- Matt (10/5): Awesome stay. - Hotel was great, close enough to walk into the city. Only bad reviews are by Turkish people who think that the breakfast buffet is a takeaway. It's a great hotel I definitely recommend it.

- Teemu (10/5): Pieni ja rauhallinen, hyvän palvelun hotelli - Hotelli on melko uusi ja siisti, rauhallisella kadulla. Palvelu hotellissa oli erittäin ystävällistä ja avuliasta. Aamupala oli hyvä, se vaihtui hieman päivittäin ja oli riittävän kattava. Huone oli isohko ja sänky laadukas. Kävellen pääsi keskustaan ja lähistöllä oli hyviä ravintoloita sekä paikallisbussipysäkki Matka Kanjoniin. Suosittelen!

- Tuire (8/5): Siisti pieni sviitti Skopjen laidalla - Sviitti, jossa yövyimme oli mukava, siisti ja hiljainen, viimeksi mainittu seikka oli erityisen hyvä asia. Hotellista on jonkun verran kävelymatkaa kaupungille, mikä ei sinänsä haitannut meitä. Keittövarustus oli vaatimaton: ei yhtään lusikkaa, haarukkaa tai veistä, vain kaksi kahvikuppia, pari pientä kattilaa ja vedenkeitin. Iso jääkaappi oli siisti ja tehokas. Jostain sivustolta saimme käsityksen että hotellissa olisi kuntosali tai jotain palveluja; niitä ei kuitenkaan ollut. Viereisessä talossa oli yksityinen kuntosali, johon saattoi mennä kuten kuka hyvänsä asiakas viiden euron tuntihintaan, mikä Pohjois-Makedonian hinnoissa oli kallista. Olisi myös tarvittu sisäkengät erikseen ja kuntosali jäi siksi kokonaan testaamatta.
- juan pablo (2/5): Decepcionante trato y sospechoso anulacion de rese - que lastima es decepcionarte el trato que nos han dado en el hotel y todavía no entiendo el porque hicimos dos reservas en este hotel una de cuatro dias y otro de uno Al llegar desde España a las 1 de la madrugada nos dice que nos han enviado un correo (nos encontrábamos volando hacia Skopje) en el que nos dice que tenían problemas en el baño y que no podían darnos la habitación (curiosamente el día en el que la habitación mas cara) y a cambio nos ofrecían alojarnos en otro hotel de la misma categoría y que cuando llegamos a este hotel era de la misma categoría pero con peores servicios de los que habíamos contratado nosotros contratamos el apartahotel y nos ofrecieron una habitación con un pésimo mantenimiento las sabanas con agujeros y el sistema de aire acondicionado sonaba como si hubiera goteras dentro de la habitación, ante nuestras protestas nos dijeron que era así y que no podían hacer nada, en el comedor nos encontramos a otra pareja que curiosamente tuvieron el mismo problema al dia siguiente volvimos al hotel y ya estaba "arreglado" el problema sin ningun tipo de compensación por parte de este hotel ante este tipo de molestias e inconveniente El resto de nuestra estancia estuvo correcto Estando en Sofia y poco antes de coger el autobús para volver a Skopje, nos llaman de la centrel de reservas para informarnos que de nuevo este hotel ha tenido un problema y que cancelan la reserva en este hotel
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Jag tänkte gardera mig lite eftersom jag reste själv denna gången så ett 4-stjärnigt hotell med bra recensioner måste ju vara bra tänkte jag men tyvärr har jag bara en medioker känsla efter min vistelse och är ganska besviken. + Nytt och fräscht + Väldigt trevlig personal i receptionen - Det är väldigt lyhört och sängarna är stenhårda. - Jag hade "City view" vilket visade sig vara att kolla in i byggnaden jämte på 15 meters avstånd. - Frukosten är rätt mager minst sagt och allt är kallt, även det som inte skall vara kallt är kallt så det är på den nivån att jag tom skippade frukosten 2 gånger. - Jag blev ombedd att parkera om bilen 2 gånger av ägaren/chefen för att det skulle komma massa motorcyklar som skulle få plats och han var direkt otrevlig och arrogant. Känslan jag har är att det är ett fint skal som inte alls håller måttet på insidan så en enkel 3 är mitt betyg.

