- Munoz (6/5): pleasant.staffs very limited knowhow online assistance, room tv not working, no basic amenities given - Served well, on time, price right. Service pleasant. more choices on dishes. options on selection of side orders
- rad815 (8/5): my favorite place to stay with my partner so clean so good - it's a nice place to stay overnight with my boyfriend .and it's accessible place to rides here. it's my favorite place to stay overnight with my loved
- Robert (2/5): Not as expected - Not as nice as the pictures. Wasnt what i expected for the price
- Juan (10/5): - It was a good choice 😊
- Rainier (8/5): - Customer service good the girls smiling at the frontdesk.
- Stephen (8/5): - A quiet hotel with good privacy and pleasant staff. The food is good. I would book to stay there again, no problem.
- Reynalyn (4/5): - I reserved the hotel so I could get some rest after a long flight then I arrived in the hotel the next day I booked it, but when I get there I still have to wait for my Room to get cleaned and ready, After that they took me to the room that has no keycard , No keys And has 3 different locks that are all broken I asked the staff to change my room they did after a long time waiting. I have to keep asking for an update as the staff won’t bother ,
- omkarparikh85 (10/5): STAY AT HOTEL SOGO WOOD STREET, PASAY, PHILIPPINES - Hotel is very neat and clean and staff are very polite and very cooperative in nature. One thing is most like that they are serving food for 24 X 7 with minimum lapse of time. Food is also hygienic and affordable rate. Their room services are excellent and they are cleaning their room on daily basis with change of pillow cover and bed sheet too. The location is also very good and near by Manila International Airport say hardly 3.4 kms. to 3.7 kms. They are providing airport shuttle services that I don't know. But I have the best experience of the hotel. Victory Liner Bus Terminal is also in walkable distance so that you can visit nearby cities of Metro Manila. You can say it is in the center of Pasay city. Once again I like to stay there and I recommend to stay there for good experience forever. I wish them good luck.
- DAVID (8/5): Comfortable hotel - I had to isolate so it wasn’t for leisure, but comfortable stay
- Verified traveler (8/5): - The property is clean as claimed. However, the hallway by the elevator smells with cigarette. Rooms are filled with ash trays (3 in our room) when the hotel is supposedly non-smoking.
Hallways and stairs are narrow.
The air condition in the two rooms we occupied are very loud. They are louder than the television.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - It was all good. Really. Food prices were very reasonable. Ceasar salad was excellent. All room orders were delivered quickly. Room setup was very romantic.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Dirty bed linens and pillo
- Verified traveler (6/5): - The management did their best to make our stay comfortable but it is not a pleasant surrounding and the bed is really hard.
- william (6/5): - away from the traffic noise good room service safe not working!
- soraansem (6/5): Just right - The stay was just right if you are looking to get a quick nap as well as a relaxing stay when you have a build up stress which you can release it all and still have some good service. Though there are some of the amenities that needs to be replaced or at the least get them fixed. For example would be the remote for the tv, it seems that I would need to hit it a few times before it would work. Or when the toilet would not flush, but other works just as well.
- briantN3954ZS (4/5): Soho hotel Pasay Manila - Soho hotels are what you call 'Short time' hotels. You pay by the number of hours you wish to stay. They are hotels known for 'short time' stays - for a quick from. Their beds are not comfortable and they only have a bed sheet on them. If your looking for a long term stay - 24 hours or more, then dont stay soho hotel. They are only for the quick fling or waiting for the plane.
- Eladio (10/5): 5 Days Stay - Excellent thanks to the staff of sogo
- Verified traveler (6/5): - You get what you pay for! Cheap accommodation for money savers.
- JMontales (6/5): Value for Money - We have stayed here as it is really near to the airport; easy access from EDSA and to airport flyover. The room is clean and has a private car garage, no check in process, no ID and no signature needed, you just need to park your car and that’s it.
It has a hot water supply in the bathroom, some amenities like soap and shampoo and fresh towels.
Foods are okay and at huge servings.
I have paid PHP1000++ for a 3 hour stay plus meals.
Fair enough to stay in a short period of time while waiting for your next flight.
- thaikwai (6/5): Cebu Oct 2017 - The Sogo soclean sogood is a value for money deal you can choose your hours of stay, clean room.good staff, big shopping mall close by ,need to use taxis for this location as its in a weary area.would use again
- Foreigner (6/5): Ok stay, terrible location, NO WIFI! - Had to stay a couple of days in a budget hotel. Price and room is totally ok. You get what you pay for. Location is in a area where no taxidriver whant to go! Ok distance from both MoA and SM Makati. But lots of Taxidrivers will not go here, or pretend to not knowing the area, even if you show them the map and directions on your phone. Could easily extend my stay, but had to relocate because of the location, and also the terrible, ad practically NO WIFI. Culd not stay online eighter for work checkups or contact with family.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Bad service and inefficient staff - Had to wait at the front desk for an hour to wait for the confirmation of my booking. Front desk staff doesn't know what to do with my reservation. My attention was called during checkout that I need to pay extra and I told the staff that it was an Expedia and it was already been paid.
