Struttura pulita e comunque silenziosa. Non ci sono indicazioni per raggiungerlo,ad esempio un insegna all'interno del souk. É indispensabile contattare la struttura per farsi venire a prendere da qualcuno. Camera spaziosa e pulita. Solo poco luminosa.

• Nicolina (9/5): Riad nel cuore della medina, pieno di charme e con un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo - La posizione: praticamente vicino a tutto, in 1 minuto a piedi si è nel Souk Semmarine, in 3-4 minuti in piazza Jemaa el-Fna. Il riad: davvero carino, intimo e accogliente. La camera: situata al primo piano, dotata di tutto quello che ci occorreva, pulita e sistemata tutti i giorni e con frigobar, cassaforte, letti comodi e finestre che davano sia all'interno del riad che all'esterno su una stradina laterale. Il bagno: pulito, con cambio quotidiano di asciugamani e dotato di docciaschiuma, shampoo, sapone mani e phon. Ristorante: possibilità di fare, solo su prenotazione, delle ottime cene nell'intimità del riad con antipasto, piatto principale e dessert, a soli 15€. Disponibilità del personale: hanno soddisfatto tutte le nostre richieste, anche quella di fare quasi sempre colazione un'ora prima rispetto all'orario normale di inizio. Consiglio: prenotate il taxi da/per l'aeroporto con loro (costo 15€ a tratta). Ne vale la pena, soprattutto all'andata, perché il taxi vi lascerà nel punto più vicino possibile al riad e lì troverete qualcuno che vi accompagnerà direttamente in struttura, passando per stradine dove all'inizio, quando non si è ancora pratici del posto, si a fatica ad orientarsi. L'unica cosa che potrebbe essere migliorata è la colazione a cui come voto do 6. C'erano solo pietanze dolci, con l'eccezione di un formaggino spalmabile, e solo l'ultimo giorno ci hanno offerto un'omelette. Era sempre tutto uguale e diverse pietanze sembravano confezionate e non preparate da loro. Una colazione così va bene per pochissimi giorni; su 5 giorni diventa un pò monotono.

Il Riad è ristrutturato mantenendo lo stile, la stanza e bagno sono molto ampie, eravamo in tre e ci siamo state benissimo, colazione ottima ogni mattina qualcosa di diverso.

Colazione ottima e abbondante, massima disponibilità da parte del personale (un mattino abbiamo chiesto di anticipare alle 6:45 la colazione e siamo stati puntualmente accontentati; il trasporto da e per l'aeroporto è stato puntuale, efficiente e conveniente; su nostra richiesta l'host ha stampato per noi le carte di imbarco per il rientro). Infine la struttura è bella e curata, le decorazioni e l'arredamento tradizionale permettono l'immersione nella cultura del luogo, come desideravamo. La piscina con i giochi di luce impreziosiscono l'atmosfera. Il profumo di incenso piacevole. Nulla.

The staff was incredibly kind and experienced, they were also there to help us with everything and they arranged the transfer from the airport to the Riad itself. Le petit déjeuner était vraiment délicieux ! Nous avons trouvé l'endroit très calme malgré qu'il se situe dans le souk. Nous avons demandé à être récupéré à l'aéroport, puis déposé (départ 3h du matin), le garde et le chauffeur étaient ponctuels. RAS. Pensez à vos bandeaux à mettre sur les yeux pour dormir car on peut entrevoir la lumière du riad et du jour, mais ça ne nous a pas posé problème.

• Maria (3/5): Interessante Erfahrung für einen Kurztrip ohne besondere Ansprüche. - Mitten im Souk, daher dort alles schnell erreichbar. Der Zugang zu Fuß und Gepäcktransport mit Handkarren ziemlich originell. Für 3 Tage akzeptabel, wenn man keine Ansprüche stellt und vor allem das original marokkanische Flair erleben will. Ok, wenn man keine Ansprüche stellt.

