• Marianna (6/5): Ha újra a Garda-tó ezen részére megyünk biztos, hogy nem ezt a szállást fogjuk választani, hiába pazar a panoráma. - Az elhelyezkedése nagyon tetszett, nem először voltunk már itt, az elénk táruló panoráma nem mindennapi látvány. Kb. 500 m magasan a hegyoldalában helyezkedik el a hotel és az apartmanok, csodaszép a panoráma a Garda-tóra és a túloldalon lévő hegyvonulatra. Sajnos nem a legideálisabb időt fogtuk ki május közepén, több napon keresztül esett az eső, igen alacsony volt a kinti hőmérséklet és emellé az apartmanban lévő fűtés elégtelennek bizonyult, termosztát vezérlésű, helyi kazános, radiátoros megoldás volt és ez nagyon-nagyon időszakosan (sokszor egyáltalán nem) működött. 2 alkalommal is jeleztük a recepción lévő hölgynek a problémánkat, aki odaküldött egy takarítónőt, a hölgy megtekintette a kazánt és rendben lévőnek minősítette. Természetesen a helyzet ezt követően sem változott érdemben de felajánlották,hogyha kell adnak még vastag takarót éjszakára ami ugye a reggeli,napközbeni és esti benti hidegre nem megoldás. Abszolút diszkomfortérzetünk volt. A mosogatócsap ki volt esve a helyéről amikor beköltöztünk, amit nem hiszem,hogy az átadás előtti takarításnál nem vettek volna észre. A wifi szakadozva és nagyon gyengén volt elérhető. A zuhanykabinban lévő padlóösszefolyó rácsa folyamatosan kiesett a helyéről.

• Julia (1/5): scandal, bad service - We didn't like anything, the receptionist was rude - she insults customers in Italian because she can't explain anything, her English leaves a lot to be desired, they charged us 15 euros per person for towels and bed linen and they weren't even changed We didn't like the staff's attitude, we had to ask for everything - even for toilet paper, which they gave to one in five people and didn't answer the phone (only on the fourth call). The scandal is that there is no bed linen provided - you have to pay extra for everything and it is not changed

• Paweł (7/5): Było fajnie, Włochy są niesamowite i z pewnością tam wrócimy. - Widok z tarasu był/jest niesamowity. Lokalizacja cicha i spokojna, fajne miejsce wypadowe do zwiedzania. Korzystaliśmy z wewnętrznego basenu, który jest ok. Pokoje w apartamencie jak i okolica czyste. Brak jakiegokolwiek czajnika w apartamencie, konieczność wynajęcia z hotelu ręczników oraz pościeli za dodatkową opłatą (w pokojach hotelowych na standardowym wyposażeniu), brak poszewki na koc, który "gryzie" w nocy.

W recepcji otrzymaliśmy mapkę dojazdu do apartamentu jednak bardzo długo szukaliśmy wjazdu ponieważ jest on bardzo słabo oznakowany.

• Anja (9/5): Sehr zu empfehlen - Superschöne Lage mit top Aussicht über den Gardasee. Nach Limone ist es nicht weit. Das eigene Restaurant können wir wärmstens empfehlen. Wir haben dort außergewöhnlich gut zu Abend gegessen. Auch Preis-Leistung stimmt. Die Heizung war nicht von Anfang an eingestellt. Daher war die erste Nacht sehr kalt, bis wir in der Küche den richtigen Schalter gefunden haben. Und wir hätten uns ausreichend WC Papier gewünscht.