- Jonas (10/5): Trevligt! - Ett mindre hotell med mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Ägaren var närvarande och mycket mån om att vi hade en bra vistelse. Vi kom med femton skolbarn och det tog ca tio min för oss att gå in till centrum. Hotellet ordnade utan problem lunch vi kunde ta med oss när vi åkte på utfärd.

- Ben-Sigvald Thomas Daniel (8/5): Nice hotel with good value - Hotel Vlaho is located a little bit outside the city center. It takes around 15 min to walk to the main square. We rented an Apartment. The Apartments are located in a seperate building across the street from the hotel. The Apartment was modern and clean. We stayed for 5 Nights, and it was cleaned every day. The Kitchen was Nice, but it would be Nice With a little more cuttlery and cups. The hotel is located in a residential area, which is quiet and With minimum of traffic. There are some small kiosks and cafeterias Close by. Breakfast is served in the basement of the main building. The breakfast room is clean. Breakfast is simple but good. We enjoyed the stay, and recommend this hotel.

- Rahman (10/5): Godt hotel placeret i gå-afstand til centrum - Internettet var rigtig godt. Værelset var også godt og rent. Alt virkede, som det skulle. Personalet var hjælpsomme og søde. Man kan gå ind til centrum på 20 minutter, hvilket vi gjorde. Det var intet problem. Der er fri parkering på hotellet, da man ellers skal betale i byen. Et minus var, at der var små portioner af hvert udvalg til morgenmaden, så pr. person tømte vi, det der var. Det tog et stykke tid, før der blev lavet mere - det kan skyldes, at der ikke var så mange på hotellet og dermed undgå madspild.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Hotel Vlaho, Skopje, Macedonia - Vlaho offers spacious apartments with balcony, also smaller rooms are available. Breakfast buffet is very good. Customer service was excellent, thank you all at the reception! Location is a bit out of center, so a taxi is often needed. Reception handled the taxi bookings very friendly. Taxi to the downtown costs around 100 MKD per trip, which is affordable. Some bars and restaurants around this quiet residential area are available, too. Highly recommended!

- Graham (10/5): Lovely staff. - A little dubious about the location and neighbourhood when we arrived. Quite unfounded tho’, so don’t be put off. Try all the local bars and restaurants in the side streets. Great food and service and cheaper than the city centre. First class friendly staff. Had better breakfasts, but perfectly ok for what we needed.

- Tommy (8/5): Vlaue for money hotel, freindly staff - Stayed 4 nights, housekeeping only came to clean the room at +-15h00, which was the time I can back to the room to take a rest before going out in the evening. So had to wait in reception while they clean the room. Rooms also very small, but staff very friendly & helpful.

- Rita (10/5): wonderful comfortable hotel - A gem of a hotel with parking and an easy walk to the city square and bazaar. The service and staff are impeccable, nothing was too much trouble when our hire car had problems and needed to be replaced. The bed was supurb, one of the best matresses we have slept on, the room was newly decorated and there was absolutely nothing to be improved

- Anastasia (10/5): I recommend the hotel definitely to anyone. - After dealing with other hotels my experience has taught me that whenever you see hotel's room picture that show it big and spacey, the reality will be small and snug. So I was pleasantly surprised to have received the keys for a quite big room for low price by European standards. The breakfast buffet was great, I especially liked omlett with cheese inside. The hotel isn't far from the city, 15 min walk. On Sunday was my checkout and I ordered a taxi 45 min before my international bus was supposed to leave, but my taxi never came. So in end the hotel owner made sure that that his friend would drop me off by car at the bus station, it was very nice gesture and I'm really thankful for it. So in short I recommend this hotel to anyone!!!
- Mr.Rory K L (6/5): Decent value - Skopje hotels aren't great. At least by European standards. But for the price you pay for Hotel Vlaho, this is definitely one of the better value hotels in the town. Bit on the smallish side but the staff are friendly, everything is clean and it's got quite good transport links. One thing i'd mention is that few taxi drivers seem to have heard of the place so if you're travelling alone then make sure to get your bearings a little when you arrive.
