• JIMMY PENG SOON (6/5): Overall still a nice hotel except for the noise & low water pressure - Value for $ & good location 1. Low water pressure in the bath area. Cannot enjoy a good shower. 2. The 5th Floor ( highest) is just below the employees work area (6th Floor), it gets noisy very early in the morning, dragging of furniture and other sounds.

• Esmeralda (9/5): Great for stay, but less convenient to go around by walking. - The bed is very comfy! Everything is clean. Life bands, karaoke, café. Just a bit far from downtown (need to use tuktuk instead of walking) I thought it was a normal hotel, but after 1 night stay I understand why the hotel name is “Kiss Gardenhome Chic”. At late nights there will be ladies at the spa/bar. But so far, no disturbance.

• veshnudran (6/5): - The hotel was ok... the hotel is very outdated... needs lots of work done on the rooms which is old and dull...aircon need to be serviced... there is no safe in the room to keep your things... carpark needs to be safe for the guests vehicles...
• anas (10/5): - This place is very nice, there is a lot option around the area. If you're a bachelor I recommend you to be here. The entertainment it's off the hook. There's a restaurant around and inside.There's a bar, you can order food service. Excellent all around

• Tee (3/5): Below expectations - The housekeepers are doing a good job. Staff at the front counter - unfriendly (during checking out on 4th August 2024) Room - not worth the money, it is old and the toilet door was not working properly. Elevator- does not smell good.

Parking available The toilet door always stuck.. if kids in the toilet better don’t close the door coz their strength is not enuf to open the door. We also can hear people talking outside the room, very noisy. The hotel shud upgrade the AC.

White checking out was being wrongly charged for broken glass and mineral water.Both weren't by or for me. However when I said no glass was broken nor I had mineral water they didn't charge Just had a Coke so paid for it.

Walking distance to town center with all the attraction and shopping malls. Quite a number of famous restaurant are just around the corner make is easy for getting a meal NA

• Kevin (9/5): I recommend future travellers stay here. - The place is not far from the center (Lee Garden, Kim Yong Pasar). The reception was good, and the room was clean. I happened to be assigened a room with weak Wi-Fi signal. I had to go to the corridor to connect to Wi-Fi.
