• Kader (6/5): - Sayın Yetkili, Otelinizdeki konaklamamla ilgili olarak sizlere şikâyetimi bildirmek istiyorum. Öncelikle belirtmek isterim ki, otelinize giriş (check-in) saati 14:00 olmasına rağmen, ben saat 16:00’da otele gelmiş olmama karşın odam hâlâ hazır değildi. Ayrıca, odaya yerleştikten sonra da temizlik yeterli şekilde yapılmamıştı. İkinci olarak değinmek istediğim konu ise, çıkış günümde yaşadığım olumsuzluktur. Yanımda bulunan dolu alkol şişemi odamda unuttuğumu birkaç saat sonra fark ettim. Henüz otelden ayrılmamış olmama rağmen, şişeyi geri talep ettiğimde, bana bu ürünün çöpe atıldığının söylenmesi Ayrıca belirtmek isterim ki, bu oteldeki konaklamam ilk deneyimim değildir. Ancak üzülerek ifade etmeliyim ki, bu yıl otelinizde kalmak benim için oldukça hayal kırıklığı yaratıcı olmuştur.

• Sofia (8/5): Helt ok hotel med jättegod frukost, perfekt läge. - Stott rum vilket uppskattades. Men mörkt och dålig belysning i badrummet. Ganska trist inredning. Uselt wifi på rummet. Gick knappt att använda. Krångligt system med att byta strand-handdukar. Inte en enda gång fanns det nya utan vi fick komma tillbaka. Ingen stor grej men ändå konstigt att det var så de tre gånger vi skulle byta.

Apparently free parking onsite BUT you need to find free street parking yourself. Very hard to find reception and if you look like a local they have no time for you Thanks but never again
• Nataliia (4/5): - I’ve stayed 6 nights and not even once my room was cleaned up even though the reception confirmed they clean the rooms daily.. A very nosy place with karaoke under the windows and a very loud poor quality music making my ears bleed. Impossible to sleep at night. Will not recommend this place for people who are seeking a relaxed atmosphere. Their spa has a very good massage and manual therapy offer though. For a place that positions itself as a relax and a well being refuge there is a terrible gap between this concept and reality.

• Lisa (10/5): BOHEME BEACH SIDE OF COOKS CLUB - After a stay elsewhere I decided to come back to Cooks Club. This time I had a beautiful room sea side with an ocean view to the side of my balcony in the "Boheme" side. A different experience from my first stay, and also very lovely. It's a little Gem of a place, tastefully decorated and right on the beach with access to the main Cooks Club delightful pool and beach areas too. It was so nice to have this extended option. I was told the secret to getting the "Boheme" side, was to pay a little bit more and chose "ocean or sea view" to be nearer the sea. Classed as a return guest, I can see why so many guests return over and over, as it gets better with even more options to discover
• Lisa (10/5): Reception team were fabulous! - This was my first visit to Cooks Club. The reception team were amazing from the start, and went out of their way to make sure my stay was comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble! They resolved a tiny hiccup effortlessly. The room was spacious and the beds super comfortable. I always slept very well. Lots of soft pillows and a nice sized balcony. I had absolutely everything I needed.
• Lisa (10/5): BEACH & POOL BAR AREA - I enjoyed my first stay so much I extended and after a short break came back again. I have already submitted reviews about the hotel/restaurant/reception/foods/rooms etc. Last but by no means least is the whole pool beach area. Not all perfect at least for me, and to add an honest review I will say why. Most importantly the whole personal/ pool bar & waiter service team are fantastic. Nothing is too much trouble at all. So please be sure to tip well individually and why not throw in your small notes and coins to the various tip boxes you will see around the complex. Don't forget the one in reception of the Irish pub too! Not everything can be perfect, all of the time, and for me in the winter months I found the beach music too loud and full on. That said, it might be fine for most. But, from dawn to dusk of heavier music I needed to escape to BOHEME side where the music choices were more elegant let's say :) To step from varbto beach in a few steps is always great though. Now for a bit of a downer but very relevant feedback. I don't want to mention names, but there is a sort of supervisor from my own country UK allegedly, who gave a member of beach staff a bit of a dressing down right on the beach in front of us guests. I thought this was shameful, and unnecessary. A great manager always takes someone aside quietly if there is an issue. I was mortified and don't like to hear someone saying "I am the manager". We are on holiday, we don't need to know this!