Colazione anche troppo abbondante e deliziosa. Hammam convenzionato con servizi a ottimo prezzo. Abbiamo anche usufruito del transfer aeroportuale a un ottimo prezzo e ci hanno stampato i biglietti aerei (obbligatorio per il ritorno) gratuitamente. La stanza in cui abbiamo soggiornato era ampia e colorata. Non aspettatevi insonorizzazione, per fortuna la Riad era abbastanza silenziosa abbiamo solo sentito la partenza di un gruppo. Terrazza molto curata e con una bella vista, piscina pulita e utilizzabile dagli ospiti. La nota negativa è stata trovare il bagno sporco. Il wc con tracce di urina sulla tavoletta e feci nel wc. Ho dovuto pulirlo io prima di usufruirne con la carta igienica e il detergente mani. Lo specchio e il lavabo presentavano tracce di dentifricio, anche quelli detersi da me. Avrei potuto chiamare qualcuno ma era molto tardi quando siamo entrati nella stanza. Abbiamo trovato strana la cosa perché i campioncini c'erano e la doccia era pulita . Il check-out è entro mezzogiorno, noi siamo arrivati alle 10 di sera, credo che ci fosse pieno tempo di pulire e controllare. Le lenzuola parevano pulite presentavano però capelli e delle lacerazioni, non c'è il coprimaterasso. Diciamo che per il prezzo pagato mi aspettavo di più. Il riassetto della stanza dopo la notte è compreso e questo mi fa ancora più stupire di aver trovato una situazione del genere al mio arrivo.

The door was glass and had a curtain across it, but it didn't close completely. This was a bit uncomfortable as our room was on the ground floor right at the entrance. Breakfast could be improved - too basic for the price, and same everyday.

Месец декимври е студен, дори и в Африка.Климатикът не работеше на топло, стаята беше доста хладна и това нарушаваше комфорта. Закуската беше основно със сладки храни и еднообразна -различни видове палачинки. Липсваха солени храни и по -точно месо и колбаси. При настаняването липсваше бутилирана вода в стаята.При усливие ,че пътуваш със самолет хиляди километри и се настаняваш късно вечерта, би било добре поне да оставят в стаята бутилирана вода.От чешмата е негодна за пиене.
• Albistur (9/5): A recommander - J ai aimé leurs services (petit déjeuner, transfert aéroport).les chambres sont faites tous les jours.Abdelatif est à votre écoute. Le riad est très calme,à quelques centaines de mètres de la place des épices.
• Larreta (10/5): Situación perfecta e instalaciones típicas - La situación es perfecta, en medio del zoco pero en una callejuela muy tranquila. La habitación muy grande y cómoda, con buen servicio de limpieza diario y un desayuno muy completo y tradicional. El personal muy amable. El día de llegada, llegamos a las 10 de la noche y aún así nos dieron la cena. El único problema es encontrarlo, la primera vez. No se puede llegar en ningún tipo de vehículo y el taxi nos dejó bastante lejos
• Monica (8/5): Posto centralissimo, pulito, staff cordiale e super efficiente ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo - Colazione eccezionale, con tanti diversi tipi di pan cake, crepes, marmellata e nutella Anche la cena della prima sera è stata davvero eccezionale sia per la parte di verdure che per i Tajin Avevamo 3 stanze ed eravamo in 10. Una delle 3 con 3 letti era un pò 'spoglia' dal punto di vista estetico. Avrei messo un quadro in più, delle abat-jour di fianco ad ogni posto letto

• Elisa (8/5): - Very nice, large, clean and comfortable room (dark as on the ground floor but probably to be expected in the middle of the Medina), staff was very kind, very good location for walking in and out of the souk! Only thing we missed was the welcome tea/snacks and tea and more savoury breakfast items that we received in most other places (eggs, olives, etc) - although breakfast was still very good for those that prefer sweet. Not dealbreakers but could be nice addition :)

• Raymond (10/5): Un havre de paix au coeur de Marrakech - Le riad est au centre de la médina, en plein souk. Mais dans une impasse calme C'est un havre de paix au coeur de Marrakech. La déco est simple et belle, on s'y sent super bien. Nettoyage des chambres tous les jours, serviettes de toilettes changées. Un super petit déjeuner servi de 8 h 30 à 10 h 30 (et plus tôt sur demande). Au top La piscine du riad était trop fraîche à mon goût en cette saison (fin octobre). Mais après une bonne journée de marche, c'était quand même agréable d'y tremper les pieds
• Sylvie (9/5): - La situation du Riad est exceptionnelle, à proximité des visites incontournables, ce qui rend le séjour très appréciable. Il est d'un calme exceptionnel ; le petit déjeuner est varié et très copieux. Je recommande cette adresse , un petit plus un service de navette peut être mis en place et c'est très confortable d'être attendue à l'aéroport. Peut-être permettre le petit déjeuner à partir de 8 heures

Staff disponibile e pronto a soddisfare le nostre richieste. Colazione buona ed abbondante. La pulizia, completamente assente. Asciugamani sporchi, lenzuola usurate e forte presenza di polvere.
