• dite (8/5): - The hotel is nice for me. I asked my client to inform hotel to arrange taxi for me, but I didn't find it at the airport. I don't know what happened.
• Verified traveler (2/5): - Building is just a waste and people are rude. The pictures they have shown is really misleading.
• Vladimer (2/5): Disappointing - Disappointing, the hotel management cancelled the stay due to unrealistic reason. I do think that it was unscrupulous act by hotel management, as it was holiday in country with many tourists coming, and the hotel cancelled my booking to rent the room in more expensive price. And I'm very upset that Hotels.com does not have any effective methods to prevent such acts.

• nassim (10/5): Nice staffs - The receptions were very polite and also the manager was very kind and you sense like your own home. The rooms are clean and decorated with antique furniture. You really feel comfortable here. The manager pay attention more to the hospitality rather than money. We enjoye taraveling

• jimmy (2/5): Don't you ever go there .... - actually this hotel is located in bad location on top of that very rude receptionist staff , don't know how to deal with client. upon arrival at 7 AM we found a guy who was sleeping on the couch , it toke him 30 min to find our reservation, and hardly can understand anything ,,,, we asked if we can have an early check -in and accept to pay additional fees for that , and when we were escorted by the very rude guy to the room , he start talking in his language and he said this is the room take it or leave it ???? and we were thinking about it ,and suddenly he said he changed his mind and he dont want to give us the room . i tried to call Expedia for full refund cause this is the last thing me or anyone need to have in their holiday. overall dirty Hotel and i haighyl recommend you not to go there as you will have bad Holiday 0

Esperamos que nos den el apartamento reservado en el hotel Royal (STR GOGEBASHVILI 38),, según las fotos de su pagina. A las 12:30 viene a buscarnos un taxi para llevarnos a un apartamento situado en otra dirección( MAKASHVILT 24) y que no se correspondía con las fotos de la pagina del hotel Royal. Por este motivo solicitamos que nuestra cancelación dedicha reserva no nos suponga ninguna penalizacion. Gracias adjunto fotos del apartamento que se ofrecia en la pagina web
• amanda (8/5): - This hotel was just great. The room was big, comfortable beds. Perfect location and friendly people. Nothing negative to say.
• Daniel (8/5): `Well hidden but not a gem - The hotel was reasonable for the price. Staff very helpful. However, the description is misleading, the lounge and garden are more like somebodies private room. There is no bar as such just a few bottled drinks for sale. The hotel is quite well hidden down a side street and through a iron gate. It is a quiet location but difficult to find.

• ali (8/5): Nice stay - Cosy stay in a cold winter day. The hotel is nice and located in a nice area of town. you get to see and explore the local people life. service was good and staff are helpful. bekfast was ok.
• Oleksii (2/5): УЖАСНЫЙ СЕРВИС!!! - Приехал в гостиницу в 20:00, на рецепции сказали что бронь мою отменили и свободных номеров нет. На мой вопрос почему не предупредили об отмене ответ так и не получил. Девушка на рецепции никакие комментарии не давала и сказала все вопросы к администрации. С администрацией связались по телефону, но он сказал что все вопросы к человеку на рецепции, а он не может, т.к. очень занят. Вообщем "пофутболили" и ничего не объяснили. Пришлось поздно вечером искать другую гостиницу. P.S. На сайте и в приложении HOTELS.COM бронь отображалась как активная и никаких признаков отмены нет.
• RICHARD (6/5): Georgia - ok, very friendly staff. but don't expect room cleaned.
• Verified traveler (4/5): Vieles Kaputt - Die Möbel sehen aus, wie vom Flohmarkt. Es fehlte die halbe Gardine, da ein Teil der Gardinenstange fehlte. Die Bettdecke hatte Brandlöcher, das Bad hatte Schimmel zwischen den Kacheln und der Duschvorhang hing teilweise in Fetzen. An einem Tag tropfte es im Bad von oben herein. Einmal ist die Sicherung rausgesprungen und einmal gab es den ganzen Tag keinen Fernsehempfang. Einzige Pluspunkte: Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ganz gut. Dennoch werde ich mich das nächste mal lieber wieder in einer Privatwohnung mit einmieten.
• David (8/5): Enjoyed our stay there - The room is clean and the staff was very accommodating. The room was bigger than expected - I travel to Tbilisi regularly and will continue to use this hotel.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Super value - There's really nothing fancy about this hotel but it was really good value for the price and is clean, good wifi and all other basics you d need. It should be noted it s up a hill and 1-2 km from the old town and other tourist spots so if you absolutely dont want to walk a bit look elsewhere. They were fully booked the other 3 nights of my tbilisi stay and having stayed in 2 other places, Royal was by far the beat value for money.
• Warren (8/5): Good for the price - The hotel was fine (for the price). There was one person on duty the whole 5 days we stayed there, and he let us use their little kitchenette to make our coffee and tea. The airport pick-up cost 35GEL (not 20, as their website said), but they did tell us that when we booked it. We could have come by bus, but the hotel is a 10-min walk (without luggage) up steep, cobbled Tbilisi streets from the bus stop and is not easy to find, so we were glad of the taxi. They accept foreign credit cards, but the exchange rate is poor plus they charge a fee, so we went to a nearby ATM and paid cash. Unfortunately, we forgot to get a receipt at the time. They ignored our later request for a receipt, as well as the booking agency's request for confirmation of our stay, so we did not receive the reward points. Most annoying.
• Vladimirs (10/5): При повторном посещении Тбилиси поселимся снова. - Уютный, небольшой отель. Расположен почти в центре столицы, в 10 минутах ходьбы от метро. Но расположен на небольшой улочке, в тени и в стороне от городского шума.Обслуживание на хорошем уровне.Небольшие недочёты в номерах сглаживаются радушием и приветливостью персонала.