• Verified traveler (4/5): - Jeg var på samme hotell i fjor, da var jeg fornøyd. Når jeg kom tilbake i år hadde hotellet blitt utvidet. Nå er det for mange gjester på samme plass. Kundeservice vet dem ikke hva er, utenom ei i resepsjonen og en som gikk ved bassenget. Det var så dårlig service både i baren ved bassenget og i restauranten at jeg ikke ville bestille noe, eller bruke min all inclusive. Kjøpte heller noe med på rommet og gikk ut på kvelden for å spise. Jeg kommer ikke tilbake.

• Jessica (4/5): - The cooks club, is actually not really what it promises in the pictures and the advertisements. The only thing which is really excellent, is the staff. They really try their best to offer the guest the best time possible. For all the rest, cooks club alanya, is like trying to make a cheap beach club more fancy and everyone is trying to sell you additional stuff, you don‘t need. After arrival I got my first hotel room in the main building. A so called „suite“, with windows and a balcony towards a super loud airconditioning propeller and a super loud party street, with the worst music imaginable. The „suite“ was super dark and the tiles in the bathroom were painted over in black. (Just as Ou can read it in so many reviews…) So, the so called „suite“ is a dark 2 room area, with no real daylight. When I opened the drawers of the cubboard, there was underwear from previous female guests in it. What a nice surprise! Also my promised beach towel was missing. After a sleepless und really unhappy first night I checked with the reception, if I could change the room. Luckily, for an upgrade fee, I was able to change to another building, to a room with seaview. Finally daylight, a nice view and a friendly bright room. Worst part about this hotel and therefore not worth the money: It is LOUD all the time, everywhere. I had a cockroach in my room, and I saw some of them in the hallway! Every mirror is dirty. I would never recommend this place to anyone!

Strandbedjes inbegrepen, goede locatie loopafstand naar liftjes voor bezoek aan kasteelmuur bovenop de berg. Ligging aan mooie baai met turquoise water. Restaurant en mogelijkheid om bij het strand te eten. Ingang moeilijk te vinden bij Ierse pub aan overkant van de straat, bereikbaar met voetgangerstunnel. Buurt is druk, paar rondjes rijden om parkeerplaats te vinden

And room was not clean had other stuff in it. Staff did not even say sorry! Really bad! Don’t have photo of condom was to shuck up. But have photos of other not clean stuff in room after reception pretends room was cleaned after condom find.

När vi hade checket kb trodde vi att vi skulle vara nära stranden men snabb insåg vi att vi var på väg från stranden, poolen osv. Vi gick genom en tunnel under bil gatab för att ta oss till vårt rum! Middagen var inte bra även om det ingick i våran reservation. Poolen och stranden var härliga.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Bel hôtel à proximité du centre - Séjour de 7nuits dans cet hôtel avec mon époux. L’hôtel a une très belle piscine et donne sur la plage avec des transats privés, il propose quelques activités mais pas trop ce qui était parfait pour nous. Nous logions en demi pension sous forme de buffet, nous étions donc servis mais les quantités étaient limitées et nous avions l’impression de quémander de la nourriture, très déçue sur ce point, il faut insister pour avoir une quantité convenable. Pour le nettoyage des chambres c’était le minimum, nettoyage du sol et Sdb et pliage des couettes. Autrement bel hôtel bonne localisation, le serveur a la piscine est super sympa !

Oppussingen av rommene er greie, men litt hastverk med bad og kjøkken virker det som, veldig mørkt bad, kunne med hell vært gjort bedre. Men det er som alltid fint å komme tilbake dit.

