Minor issues--only the hotel manager speaks English well enough to communicate. Second, why bother to collect 100K Rupiah in deposit? It only amounts to about $8. Since the hotel has the credit card on file from when I checked in, why isn't that security enough for them?
- aki (6/5): 立地は良いがたどり着くのは難しい - BLOK-Mには何でも有りとても便利。 道が複雑で行きつくのが難しい。 コンビニは有るが小さい店で普通のコンビニは少し遠い。 バスターミナルが町の南北を分断していて連絡通路の地下街が１０時頃に閉まってしまう。 ホテルはこじんまりしているが部屋は１人なら十分な広さだった。 冷蔵庫とドライヤーは無い。 デポジット１０万ルピア必要。
- Eiji (10/5): 素晴らしい。 - 人がとてもよいです。英語でしっかり対応してくれます。 部屋もとてもきれいです。 蚊などもいませんでした。 冷房もとてもよくききます。 寝具もトイレも床も、すべてきれいです。 アジア系の料理を特別好きなわけではありませんが、朝食も美味でした。 治安のよい地域だと感じました。 男一人で夜歩いても問題ありませんでした。 便利な地域です。 近くに銀行(両替所)、コンビニ、ショッピングモールなどがあります。 タクシーも多くいます。一切不便しません。 この価格帯としては有り得ないほど便利なホテルです。 日本からインドネシアへ行く際はまた利用します。 唯一欠点をあげるとすると、シャワーの勢いが弱いことです。 問題なく体を洗うことはできますが、少し時間がかかります。 日本のビジネスホテルと同等のクオリティです。 オススメです。
- Verified traveler (6/5): 価格相応のホテル - ブロックＭのトランスジャカルタのバス乗り場のそばにあるが夜遅くなると最寄りの入口が閉鎖されアクセスが非常に不便である。現地駐在員に聞いたところ治安があまり良くない場所のため、夜入口が閉鎖されるとのことでした。 Wi-Fiは通信状態が非常に悪いため、ホテルでWi-Fiを使いたい人にはお勧めしません。

- Chen Yongjie (10/5): One of the better hotels I stayed in Jakarta ... - I will rate it as highly valuable for money. At the price point I paid, I think the hotel is exceptionally great. Very comfortable room and the vicinity was convenient with a small mall within walking distance. I love the bed and the room was clean too. I will certainly want to stay there again the next time I make the visit to Jakarta. The only problem I think is the WIFI signal. It is very weak. I couldn't even work on my mobile phone, lest say the laptop.

Has an excellent satellite TV selection--Europe, US, Aussie, Asian news channels and entertainment. Very large shower and bathroom. Nice lobby bar. I'll come back next year.

- Grace Pui Mun (8/5): If you like excitement in your stay. - Very happy with hotel room and services(except there is no fridge nor safe boxes) but was shocked to find out that the location of the hotel is right where the red light area is! Having said that, there were no "monkey business" in the hotel lobby. Quite safe during the day and relatively easy to get taxis. Food in restaurant was good and inexpensive but there were mosquitoes!!! The bus terminal next to hotel is plus and minus. It's a plus if you want to take bus but a BIG minus at night where dubious characters hang around. NOT safe to walk around there at night esp for women.
- Kian Beng (8/5): Economical but worth every cent - I was there for 2 nights. There were airport transfers and the staff were friendly too. Only the aircon was leaking on the 2nd day and the neighbourhood isn't an area for tourists. However, overall, the hotel offers reasonable rates with very good services. I will recommend this hotel for those who are budget conscious.
