- Maud (10/5): Merci Khalid ! - L’accueil, particulièrement de Khalid, nous a fait nous sentir comme chez nous. Les échanges avec lui nous on permis de mieux comprendre la culture marocaine et surtout de rire, et de se sentir comme avec un ami ! Les équipements sont superbes, avec un petit bonus pour les oiseaux qui nichent dans le Riad, se réveiller avec leurs chants était juste magique. Le chat du voisin ne sera pas en reste pour venir vous faire des câlins le matin et se poser sur les transats avec vous l’après-midi. Les repas étaient frais et délicieux, préparés selon les contraintes alimentaires des invités (nous sommes végétariens). Déjà il est 100% conforme aux photos et description sur Booking et sur leur site Ensuite 20/20 en termes d’accueil (prenez le service de transfert aéroport avec l’hôtel 👌), le personnel est aux petits soins, les chambres un vrai bonheur, il y a plein de recoins et de transats pour chiller et je ne parle pas de la nourriture qui était exquise (bravo à la cuisinière !)

We also enjoyed the whirlpool on the rooftop terrace! Nothing, I wish we could have stayed longer.

The only reason is not a 10 is because at the end we needed to pay extras like dinner, airport transfer, city tax and they didn't accept card payment and wanted cash. I would expect from a place like this to accept card payment. The next riad where we stayed was simpler and they didn't demand cash payment and it was possible to card payment!
- Patricia (10/5): Een sprookje! - We werden hartelijk ontvangen door het personeel, na onze paspoorten te hebben gecontroleerd werden we meteen met onze voornaam aangesproken dat voelt als thuis! Koffers werden al in de kamer in de kasten geplaatst dat voelde extra speciaal. We kregen een rondleiding door het hele riad wat een plaatje!! Hier voel je meteen welkom en thuis! Onze kamer was er een uit een sprookje, en onze kinderen sliepen op dezelfde verdieping. Dat was in de eerste instantie niet zo geboekt maar door het hotel gewisseld wat heel erg fijn was. Ontbijten op het dak van de Riad fantastisch! Niets wat ik kan bedenken.

- TravelGnomes (10/5): Wonderful staff in a gorgeous Riad - We ended our 10 day tour around Morocco at Riad Anya and it was the perfect place to explore Marrakech. It is located down a quiet alley area that is mainly riads. But there is a row of shops with car access on Rue Saadiens) where you can buy great coffee (Cafe Mbehja) and food. The staff are incredible and look after you so well. There is a jacuzzi and plenty of sun lounges on the rooftop. I didn’t partake of any spa or hammam services though. Breakfast was elegant and plentiful with eggs done on order. Dinner was excellent too. They don’t serve alcohol but if you source your own, they will gladly serve it with your meal. The rooms are vary greatly - I discovered this after staying at multiple riads in Morocco. As they are designed on pre-existing layouts, you may get varying sizes of the rooms and bathrooms with occasional unusual layouts (compared to what westerners are used to in modern hotels). It should be embraced as part of the Moroccan experience rather than an inconvenience. But the staff here are what remain as the fondest of our memories. A truly delightful hospitable Riad!

The staff were all very welcoming, as soon as we arrived, we were greeted with mint tea, little biscuits and thoughtful tips to go around the city. The public space is full of character with a lot of beautiful decorations, and nice plants. I especially enjoyed the rooftop, where we enjoyed a good view of fireworks and the city. The breakfast was a feast with many small plates and drink options. We enjoyed them a lot and would definitely recommend this riad to our friends and family. The room we are staying can be a bit dark and stuffy when all windows are closed. If we want some air, we lost a bit of privacy. We did have one incident someone accidentally open our door, and we guessed it was other guests went into the wrong room.