- Ismi (8/5): Hotel Close to Airport & Center City of Manila - This hotel actually has many branches in Manila but I was staying in the one that is hidden out from the main road. Main road is too noisy and bad air quality (due to heavy traffics).
- Nicholas (8/5): Interesting hotel - Used this hotel as a stop-over for our connecting flight in Manila. We weren't aware until we arrived that the hotel specialises in accommodating explicit activities. Everything in the room is geared up that way. There are mirrors on the ceiling, adult channels on the TV, and everything is sterilised and presented in plastic wrap. The room was very clean though because of it and we enjoyed our time there. Rooms can be rented by the hour, good for people like us who are only sleeping a few hours before the next flight.
- bill (4/5): tired hotel - many things worn or repaired badly or did not work!
- 145geraldm (10/5): little gem - We stayed on 9th may, very tidy service was fast and tidy, read the negative revue and didn't understand what the people was complaing about we booked in for 24 hours as had business in the morning.you order food brought up to your room very nice a great meal for two for about 400 pesos very good value stayed in room 429 very tidy clean and they do change the bedclothes, recommend it .
- GNOBGNOB (6/5): Cheaper on weekdays - We stayed here for just a couple of hours and I found out that it's cheaper to stay here during weekdays. Just an ordinary airconditioned room with en suite bathroom. But reasonably clean and had the toilet with an inspected sticker.
- ARULNATHAN (2/5): - a hotel out of nowhere....
- Ryan (4/5): Good for people who drop the bags and go out! - I placed an order for a canned Coke, it took over 30 minutes. Toilets had low water pressure and barely flushed. Asked staff questions about local area, they had no information.
- Floidavid (4/5): Quite a good location but scary - Location is okay, very near to a mall and road for transportation but very dirty environment. Well, it's fine just for a 1 night stay maybe. Noticed that SoGo hotels are basically for couples trying to get a few hours of their satisfaction. We had to wait when we're checking in and there are a lot of couples waiting for their turn. Was with a guy friend and some staff thought that we are couples trying to ditch few hours as well until they saw our passports and found out that we're tourists. The surrounding place has a night market that sells clothings and fruits but very dirty. There's this negative vibe in the place. I doubt if they even clean the sheets properly. Just fine for a 1 night stay.
- raykool (2/5): Not for us... - This shabby hotel is rooms rented by the hour and we just left. We forfeited our room payment Mirrors on the ceilings and there was, no hot water, no blankets, no working safe, grubby, a very poor end of town.
- 827lennyv (4/5): average - Room was average, AC not big enough for room, no windows, smelt, cockroaches, matresses are hard foam, room 401 right beside a very noisy elevator that goes all night..but I blieve this is a hotel for bringing back the ladys, neon lights on the bed.free porn channels, smoking room.no kettle.no fridge.
- Climber392950 (2/5): Rubbish - This was falsely advertised and is actually hotel sogo - which has extremely poor reviews. Our small windowless room, with howling aircon, and cold shower was not worth the extortionate price. Probably worth staying in a nicer area rather than staying close to the airport. Do not recommend.
- frederickd189 (10/5): Super Nice Hotel to Stay At!!!!! - If you are going to the Philippines for any reason and staying in the Manila Area, the Hotel to stay at is the Tri-Place Hotel in Pasay for the following reasons.....................
Location is great: Close to the International Airport and close to the Mall of Asia.
Rooms and Room Service is great.. Prices for the Hotel Room and Food is really reasonable and will not break you... Employees are very friendly and helpful.
Transportation: What I REALLY liked and made it a plus for me is that they provided Airport Pick-up (on request prior to arrival) and also Transportation to other locations (i.e. Malls; other places to eat, etc.) on request and if available....for a smaller fee than it would cost for a Taxi Cab.
I have stayed at this Hotel 2 times that I was in the Manila Area and have enjoyed it both times I was there...Rooms are nice, neat, very clean and peaceful...
I have already recommended this Hotel to friends that had plans going to the Philippines, either if they were staying in the Manila Area the whole time or just making Manila a Pass-thru to other locations in the Philippines....
I was very Very VERY Happy about everything with this Hotel.
