Please note that garage parking spaces are subject to availability on arrival, and cannot be reserved in advance. If available, parking spaces cost CHF 25 per night from November to April and CHF 15 per night from May to October. Please note that shortly before and after the World Economic Forum (WEF), which takes place in January, there will be limited access to the Spa facilites and other public areas of the hotel. When booking 8 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Please note that half board includes a 4-course dinner in our Restaurant Bacio della Mama.

Sylvain (10/5): Alles hat unsere Erwartungen erfüllt: Sauberkeit, Ausstattung, Service und Ruhe waren ausgezeichnet! - Wir hatten ursprünglich ein Standard-Doppelzimmer gebucht und wurden ohne Aufpreis in ein Premium-Doppelzimmer umgebucht. Das Zimmer war ausgezeichnet, sehr sauber und die Lage ausgesprochen ruhig. Das Frühstücksbuffet war hervorragend und lecker, alles wurde frisch zubereitet. Das Personal war hilfsbereit und äußerst freundlich. Die Garage für das Auto war ebenfalls top. Der Spa-Bereich und der Pool waren sauber und boten die nötige Ruhe. Top Ausstattung! Alles hat unsere Erwartungen erfüllt. Es gab nichts zu beanstanden.

pluca3 (6/5): Ski-Weekend - Modern Hotel, nice Rooms. Limited own Parking lot, but public parking in same building and less costly than own parking of hotel. Hotel has one car charging possiblity on a first come, first serve basis. Upon request, hotel did not inform me that there were additional car charging possibilities in the public parking, only upon second request with different staff (not really a valuable behaviour). Bar tenders were in our case slow: we were the only guests in the bar and it took 25 minutes to get 5 drinks and an apero plate. Dinner at the hotel (à la carte) was very good, but menu is short, has no Grisons dishes and is over average in price. Very attentive service staff at the restaurant. Fantastic breakfast.

Luca (7/5): Mässig, werde inskünftig direkt im öffentlichen Parkhaus das Auto einstellen und nicht im Hotel das Abendessen einnehmen - Modern und geräumige Zimmer. Reichhaltiges Frühstück. Beschränkte Anzahl hoteleigene Parkplätze. Wir durften im öffentlichen Parkhaus der Migros im gleichen Gebäude parkieren. Das öffentliche Parkhaus ist günstiger als dasjenige von Hotel, welches mit CHF 35 zu buche schlägt und zu teuer ist. Personal bei Ankunft gab an, dass die einzige Ladesäule (1 einzige Ladesäule…) des Hotel belegt war. Keine Information, dass im öffentlichen Parkhaus der Migros weiter Lademöglichkeiten bestehen bzw. erst am darauffolgenden Tag darauf aufmerksam gemacht, ganz schwache Leistung. Hotelrestaurant sehr gut aber sehr beschränkte Auswahl an Speisen und zu hohe Preise.

Es war sehr laut und es wurde rege herumgespritzt und hineingehüpft. Schon am frühen Morgen um 7.00 Uhr als ich noch etwas in Ruhe Schwimmen wollte. Mein Vorschlag, Spa Zeiten zum Geniessen für Erwachsene. Zeiten in denen Kinder ihren Spass haben.

pradeepa.shrestha (7/5): Overall, we loved our stay at the hotel but few things could be improved - - reception staffs were amazing and tried to go above and beyond to make our stay comfortable - kitchen staffs also went above and beyond when I informed them about my vegetarian diet preference and cooked me veg breakfast - room size and design was good - location was great - few mins from bus stop, train station and Davos platz - good facilities - swimming pool and spa - beds were not very comfortable - cleaning services needs improving - we found someone’s dirty socks and used tissue paper under the sofa - breakfast could already include some warm/cooked veg options

Pool eher klein für die grösse des Hotels und Poolwasser sehr kalt.

Das war ein tolles Erlebnis. Der Pool war mit persönlich zu kalt. Und ein Whirlpool wäre eine tolle Ergänzung. Ansonsten alles top.

Andreea (9/5): Great location, good spa and breakfast, suitable for families - The location is excellent for Bünda slope, also right next to Migros/Migros Restaurant which is very convenient. The hotel has a pool, sauna, great breakfast (and many other eating options throughout the day) and is suitable for families. The extra bed for the child was so small the child could not sleep in it properly. The wardrobe has mostly hanger space and no shelves, which is great for business trips, but quite uncomfortable for ski trips.
