- ler (7/5): - Great location. Has a sink and a stove to cook on if needed. Good big size room. Wish the fire place would've been turned on. Its posted all over outside advertised a fireplace. Guess the gas was never cut on they said? Would've kinda set the mood too and it getting down to 19 degrees over the weekend. Overall nice staff and was a great room.

- Stacie (1/5): Not very happy - The outlet didn’t work. I couldn’t blow dry my hair taking use the coffee pot or the microwave. The refrigerator never got cold. The bed was hard and lumpy

- Denise (10/5): I would definitely use this Hotel again, it was a great place to stay and very quiet and peaceful. - This is an older property but it was clean and close to shopping, food and other activities. Even though it was an older property it is perfect for the price and location. The staff were friendly and always willing to help. I have nothing negative to say about this property.
- Alisha (9/5): Great staff - The staff was excellent. Room was clean and the jacuzzi was great. Nothing
- Deborah (8/5): Soft bed - The room was so great .the bed was so soft like sleep on air. Only 1 eye of the stove word and the fireplace didn't work.
- Durham (10/5): - Always stay there when we go to Pigeon Forge. Nothing
- Elliot (10/5): -
- Robert (1/5): - So dirty. Rang bell for service Lady comes down the steps saying we don’t have any rooms. We then said we have a reservation then she said oh. Roaches crawling on the floor, the floor was so dirty, hair in the tub and on the sheets and it smelled so bad.
- Yvette (8/5): - It was great having pots, pans, plates etc. in the room. The 2 eye stovetop was nice. It takes a little while to heat up the pan. The jacuzzi in the room was fabulous. Our view of the river and sunrise and sunset was spectacular. The hotel was not far from alot of attractions.
- Ronald C. (10/5): Great motel in great location. - Great family owned motel in perfect location. The room was very clean and staff was great. Room was comfortable and jaquizi tub was wonderful. The outside structure is a little dated, but don't let that discourage you from choosing this motel. Will be staying here every time we visit Pigeon Forge. We stayed 8 nights this trip. All was great
- Mikeal (10/5): Peaceful - Quiet and spa tub in room.
- Sandra (10/5): -
- Krista (7/5): will stay here again when were back in pigeon forge. - the guy that checked us in the day we got there was excelent with great customer service. I like taking pictures of the sunset and sunrise and mountains from my room and the church blocked alot of my views.but that wouldn't stop me from returning.also there was a truly beer can under edge of bed left from people that had stayed before us.but other then that it seemed fairly clean.pretty good place to stay and good location.
- Mary (10/5): - Ive stayed there before. It's a regular place i go to stay. My husband and I use to go there when he was alive. It's convenient to every thing and always clean and the staff friendly. I didn't have a sofa in my room like it said in description of the room. Not dud it have a clock. I booked it on booking because even though I'm constantly staying there they didn't give me as good of a deal as booking which is sad on their parr
- John (10/5): Great place to stay for Dollywood trip - Close to Dollywood. Good sized room with stove, and kitchenware. Clean and gave a $5 discount on breakfast at pancake house across the street. Staff very friendly. Only ice machine inside office
- Nicole (10/5): Great place to stay on the strip! - Great value for your money. The location is fantastic! The room was clean and comfortable. They even have chairs outside every door so you can sit outside and relax. Employees were super nice!!
- James (10/5): -
- Patty (7/5): - Location Need upgrade bathroom and faucets

