God og personlig service og hjælp før ankomst på whatsapp og kunne opholde mig ugenert på hotellet, e - Meget stille om natten trods beliggenhed tæt på gadelivet, rigtig god og varieret morgenmadsbuffet med varme retter, men færdigmix juice og kaffemaskine gik i stå hver dag. God frugt og altid masser af plads. Rene håndklæder dagligt - og gratis vand. Stille aircondition og let at indstille. Tæt på indkøb og restauranter. Køleskab var for lille og slidt, fryseren iset helt til og ubrugelig, brusekabinen mangler bedre vandafskærmning. TV umuligt at tænde, men fik at vide der kun var lokale kanaler og ikke bbc eller andet internationalt. Meget hårde hovedpuder.

• victoria (8/5): Comfortable and perfectly fine for a place to sleep. - I’d like to highlight the friendliness of the staff. The girl at the front desk was lovely—I believe her name was Lisa. She helped us book our transfers and was always very helpful and friendly. The rooms are comfortable and quite standard. The hotel is a good place to sleep and then go out and explore. The island is small, so the location is fine; you can walk to different beaches, and the pedestrian street is just a few blocks away. One day, there was a cockroach on the floor of the room.

The room was clean and well-maintained, and the staff came by daily to tidy up and provide bottles of water. The air conditioning also worked perfectly, which made the stay very comfortable. The staff came to pick me up at the pier when I arrived, all included as part of their services.

Less than 10 minute walk to Sunrise beach, 1 min away from the popular walking street (we were not directly on the walking street so it was not too loud or crowded!) and all the restaurants, shops, 711 within walking distance.

• Kathrin (8/5): - Das Personal war überaus freundlich, angenehm und hilfsbereit. Der Bungalow war wirklich sehr sauber und jeden Tag wurde gründlich gereinigt. Überraschend großzügig wurden Handtücher zur Verfügung gestellt. Es gab sogar Strandtücher. Vor dem Bungalow gibt es eine Dusche mit der man den Sand von den Füßen abspülen kann. Das Bett ist zu zweit etwas unpraktisch, da sich die ganze Matratze bewegt, wenn sich einer bewegt. Der Kühlschrank hat gerochen und könnte mal ausgetauscht werden, aber auf einer Insel ist das alles logistisch aufwändig. Ansonsten finde ich Ko Lipe überlaufen und überbewertet und würde grundsätzlich nicht nochmal auf diese Insel fahren. Das hat aber nichts mit der Unterkunft zu tun. Da war alles gut.

Dans la chambre nous avions des fissures dans plusieurs murs, sans parler de l'odeur d'égout dans la salle de bain. L'hôtel a besoin d'un rafraîchissement en urgence.

Lisa, the receptionist, was amazing. I was travelling alone, and she kept coming to check on me, making sure I had everything I needed.

The room was great, the beds comfortable and was quiet bearing in mind the busy location. It is located closer to Sunrise beach but Pattaya beach is not much further. Our room rate didn't include breakfast but as residents we enjoyed a sumptuous breakfast for just 200 Baht each. Nothing

• Charlotte (10/5): Wonderful receptionist and good hotel overall - Good location, the staff contacted us before we arrived via WhatsApp and offered to pick us up from the pier. They also dropped us back to the pier- at no extra charge. It was a large room with a large bed. Perfect location, even though the street was loud during the day it did not affect us and was quiet in the night. A special thank you to the receptionist (who we did not get the name of), she was so lovely. If I had to say something when we entered there was a slight smell but I think this was just an air freshener that perhaps me personally did not like, it faded by the next day. It was not a major issue.

• Puva (7/5): Worth the stay, very strategic location. - The customer service by the front desk was really good, I guess her name is Lisa, she was really friendly and very welcoming. They do provide transportation service from Jetty to Hotel and hotel to jetty. The room is reasonably clean. They prepared a water pipe for us to wash before entering the room as if we are returning from beach definitely will have sands. They have a outdoor seating area, even prepared mosquito repellent. The location is superb, 2mins walk to the walking street. Near to 7e. Lotsa eateries nearby. Sunrise beach is very near, 5mins walk. Sunset beach around 20mins walk but can take the bike kinda taxi to there within 5mins. Overall it was good stay, would return. They had breakfast option but we didn't include during our booking, but I check out their menu, for me I think it's not really worth it. Only 2 pillows provided. The outdoor chair cleanliness can be improved

• Aitor (8/5): - La hubicación es perfecta y la playa que está a solo 5 minutos es ideal, sin masificar, una salida de sol muy bonita y nadando 5 minutos muchísimo coral, puedes alquilar kayak en la misma playa y visitar unas islas muy cercanas. el baño está un poco anticuado y oscuro, el resto perfecto.

