Iva (10/5): - Izuzetno ljubazno osoblje na recepciji, izašli su nam u susret za sve dodatne zahteve koje smo imali. Veoma čiste i uredne sobe. Hotel je smešten na divnom mestu, za odmor i šetnju, dobro povezan gradskim prevozom sa centrom grada.
Cornelis (5/5): was eens een heel mooi hotel, nu een revalidatie- en bejaardencentrum - Personeel is uiterst correct en voorkomend. De airco werkte niet omdat deze door het management tot de maand juni wordt afgesloten. Kreeg van de receptie na mijn beklag dat het smerig warm in mijn kamer was als antwoord dat ik de ramen moest ophouden. Alleen dit hotel dat eens echt heel mooi was, is aan een rivier gesitueerd waar het riool op uit komt. Dit is in de kamers bij openstaande ramen te ruiken waarbij opgemerkt dat de vuil containers onder het raam van mijn kamer stonden en eens in de week werden geleegd. Had dus een hele mooie kamer aan de zonnekant en moest daarbij wel de ramen openhouden.

Daniel (8/5): - Die Zimmer waren schön, die Ausstattung sehr gut. Das Spa und Sauna kann westlichen Verhältnissen nicht genügen. Ich habe es in die Punktebewertung nicht einfliessen lassen, weil das Zimmer wirklich schön ist und das Spa völlig eine andere Kategorie abdeckt. Der Pool war aus unserer Sicht unhygienisch und nicht sehr schön (auf den Fotos). Die Sauna war gar nicht geöffnet.

Miketič (7/5): Razen problemov z vodo minus, vse ostalo top. - Zajtrk odličen, lokacija top Na določene trenutke (zvečer in zjutraj) je zmanjkovalo tople vode za tuširanje in umivalnik tudi seveda. Pod tuškadjo se je izlivala voda po ploščicah.

Santi (8/5): Goede liging voor een bezoek aan Sarajevo - Vriendelijk ontvangst, zeer ruime en nette kamer. Vanuit het hotel 10min lopen tot de tram , hiermee is een goede verbinding naar de stad Sarajevo. Met niet te veel bagage op loopafstand van het vliegveld (verder bijna geen geluidsoverlast hiervan). Zeer goede kwaliteit prijs verhouding. Ontbijt en diner mag met wat meer keuze.

Duş da su ılık -soğuk arasıydı geçici dir dedik sabah resepsiyona söyledim bizde sıcak su yok ılık su akar dediler çok ilgisiz ve kabaydı resepsiyondakiler, sıcak su problemi nedeniyle oda değişikliği istedik önce hayır dediler sonra Bosna da tanıdığım bir rehber arkadaşa araştırıp Boşnakça konuşturduk belki İng anlaşamıyoruz diye ona da tm oda değiştirelim ama hepsi böyle dediler ayrıca kahvaltıda ramazan diye önümüze iki çocukla seyahat ediyorduk sadece sıcak olarak bir omlet yapıp getirdiler kahvaltı adına birşey yoktu sorduğumuzda ramazan herkes oruç tutuyor dediler ama otelde yaşlı ve engelli kişiler vardı çoğu da kahvaltıya inmişti . Oda temizliği kötüydü ilgisiz ve kaba davranışa maruz kaldık öyleyse çıkacağız dedik siz bilirsiniz dedi resepsiyondaki bey hiç oralı bile olmadı . Hemen booking den Malak regency için rezervasyon yapıp çıktık ertesi gün ,Böyle bir otel bi de Avrupa da Bosna gibi turistik bir ülkede nasıl olabilir hala konuşuyoruz hayret bir şey gerçekten . Hiç mi kontrol edilmiyor şikayetleri biz internetten sonradan gördük bize Bosnadan biri IUS a yakın diye önerdiği için gitmiştik .Sakın gitmeyin

Jasminka (6/5): Srednja zalost - Sto se lično tiče smještaja, jako je komforno i udobno. Osoblje na recepcijama i dvoje na masazama su ljubazni i korektni. Nije mi se svidio doručak. Uvijek jedno te isto da insan i ne poželi da doruckuje. Radnik u Restoranu pretpostavljam da je neki šef restorana ili čega već dok se onako bahato ponaša. Kao da on svim gostima koji su tu plaća doručak. Toliko uzdahuje i odhukuje i toliki teret su mu prisutni na doručku da to nisam nigdje vidjela. Ima negdje između 45 i 55 godina. Pisem koliko ima godina da ne bih tko pomislio na one mlađe koji rade tu u restoranu a jako ljubazni.. Dto se tice smještaja to jest sobe rekla sam da su jako komforne i udobne ali i prljave. Prašina, radocine , prljave fleke na drvenom ramu kreveta iznad glave. Prljave store, paravani puni prasine. Kupatiloʻ sam zatekla ocisceno ono reda radi. Sifon u tus kabini unutra prljav. Fleke po zidnim i podnim plocicama ne očišćeno. Na onoliko gostiju Hotela samo su jedan bazen stavili u funkciju.

Ljubas (9/5): Svake godine za doček Nove smo u Sarajevu i boravio u ovom hotelu. - Super lokacija,blizina Ilidže,tamvaj za odlazak u grad,tiha ulica. Osoblje ljubazno,dobar doručak,čiste sobe.

Radovan (10/5): - Hotel je izvanredan, veoma sadrzajan. Osoblje je izuzetno ljubazno, susretljivo, izasli su u susret svim nasim zahtevima. Soba je bila prostrana, veoma cista i topla. Topla preporuka za sve posebno za porodice koje dolaze sa malom decom. ☺️
