- David (8/5): Nice room but terrible service - The room was a good size with good facilities: wifi, fridge and kettle. Well done. One problem was that all the sockets except one were Italian, rather than European, and the fridge, kettle and my laptop all needed the European socket! The breakfast service was atrocious. The worst I have ever had anywhere. It took over 10 minutes to get a cup of tea. On my last morning I had finished my breakfast before the pot of tea arrived, so I did not have time to drink it. Management: you need to fix this, it is terrible. Why not have hot water in the breakfast room?

- Verified traveler (6/5): Country farm/industrial setting - Fabulous seafood restaurant! The hotel is in need of updating...dormitory rooms with twin beds-- great if you are on a tight budget. However, dead bugs in the light fixture is not a welcoming sight. Breakfast was surprisingly meager with such a great restaurant on site. This is a very isolated location and you must either use the airport shuttle or drive your own car. There is nothing within walking distance.

Taxi for airport promised for 5.00 did not arrive causing a major problem but luckily we flagged a taxi after walking towards airport for about 1 mile. We would have missed flight otherwise. Hotel owner needs to sort this out !!!

- Alessio (6/5): Ha l'oro in bocca ma..... - Personale accogliente e gentile, stanza pulita ma con qualche difetto ( zampa dell'armadio sostituita con una tavola di legno,mostra della porta staccata e appoggiata dietro, piatto doccia rotto e riparato malamente con stucco), stanza adibita alla colazione con temperatura un po' fredda.Non aggiungo foto comprovanti quanto detto in quanto l'ultima volta per disguidi ben più gravi, presso un hotel di Londra, non le avete pubblicate.

- Chris (4/5): Leider sehr laut. - Schönes Zimmer, gutes Bett. Allerdings direkt an einer befahrenen Straße, dass man denkt man schläft auf der Straße. Ausserdem in der Startbahn des Flughafens. Wir hatten allerdings ein Zimmer nach vorn. Mit dem Auto auch etwas schwierig, da kein Parkplatz vorhanden. Ohne Auto allerdimgs auch etwas weit zum Zentrum.

- Patrick (10/5): Magnifique maison - De passage par Pise en route vers l'Ombrie, nous avons séjourné dans cette magnifique maison. Les photos parlent d'elles-mêmes et correspondent à la réalité. Très bon accueil et service. Très bon petit-déjeuner pris dans le jardin. Possibilité de garer gratuitement la voiture sur une petite place à 200 mètres. A recommander absolument.

Det var lagom distans till stadskärnan. Jag brukar gilla att inte bo mitt i smeten, att kunna ha ca 15-20 min gång avstånd till och från stadskärnan och så var det på detta hotel men samtidigt nära nog. Men taxi behövs till och från hotellet från flygplats& tågstation med det kosta inte mer än 10 euro. Med ett bra pris för rummet så relomenderar jag hotellet starkt.

God varieret morgenmad med masser af frisk frugt. Værelset var meget pænt og badeværelset rent og flot. Gode senge at sove i. I gåafstand fra byen.

Veldig imøtekommende og hyggelige Roberta i resepsjonen, hun snakket også godt engelsk.Koselig bakgård til frokostservering, deilig kaffe! 20 minutter rask gange til sentrum. Vi fant vår lokale pizzeria som ble vårt stamsted kun 5 minutter unna.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Für einen Kurzurlaub ok - Das Personal war nett und das Hotel sauber. Unser Zimmer war recht klein, was uns jedoch nicht störte, da wir nur zum Schlafen im Hotel waren. Die Betten waren typisch italienisch mit einer kratzigen Decke, um die ein Laken geschlagen war, ausgestattet und nicht durchgelegen. Im Kleiderschrank fehlten die Einlegeböden, so dass wir nur die Taschen im Schrank abstellen konnten und sozusagen aus dem Koffer gelebt haben. Lediglich 2 Kleiderbügel befanden sich im Schrank, außerdem ein Minisafe. Das Frühstück war, wie man es in Italien gewohnt ist. Ein übersichtliches Buffet mit einigen Sorten Kuchen, Brot und Brötchen, Obst, Joghurt, Müsli, 2 Sorten Wurst und auch mal 1 Sorte Käse. Den Kaffee musste man bei der Reception ordern. Warum sich dieses Hotel als Luxus-B&B bezeichnet, kann ich leider nicht nachvollziehen. Bis zum Zentrum läuft man ca. 15 - 20 Minuten, die Umgebung ist relativ ruhig.

- Eve et Maxime (10/5): Charmant - Nous étions de passage à Pise pour une nuit, et nous avons eu un accueil des plus chaleureux par les propriétaires, tout à fait charmants, qui se sont assurés que nous passions un moment magique. La chambre était très propre, toutes les commodités y sont. Le centre est à quelques minutes à pied. Le petit déjeuner était complet et très bon. À recommander!

- Jennifer (10/5): Lovely Stay and Reccommended - This is the perfect place to stay with a visit to Pisa and an overnight stay before flying out or when one has flown into the city. The rooms are super clean and comfortable - very cool when a heatwave is happening outside in August! The staff were welcoming and super helpful - I would definitely visit again and will keep a note to tell friends to visit! The breakfast was super yummy with excellent home made cakes and pastries. Do visit even if you need a base for a very early or late flight!

- Harald (10/5): Tolle Basis für Pisa-Erkundung - Ideale Lage, gut zu erreichen, zum Zentrum ca. 15 min Fußweg, noch außerhalb der ZTL. Erst waren wir erschrocken, da man vor dem Hotel nur auf dem schmalen Bürgersteig halten kann, aber dann zeigte uns die überaus freundliche Hotelbesitzerin kostenfreie Parkmöglichkeiten ganz in der Nähe. Sie spricht bestens Englisch, also keinerlei Verständigungsprobleme. Wir bekamen auch super Empfehlungen für wirklich ausgezeichnete Restaurants. Sehr gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück, das ganze Haus blitz blank und ein mit Liebe gepflegter Garten - rundum eine klare Empfehlung!
- liti (8/5): Lovely welcoming place - Lovely B&B in a quiet neighborhood. Monica and staff are all very welcoming with a wonderful breakfast and clean and comfortable room. It is about a 30-40 minute walk from train station and a 15-20 minute walk from shopping and restaurants. Because most restaurants don't open until 7:30 for dinner we found ourselves walking back quite late and felt a bit uneasy. If the location was better I would have no trouble rating it a 5.