• Steve (10/5): Exceptional in every way – we couldn’t fault Ricci House! - We have nothing but praise for Ricci House. From the very start, communication was excellent, with clear and helpful information about boat arrival and departure times to and from Koh Lipe. The instructions for meeting staff on the beach and transferring to the resort were seamless, making arrival completely effortless. We arrived as a family of four and had booked two bungalows. When we asked if it was possible to move so that our doors were closer together (travelling with two boys aged 8 and 10), the staff were more than happy to rearrange the accommodation to suit our needs—nothing was too much trouble. The facilities were excellent and spotlessly clean. The showers were fantastic, with great water pressure and consistent hot water, which really makes a difference after a day at the beach. Every member of staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely happy to help at all times. We chose to pay extra for the buffet breakfast on a few days during our six-night stay, and it was absolutely exceptional—fresh, varied, and well worth it. The location is perfect, with an easy walk to everywhere on the island while still feeling peaceful and relaxed. We would 100% return to Ricci House and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Koh Lipe. An outstanding stay from start to finish. Nothing

• Adrienne (10/5): Geweldig! Aanrader - Heel vriendelijk personeel! Kamer ruim en netjes. Lag midden in het centrum. We werden opgehaald vanaf de pier en weer terug gebracht. Het was wat gehorig maar ik slaap met oordoppen.

• Anna (4/5): Preis-/Leistung passt nicht - Das Personal war sehr nett und es gab einen kostenlosen bring und abholservice zur Fähre. Unser Zimmer hatte kein Fenster und somit kein Tageslicht. Wir hatten einen Balkon allerdings war dieser mit Blech verdeckt, sodass man nicht raus schauen konnte. Das Zimmer insbesondere das Bad wirkte nicht wirklich sauber, da die Armaturen und Silikonfugen sehr abgenutzt waren. Wir haben uns in dem Zimmer nicht wohl gefühlt.

• medamineosm (1/5): A very disappointing stay due to poor maintenance, cleanliness issues. - The room was in poor condition and did not meet expectations. There were visible cracks in the walls and ceilings, worn and damaged furniture, and poor finishing around doors and fittings. The air conditioning unit appeared dirty, and the bathroom showed signs of limescale and dirt around fixtures and corners. Overall maintenance and cleanliness were below standard for the price.
• Panteha (10/5): - Durante la mia vacanza a Koh Lipe ho soggiornato in due strutture diverse: una direttamente sulla spiaggia e l’altra è stata il Ricci. Devo dire che la posizione del Ricci è perfetta: comodissima per raggiungere Sunrise Beach e allo stesso tempo abbastanza distante dalla Walking Street, quindi non si sente assolutamente il caos serale ma a 3 minuti a piedi. La struttura è semplice e spartana, ma proprio per questo ideale per chi, come me, passa tutto il giorno al mare e rientra solo per dormire e fare la doccia. Un grande punto a favore è la pulizia quotidiana: ogni giorno la stanza viene pulita e sistemata, cosa non scontata. La colazione è ottima, anche se va pagata a parte e non è possibile includerla prima della partenza, ma nel complesso va benissimo così. Nota davvero importante sullo staff: ho avuto un problema perché sono arrivata tardi per prendere il traghetto e sono stati super gentili e disponibili, aiutandomi con le valigie e con tutta l’organizzazione. Inoltre, arrivando da un altro hotel, sono venuti a prendermi direttamente lì e mi hanno accompagnata fino al porto alla partenza. Un servizio davvero eccellente e uno staff fantastico. Consigliato!
• Aleksei (9/5): Отличный отель с недалеко от пляжа. - Раннее заселение, приятный персонал, великолепный завтрак за приемлемые деньги, отличное месторасположение (до пляжа 2 минуты пешком), чистота в номерах. Лично мне не хватило какой-нибудь общей зоны, где могли бы вечерами встречаться все гости отеля. Но возможно это надо только мне))

• Ans (9/5): Hotel dat we graag weer zouden boeken. - Voortreffelijke locatie, want met strand, horeca en winkels op loopafstand. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Een probleem dat we kregen met het huisje waarin we overnachtten (dat overigens werd veroorzaakt door iemand van buiten het hotel) werd snel en adequaat opgelost door de Chinese manager, ondermeer door ons een vervangend appartement aan te bieden. Prima ontbijt. Manager heeft een mooi altaartje staan van Chinees-boeddhistische godin Quan Yin. Niets.

From the manager to the staff member, you’re welcomed with a smile. Many went above and beyond to make sure that I felt comfortable and well cared for. I highly recommend Ricci House Resort.
