The rooms, although small, were not very comfortable. A recommended place for future visits to Stelvio. A big plus for the garage (storage) for bicycles.

- Lev (9/5): Nice stay - Half-board option is great with 5-course menu. Very nice breakfast, awesome coffee. Friendly staff. I have arrived at ca 20.30, parking spots were somewhat limited. But cannot blame on hotel.
- Rob (7/5): Prima wat overpriced hotel. - We hebben genoten van een prima ontbijt. De kamer was ook netjes in orde en we hadden zelfs een balkon wat bij warm weer wel prettig is. Vriendelijk personeel die helaas niet bijzonder snel van begrip zijn. We hebben via email een tafel voor diner geboekt. Je weet echter niet wat je krijgt want een menukaart is er niet. Men heeft wisselende menu's. Het eten wat we hebben gekregen was echter wel lekker. De prijs van € 160 voor een nacht is wel best overpriced, we hebben tijdens onze roadtrip veel hotels gehad maar deze stak er wel met kop en schouders bovenuit.

Personnel arrangeant, nous avons pu laisser notre voiture sur place la journée de notre départ le temps d’aller faire le Stelvio en vélo. Menu unique à tarif unique le soir : une option à la carte aurait été appréciée mais il faut quand même préciser qu’il y avait 2/3 variations possibles sur les plats.

Jest dostępny darmowy parking przy hotelu. Jedzenie bardzo dobre, ale jak dla nas trochę późno podawane (godz. 19.00). To nie jest zarzut, tylko informacja. Dostaliśmy tez większy pokój, niż rezerwowaliśmy. Obsługa bardzo pomocna. Z pokoju mieliśmy widok na góry. Nic, wszystko OK

Though appreciate food likes and dislikes are personal preferences. Overall not good value for the money, really disappointing overall. Hostile welcome by the female owner, her husband was better. There was no parking left at the hotel so we went in to ask where to park. Feeling stressed and tired after an 8 hour drive to get there. Because we couldn't speak German or Italian (we can speak Italian a bit but our bilingual brains were frazzled) we were made to feel really unwelcome. At the bar later I was criticised for not speaking the local language. Once I did speak a little Italian they just laughed. Turned out later that the woman owner spoke perfectly good English! I don't know what was going on here but definitely a bad enough anti English vibe to effect our stay and make us feel very uncomfortable.

Lo staff è molto gentile e ci ha aiutato quando abbiamo avuto difficoltà a trovare parcheggio. Le camere erano comode, pulite e molto confortevoli. E' un pò difficile trovare parcheggio quando c'è il pienone (es. settimana di Ferragosto), ma il personale dell'hotel si è prodigato per trovarcene uno.