The assistant manager, Mohammad, made us feel at home and often repeated, "this is your home" :-) We are grateful to the team for their care and hospitality. We had dinner one night at the Riad and enjoyed the food -a three course meal that had a artichoke and beef tagine and a vegetarian option for our daughter. It was one of the best Moroccan meals we had during our 10 day stay in Morocco. The only negative was that we did not want to leave the house to go and explore the city. One morning, we planned to leave after breakfast, but the Moroccan breakfast was scrumptious and gave us a good opportunity to have a nice, quiet conversation as a family. We then went to visit the rooftop terrace and ended up staying there for a couple of hours. There was very little we didn't like. The shower could have used an additional exhaust fan, but it's a minor suggestion.

There's not much in the surrounding streets between the Riad and the Medina, but we felt safe wandering. Always taxi's near by if you needed to grab one, and easily walkable to the Medina. We walked day and night. The breakfast at the Riad was freshly prepared each day, with great coffee! The room we had was lovely and comfortable. Would recommend to anyone to stay here, I will certainly return! Absolutely nothing, it was all wonderful.

- ALIENOR (9/5): Un magnifique séjour avec un petit déjeuner exceptionnel sur place. - Le Riad Anya et Spa est vraiment magnifique. Nous avons voyagé à 3 copines et nous avions une chambre au dernier étage magnifique avec un lit double et un lit simple. La salle de bain était magnifique aussi avec ses deux vasques et sa grande douche. La décoration est parfaite, nous avions l'impression d'être dans la chambre de Jasmine et Aladdin comme des princesses. Le personnel est vraiment très gentil et arrangeant, ils peuvent venir vous chercher à l'aéroport avec une navette (moyennant supplément) et e chauffeur nous a permis de nous stopper pour retirer de l'argent le soir même et pour acheter des cartes téléphoniques. Le personnel du Riad est très gentil, ils sont très accueillants et font attention aux clients. La chambre était nettoyée, les lits refaits et les serviettes changées tous les jours. La décoration du salon est magnifique avec le bassin juste en face. Nous avions une amie qui ne pouvait pas manger de gluten et ils y ont fait attention en lui proposant des aliments adaptés à son allergie au petit déjeuner. Magnifique ! Les petits déjeuners sur place sont EXECPETIONNELS ! et très copieux. Les petits déjeuners à emporter ne sont pas à la hauteur de ce que propose l'établissement. Nous avions demandé à emporter des petits déjeuners (en avance) car nous avions un bus très tôt le matin pour nous rendre à Essaouira. Nous ne pouvions pas de ce fait prendre nos petits déjeuners sur place à l'hébergement. Nous avons trouvé les petits déjeuners à emporter trop simple, il y avait seulement des fruits, des yaourts et une crêpe pour chacune d'entre nous. Nous aurions aimé davantage en quantité. Nous avons pris un repas le soir à l'hébergement, c'était très bon mais pas assez de viande dans le tajine et pas de couscous ou autre chose similaire proposé à mon amie qui ne pouvait pas manger de gluten (elle avait eu seulement du pain il me semble, des légumes ou autre chose aurait été plus sympa avec le tajine). Le personnel a été très gentil et nous a ramené de la viande et du couscous sans nous faire payer de supplément. Pour que le rapport qualité/prix soit top au niveau des repas, il faut en mettre un peu plus dans les plats.

- 996laurell (10/5): Amazing Experience - I stayed at the Riad Anya and Spa for four nights in Marrakesh, and I absolutely loved it. The included breakfast changed every day and was, without question, the best I had during my entire time in Morocco. Each morning felt special — especially with the little birds that would sneak in and keep me company while I ate. It was such a small, charming detail, but it made the experience feel alive and intimate. The real highlight, though, was the kindness of the staff. When I asked where the post office was, Simo didn’t point me toward the obvious touristy option — instead, he recommended another one in the new town and actually offered to drive me there on his motorbike. I couldn’t believe it. He came inside with me, negotiated on my behalf, and even tried to tip the postal worker for me (which is where I finally drew the line to his generosity!). It was such a thoughtful, unexpected act — truly above and beyond. Moments like that are what made this stay unforgettable.

But what really was outstanding was the staff. Mohamed and everyone really went the extra mile. I was in Morocco for my first visit to the country and I was unsure and a bit lost. And they took care of everything. Really, everything. They organized a pick up and drop off to the airport. They organized a guide for me and booked the perfect restaurant. I never had such a great staff in a hotel like I did here. Nothing. Everything was perfect.

