- Michelle (4/5): We were underwhelmed - The staff were friendly and helpful It didn’t deliver on the 4* rating, plug fitting not sitting in walls, not topped up soap, weird room layout. It misses the things you expect in a 4*, shower caps etc. the upgrade to the mezzanine floor bed wasn’t ideal, steep stairs not well lit.

- DAVID (1/5): - L’hôtel est effectivement situé face à la mer, comme indiqué dans la description, mais il est important de préciser qu’il n’offre aucune vue sur la caldeira — un détail qui nous a profondément déçus, car c’était notre critère principal de réservation. Nous avions choisi cet établissement en pensant profiter de ce panorama emblématique, et cette omission dans la description nous a semblé trompeuse. En outre, la salle de gym n'était pas disponible et le spa non plus. Par ailleurs, notre chambre, en partie troglodyte, présentait une humidité marquée en ce début de saison, ce qui a rendu notre séjour inconfortable dès notre arrivée. Nous avons finalement décidé de ne pas y dormir et avons trouvé, à seulement 700 mètres de là, une suite exceptionnelle : vue imprenable sur la caldeira, balcon avec jacuzzi, et un tarif plus avantageux. Une expérience bien plus à la hauteur de nos attentes. Nous ne demandons aucun remboursement, car nous reconnaissons ne pas avoir suffisamment vérifié ces détails avant de réserver. Cependant, nous tenions à partager cette expérience pour éviter à d’autres voyageurs une pareille déception. Malgré ce contretemps, nos vacances ont été sauvées — et c’est l’essentiel !
- Florence (10/5): - Un petit coin de paradis, isolé de la foule touristique, avec une vue magnifique qui apporte une impression de grand calme. Tout était parfait : l'emplacement, à mi-chemin entre Fira et Oia, l'accueil très chaleureux, la décoration de la chambre, le confort du lit, le bain à remous, le petit déjeuner, le personnel. Nous avions loué un scooter, ce qui est bien pratique pour visiter l'île. Nous avons tout apprécié !

- pascale (7/5): Dome Resort Santorini - Personnel très très sympathique et disponible. Bain à remous. Belle vue. Bon emplacement. Petit déjeuner copieux et de bonne qualité!!! Piscine non chauffée, donc non utilisable en avril. Salle de sport ouverte à notre demande mais matériel pas prêt et tapis sales. Surtout, le Spa indiqué dans le descriptif n'est PAS sur place. C'était très décevant car nous avons eu quelques jours de mauvais temps et nous aurions aimé l'utiliser!! Le générateur de secours était juste à côté de notre location (301). Il a fonctionné 2 heures une nuit( bruit de tracteur) à cause d'une coupure de courant sur l'île.

Dank der Rezeption wurde uns ein anderes Hotel angeboten, weil unsere Zimmer Geräusche gemacht hat und Sie kein anderes Zimmer in dieser Preis Klasse zur Verfügung hatten, deswegen wurde wir am eine Schwester Hotel von denen gebracht dort war es Bombe.

The room was also great, made you feel like you were on holidays It just was so far from major cities (you can uber or taxi but waste of money) so missed out on night life unless you stayed out in a main city from day to night

I would recommend renting a car if you plan on staying outside the main cities of Thera and Oia. We took too long to go from city to city, but on the other hand the hotel was very quiet and peaceful in Imerovigli.

Sajnos a medencék nem fűtöttek, így ha nem a nyári kánikulában látogatsz el ide , akkor Sajnos nincs sok értelme a medencés szobának, mert a víz jég hideg. 🥶

- Eudora (5/5): Don’t recommend at all. - The stuffs there are all nice. Too old, and view is really bad. Location is between Fira and Ole, whichever town you want go for, it cost you €30 single trip by taxi. My head was bumped several times by the upper level ceiling which is annoying.

It was very quiet. I hope the pool is Larger. The distance from where you want to go always need a taxi its not safe to walk. However, the hotel has a car always ready for you.

- Jane (9/5): - We stayed in the Honeymoon Suite room with private pool. Great size room and was excellent to have your own pool. This hotel is not located on the Caldera side of island, so you do not get a sunset view but you do get a sunrise view! It cost between Eu35-Eu40 one way to get into Oia! It is too far to walk! I would suggest a small table and a couple of chairs be put in the room so you have somewhere to sit to eat breakfast inside out of the hot sun!

- Caroline (10/5): Well done to all the staff at the Dome for making our stay truly memorable! - The Dome was spotlessly clean and tidy. The cleaner came every day and left the room as it was when we arrived! All the staff were friendly and always there to help even the hotel taxi driver was available when needed. Food and drinks were fabulous. Having your breakfast on the balcony and having your own jacuzzi outside was a real treat especially with the views of the sea and sunrise! Can’t fault anything! The hotel is a 15 minute walk away from the centre of Imerovigli. That’s not a complete negative as it’s nice to be away from the hustle and bustle. Just be prepared for a bit of a hill to walk up.