• Helene (6/5): Overbooket hotell!! - Oppholdet startet med at vi ble flyttet til et annet bygg/hotell i smartline kjeden. Dette var et dyrere rom enn vi hadde bestilt. Rommet og beliggenheten var helt super. Men vi ble aldri forklart hvorfor vi ble flyttet hit. Bare at smartline sunpark marine bestod av flere ulike bygg!! Vi stilte spørsmål til dette av en annen ansatt som kunne fortelle at sunpark marine var overbooket! Etter 3 dager ble vi oppringt fra resepsjonen med ordre om å pakke sakene for å bytte til det opprinnelige hotellrommet. Noe vi ikke hadde fått beskjed om!! Rommet vi fikk på sunpark marine var i første etasje ut mot gaten uten mulighet for å kunne sitte på balkongen eller å ha gardinene åpne. Både min søster og jeg bestilte samme type rom og til samme pris. Hun fikk et større rom i andre etasje og vi fikk et lite i første. Når vi i tillegg har betalt samme sum for oppholdet står dette overhodet ikke i stil til forventningene! Det var lite og dårlig informasjon og lite forståelse for oss under dette oppholdet!!!!

Kuljettavat veloituksetta eri hotelleihin Show iltoihin , syömään , rannalle ym pyydettäessä .

• Markku (10/5): Siisti, edullinen, avara - siis aivan ihana :) - Todella avara, edullinen, siisti ja kauniisti sisustettu kaksio. Tilava ja siisti kylpyhuone, saippuat hotellin puolesta hyviä. Paksut ja puhtaantuoksuiset pyyhkeet. Tehokas ilmastointi ja halpa tallelokero. Todella hyvä aamiainen ja viihtyisä oma ranta ja allasalue. Näkymä hotellihuoneesta oli vain vastapäisen talon seinään. Koko henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällistä ja välittömän tuntuista. Tulen varmasti palaamaan tähän hotelliin! :)
• Sinan (10/5): Harika! - 30.yılları diye mi bilmiyoruz ama herşey harikaydı, hediye magnet ve plaj çantası bile verdiler☺️kahvaltısı inanılmaz zengin, havuzu da gayet büyük ve temiz. Plajı gayet temizdi, personel her konuda ilgili ve yardımcı, kesinlikle tavsiye ediyoruz
• Helge Nils (10/5): - Her var alt som før. God service. Hyggelige folk. Flott renhold. Bare velstand.
• d (6/5): Vlabij het strand - Op de foto's zien de kamers er heel mooi uit maar in werkelijkheid valt het erg tegen. Op mijn papier stond dat ik 1 tweepersoonsbed, 1 eenpersoonsbed en 1 slaapbank zou hebben. Ik had 2 eenpersoonsbedden en 1 slaapbank die kei hard was. Ik had gratis wifi bij mijn kamer zitten maar bij het uit checken wilde ze er geld voor hebben, toen ik uitlegde dat het bij mijn kamer in zat zijn ze het na gaan kijken. In het restaurant heb ik niet gegeten maar dat zag er wel mooi en gezellig uit! Het strand is aan de overkant van de weg dus is makkelijk te lopen. Het zwembad zit in het ander hotel aan de overkant. Wij hebben 1 keer schone handdoeken gekregen in 5 dagen tijd. Dit vond ik zelf wat minder

• Mette Randi (8/5): - Flott opphold,hyggelig betjening, rene rom.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Spacious rooms, a bit of repairment needed - We booked a room but were given an apartment with a kitchen and sitting area. It was spacious and well equipped. However, the air conditioner in the main room didn't work, the soap dispenser was broken. Also, the hotel description shows "free parking". But there's no parking at the hotel at all. It's possible to find a place to park for free on nearby streets but we arrived in the evening and had to leave the car a couple of streets away from the hotel.
• Penny Rock (10/5): Hotel staff made our stay very welcoming. - Hotel and staff were great. Only criticism was the Internet should be free to ALL guests and be improved as the service was terrible. The T.V. reception was terrible and after complaining it still wasn't any better. Also free pool towels for ALL customers should be provided.