Everything felt so authentic, clean and the staff bent over backwards to make us feel comfortable. Not so much a “didn’t like” but to arrive at the property I was dropped by the palace / hospital and had to walk down a few back alleys to reach the door. It would help for the Riad to make this clear / if you book the taxi from the Riad they will meet you.
- Enrico (9/5): We strongly recommend this Riad for a short stay in Marrakech - Nice place at the beginning of the medina, but very quiet and near many attractions. Classical Moroccan breakfast with many dishes, also freshly prepared. Grat attention to the details and furnishing. Very fiendly and helpful staff.
- YH (10/5): Marrakech Magical Riad - This is a visually beautiful riad which gives a calm soothing feel. The staff are absolutely wonderful - so hospitable, kind and helpful. Khalid & Mohamed welcomed us and answered all our queries. Mustafa is a pure gentleman who assisted us every day of our stay. The breakfasts are just lovely & varied and the evening meals were so tasty and generous in their portions. The cook (Halima) must be given a lot of credit for that. We also used the Riads hammam and massage service which were definitely worth doing. The riad is located about 10 minutes walk to the main square (Jemaa el-Fnaa). Most places are walkable but cabs can be easily found room (none of them are metered so agree your price before entering). The weather during our stay in Marrakech (January) was not too good but our time in Riad Anya & Spa more than made up for it! ساحة جامع الفنا Nothing

Nous avons très bien manger du petit déjeuner au dîner un véritable délice. Le Ryad est magnifique avec le chant des oiseaux la vue sur la koutoubia et le magnifique coucher du soleil. - Inspire337683 (2/5): A Terrible Raid — sorry we stayed here! - Most pathetic hotel ever!!! The management sucks. They were obnoxious and rude. On the way out they tried to charged us for the meal that was paid for the first night we were there! The rooms smelled damp and murky and the bedsheet looked and smelled like they weren’t replaced the first night we were there. It rained and the corridors to our rooms flooded. The bathrooms were very muddy too.

La cuisine est exquise et généreuse (petits-déjeuners et dîner), l’experience hammam/gommage et massage est fantastique (un remerciement particulier à la dame qui nous a fait le gommage dans le hammam). Le personnel est aux petits soins (encore merci Moustapha pour nos échanges et votre gentillesse), et la chambre Zwina correspondait exactement aux photos. - Andreas (9/5): Wunderbarer Aufenthalt den wir sehr genossen haben. - Schönes Zimmer, super Frühstück, gutes Nachtessen, herrliche Dachterrasse, sehr hilfsbereites und sehr freundliches Personal. Die richtige Wassertemperathur bei der Dusche einzustellen war schwierig.

Personnel exceptionnel, chaleureux, bienveillant et toujours à l’écoute. Un sens de l’hospitalité remarquable, bien au-delà de ce que l’on retrouve dans des hôtels français de même standing.
- Giovanni Bellisario (10/5): Bellissimo Riad in posizione centrale. Camere curatissime, ottima colazione, eccellente ospitalità. - è la nostra seconda volta presso questa struttura. Siamo sempre entusiasti quando possiamo tornarci. Ospitalità eccellente, non le solite parole di facciata, ma solida e sincera accoglienza, ovviamente rinforzata dalla "fedeltà" dell'essere clienti abituali. Posizione del Riad resta comodissima, 5-10 minuti a piedi da EnFna, quindi virtualmente centralissimo ma senza il caos della piazza centrale. Struttura e camere pulitissime, spazi comuni curatissimi. Colazione varia e diversa ogni giorno, con il plus incredibile del poterla consumare sul rooftop: prime luci del giorno sulla città, merita il viaggio anche solo per questo!!! Il direttore ci ha omaggiato un gradevole massaggio per ringraziarci della nostra fedeltà. Senza dubbio torneremo quando ne avremo l'occasione, spero molto presto!! Grazie a tutto lo staff per la loro accoglienza e gentilezza! Nulla, è veramente tutto a suo posto.
