la altura de lo pagado) hubiera estado bien Hemos reservado para dos noches pero al llegar y verlo cancelamos la segunda (y eso porque no podíamos cancelar esa misma e irnos). Un 5 estrellas no es ni de casualidad. Mucho olor a desinfectante... MUCHO. Tanto que te hacía doler la cabeza. La entrada es estrecha e incómoda. La primera habitación que nos dieron estaba en lo que llamaban "torre 2" o algo por el estilo, y para acceder a ella, se pasaba por unas escaleritas y el parking. Al llegar a la habitación, que estaba en el primer piso de un edificio en una avenida, notamos que no tenían vidrios dobles y, si los tenían, estaban mal colocados porque se escuchaba todo lo del exterior. Pero lo que es peor aun, es que tenía un pequeño balcón con puerta (insisto, en el primer piso) que NO se podía cerrar con llave. La segunda habitación era más amplia y de un hotel que fue 5 estrellas hace años. Muebles viejos, toallas deshilachadas, Sábanas sucias y con pelos, hasta comida en el refrigerador. El desayuno, para ser un hotel de "5 estrellas" no estaba mal de sabor, pero era escaso. Se pide un plato de la carta (solo de los que te dan la opción, que son 2) y punto. Ah, y se sirve en la terraza, que es abierta, así que si hace frío, mala suerte amigos. No recomendaría este hotel para nada. Por el mismo precio encontramos un pequeño hotel boutique en colonia condesa que fue una delicia. Creo que tendría que haber una especie de garantía de booking y hacerse responsable de este tipo de timos que ofrecen en su página
• Alejandro (9/5): Worth the price for what you get. - The location is pretty close to Chapultepec and Reforma avenue which is a quite recommendable option for price-location. Room was clean and comfortable and the staff was pretty friendly. In general, I do not have complaints as I did know what to expect. Perhaps the TV is an area to improve. The remote control was not working at all and fortunately, I was not looking for TV in particular.