• Egor (4/5): - Жили мы, фактически, не в отеле, а в квартире, которая располагалась в подвале соседнего дома. В подъезде было очень грязно и пыльно, остались следы незаконченного ремонта. В квартире было супер сыро, практически не было света. Убитая старая мебель, на кухне пахло газом. Из-за переноса рейса, мы остановились на сутки, поэтому ругаться я не стал. Не знаю, переселили бы нас в этом случае или нет.
• Verified traveler (4/5): отель "Ориен" - Решила написать отзыв для тех, кто едет в Тбилиси и решил остановиться в этом "отеле". На самом деле категорию три звезды они наверняка присвоили себе сами, не знаю только почему не присвоили сразу пять, но наверное все по порядку, дойдут и до пяти (..). это конечно не отель, а гостевой дом, обстановка скорее старая, чем старинная, сантехника с трещинами и сколами и т.д. Во дворе куча хлама, которую не стали прикрывать до конца, хотя и затевали это дело, как видно... Надо заметить, что номер при этом не был грязным, хотя запах сырости присутствовал. На завтрак подают все, что нужно. Самое главное - отель удален от старого города, проспекта Ш. Руставели, и всего, что интересно туристу, но если Вас не смущают гостевые дома и пешая получасовая прогулка по закоулкам Тбилиси (оооочччень обшарпанным), то для того, чтобы переночевать в номере, можно и остановиться (с учетом цен в гостиницах вблизи старого города).

• World Traveler (2/5): Avoid Wooden Hotel With Bars on Window: No Escape - This was the worst hotel I have ever reviewed in my life. We checked out the next morning and left this horrible property. I have traveled to more than 40 countries and stayed in hundreds of hotels in my life. This was by far the worst. Allow me to summarize: 1. Checked in by a very rude, bordering on hostile, man named George at 11 p.m. at night. Rude is the nicest thing I can say about him. My wife's jaw was on the floor listening to this man. She visited Georgia many times growing up and the country is known for hospitality. Makes me wonder if this man is all there. He should not be in the hospitality industry. He was beyond unprofessional and my 11 year old daughter was scared. 2. All wooden house with no fire escape and windows that have metal bars and no way to escape a fire. We saw one fire extinguisher on the second floor sitting on the ground. 3. Beds were more like army cots with filthy and worn out bed spreads. 4. Moldy bathroom 5. Location is 25-30 minute walk to old town. 6. Breakfast was cold and very limited. Russian potato salad with bologna. Fried potatoes with bologna (cold). Tea. Bread. Dirty tables and not enough silverware. Bread. Local cheese and butter. 7. No chair or desk in the room. 8. Horrible Wi-Fi. we could not connect to anything. Worse than dial-up speeds. Avoid this place. We found a much better place near the old town where you want to be as a tourist.
• Verified traveler (2/5): - Staffs were not helpful at all, there was no elevator and we were at the highest floor. So we were carrying our heavy bags ourselves from the lobby to our room. We haven't reached the breakfast because the reception told us that it was only until 9:30AM. Bad service overall

• yalla (6/5): 部屋広々 - ロケーションはあまり良くないが、部屋は広いし清潔にされている。 スタッフは優しいが、ドルのお釣りを持っておらず、後で返すと言いながら自分から言いだしてこず、返してもらうのに２日かかった。しかも結局お釣りの半分は現地通貨でかえってきた。 急な坂道をちょっと登るので駅やバス停から徒歩で行くのが少し面倒
• SVETLANA (8/5): - Отель расположен достаточно удобно. Но пешком от метро или от центра идти утомительно так как все время в гору. За 4 дня проживания в номере не убирались. Полотенца и постельное белье не менялось. Персонал достаточно вежлив. Завтраки не плохие.
• INTERNET (10/5): Неплохой отель за свои деньги - Приветливый персонал, всегда идущий на встречу клиенту. Номера просторные и чистые. Единственное сначала было непонятно где вход. Неплохо было бы разместить более информативную вывеску.
• Alexander (10/5): - This small hotel is located close to Tbilisi center (~15 min walk downhill to reach Rustaveli ave.) and was quite reasonably priced for a last-minute reservation. The staff was very helpful in dealing with our changing travel plans and booking schedules. And they have two orphan kittens living in the yard :)

• Tomasz (6/5): Dobry hotel na krótki pobyt - Hotel położony w centrum Tbilisi. Pokój(właściwie pokój z łazienką i kuchnią) z oknami na ulicę - trochę przeszkadzał hałas przejeżdzających samochodów. Skromne ale wystarczajace śniadanie.

• mihail (6/5): Очень ветхий отель - На данный момент находимся в Грузии неделю, каждый день ночуем в разных городах и отелях соответственно. Пока это была наша худшая ночевка. Самые главные минусы: грязное белье, торчащая лампочка с проводами в ванной,сломанная вешалка и душ,малоэффективный и тарахтящий кондиционер,отсутствие зеркала в комнате- в общем если бы мы не были уставшими с дороги-мы бы там не остались . Понимаю ,что это недорогой вариант, но думаю все равно он того не стоит

• Walter (8/5): Herrvorragendes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis - Zentrumsnah gelegen, einfaches aber genügendes Frühstück. Große Zimmer, ruhig und komfortabel. Allerdings ohne Schreibtisch. Reiners Pizzeria ist um die Ecke. Empfehlenswert