Betten sind bequem. Die Pizzeria war hervorragend. Kein Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine. Im Badezimmer könnten ein paar Haken angebracht werden, auch ein Klorollenhalter sollte möglich sein. So hat man null Ablagefläche.
• Elly (7/5): - Beautiful appartement, location is quite isolated and in cloudy weather it's usual in the mist. There is only the basics in the appartement. Even toilet paper wasn't there, we had to pick it up at the reception. And there were was no soap for hands or to wash the plates.
• Diāna (8/5): Beautiful view, for childrens perfect swimming pools and we would like to come back - We did not use breakfast option, just dinner , but we did not like them , because there was too hot and there was table too close to each other guests and there was no air . Food was interesting , but for desert we get one slice Of watermelon . Childrens liket pasta ofcourse , and we had green pee soup. Swimming pools was great . Our false - that we did not see about air conditioner in our flat . But finally it was very good , because sun in evening was hiding after mountain and it was not so hot inside in rooms . All windows was open and sleeping was comfortable . Under us was living family with small childrens and they were smoking all the time , and it was disgusting , because smell was coming inside our rooms . But ofcourse , view from our terace was wonderfull and we tried to be thankful for these great evenings what we had at our stay in you hotel !

• Bernd (8/5): sehr Toll, super freundliches Personal, super Lage - Wir hatten ein Hotelzimmer gebucht und eine Ferienwohnung erhalten, was wir sehr genossen haben. Der Balkon war gleich doppelt so groß und die Aussicht ein Traum. Frühstücken konnte man draußen mit herrlichen Blick, was will man mehr. Wenn man nicht Halbpension bucht, hat man die Möglichkeit in die Pizza/Restaurant zu gehen. War auch gut. Es wurde jedoch am Samstag für Hotelgäste geschlossen, da eine private Feier stattfand. Leider hatte es auch keine vorherige Information gegeben, wir hatten es am Mittag zufällig gesehen und konnten glücklicherweise ausweichen...

• Philipp (9/5): Top Aussicht bei gutem Essen - Der Blick auf den See ist fantastisch und in der Pizzeria auf dem Grundstück gibt es leckere Fischgerichte zu humanen Preisen. Der Ausblick bedeutet natürlich auch, dass man vom See Serpentinen nach oben fahren muss.

• Vaclav (7/5): Hotel with a magnificent view - Very comfortable appartment at one of the most beatufiul places ever. Magnificent view on the lake. Nice breakfast, well equipped. The only issue was that we were cold during our whole stay. My wife has to sleep in a jacket. The heating was functional but there is a temperature limit pre-set and you simply cannot increase it. We tried to talk to the reception several times and ask for higher temperature but they did not do anything.

• Lena_4321 (8/5): Schöne Anlage mit mega Aussicht - Tolle Aussicht, schöne Anlage, super nettes Personal sowohl im Hotel, als auch im tollen Restaurant, große, moderne Appartements, beheizter Innenpool. Gerne wieder! Die Beleuchtung der Wege, speziell bei dem Appartements könnte besser sein. Es gibt zwar Lampen, aber die funktionieren nicht. Wir sind mir Taschenlampen unterwegs gewesen. Wenn es bereits kalt ist draußen, sollte die Heizung eingeschaltet sein und der Gast sollte nicht suchen müssen.
• Steffen (7/5): - Die Lage und die damit verbundene Aussicht ist super Die Hellhörigkeit der Appartements ist leider etwas belastend. Man hört die Nachbarn sehr deutlich; Stühle rücken, Küchengeräusche, Kinder die bläken usw. Wer Ruhe sucht ist dort nicht gut aufgehoben. Die Küchenutensilien der Appartements sind sehr sperrlich gehalten ( kein Lappen, Geschirrhandtuch sowie auch kein Toilettenpapier oder Küchenrollen vorhanden gewesen bei uns ). Wenigstens ein kleines „Starterset“ von allem wäre schön gewesen.

Blisko basen, niestety wodą była lodowata ale przyjemnie było poleżeć na leżaku i podziwiać widoki. Restauracja też blisko z widokiem na góry, z cudowna obsługa i dobrym jedzeniem. Minus za niewygodne łóżka i brak czajnika gdzie teraz to jest podstawą. Średnie wyposażenie domku.