- Nancy (10/5): Exceptional - The rooms are very nice . And I loved using the outside pool
- Stormy (3/5): Would not recommend. - Good air conditioning Musty smell. Very dated. Did not feel really safe. Shady people hanging around outside rooms and near parking lot. Stayed was 2 br suite but was really 2 beds separated by a folding slide.
- Laura (7/5): Good -
- Owgunnersmate (10/5): Exceptional -
- Patrick (1/5): Won't be back - I got bitten by bed bugs Sunday night.
- Thomas (7/5): Good -
- Kathryn (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lyndsey (4/5): Outdated. - This hotel is extremely out dated. My mother stayed here as a child, and she said it looks exactly the same as it did back then. The cabinet door was broken and hanging on. The stove didn’t fully turn off. The tile around the jet tub was broken. It’s just really outdated. It’s ok for maybe a one night stay as you’re passing through.
- Heffernan (10/5): Exceptional - I absolutely loved my stay it was so big and spacious!!!!!!
- Joyce (9/5): Superb - They Didn't have breakfast Coffee could have been stronger
- Mary (8/5): Check in was a breeze. Room was nice and clean. Lots of hot water in shower. Highly recommend! - No breakfast offered to my knowledge. There were grills on the first floor, but they were outside of specific rooms. While we realize they were there for everyone's use, we didn't want to use them and grill in front of other rooms. Would be nice to have them on the balcony/deck. Also, there wasn't very much water pressure in the shower. TV was weird to use (finding channels).
- Stewart (10/5): I will go back - I hoop very good. McAlister's deli.suck we walked out Cook was very rude
- Vincent (9/5): Ok for a night - Location on the strip Old fashioned
- Larry (10/5): Exceptional -

- Robinson (10/5): We always love staying there - The big room
- Ishmael (7/5): Will be coming back - The price was great. The noise and the smell of pot coming through the door
- Brandy (8/5): Very good - CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE
- Harper (10/5): Exceptional -
- Michael (10/5): Excellent - Price was great. Location was perfect. Nothing
- Kenagy (10/5): Exceptional - Right by everything. Very clean. Friendly staff Shower water pressure and tub drain
- Zoe (10/5): Exceptional -
- Shelly (8/5): Very good -
- Blanca (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mikeal (9/5): Fun - Nice people, loved the hot tub.
- Stephen (8/5): Very good -
- Shook (8/5): Very good - Everything. In my room 202, I forgot to tell the front desk the sink leaks. You'll see it if you turn the water on and look under there.
- Amanda (9/5): Overall great stay - It was close to everything, staff was friendly, it was affordable and clean. It was a little dated. Coffee was provided but cream and sugar was not in our room ( I’m guessing just overlooked. ) but not a huge problem.
- Brodrick (10/5): Exceptional - Nice place and nice staff Everything was good
- Selina (10/5): Exceptional -
- Linda (10/5): Exceptional -
- Elizabeth (7/5): Good - The rate and location was great. Everything is outdated and the air in the room stale. It could use an update and freshening
- Deborah (7/5): Good -
- Susan (10/5): Perfect 👌 - Loved the location I have no complaints
- Writesel (8/5): Great place to stay! - The location is right on the Parkway with easy access to everything. Its about a 5 minute walk to the Old Mill area. Check in was a breeze and the staff is friendly and helpful. There is plenty of parking. The room was super clean and the new floors are beautiful. While some of the aspects of the room are older, the room had a nice fresh, clean smell, not like some older hotels I've stayed in. We had a standard 2 bedroom, the bed closer to to door is softer and more comfy than the one in the back of the room. I'm assuming it's just been slept in more. The pillows provided are great, 4 per bed. There are so many towels which is awesome, since most places don't give you many. The water pressure is good and water is nice and hot. I was surprised at how quiet the place was. The only sounds we heard the whole night was our neighbors water running when they used the shower or toilet. I'd definitely stay again. It's a little harder to regulate the temperature in the back bedroom, it can get a little warm in there overnight. I would bring a small fan next time. It would also help with providing background noise if you can't sleep in silence. While there are designated smoking areas some guests don't listen to that and smoke in and around the elevators or outside their rooms. So that can be unpleasant if your a non-smoker.
- Kyle (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sommer (10/5): Exceptional - This property is great for the the price. The only thing is just dated. My room was clean.
- Timothy (8/5): Great Value. -
- Josh (10/5): Exceptional -
- Beth (9/5): Superb - The location was awesome. It was super clean. I really loved the older feeling. The staff, especially the bird, was very friendly. I dont think there was anything that I didnt like.
- Kristyn (9/5): Superb - Very clean! Other than the bed not being too comfortable, the stay was great!
- Nichole (8/5): We enjoyed our stay. - Easy to get to attractions. Little outdated
- Yoshinori (10/5): Exceptional -
- Cassie (10/5): Our stay was amazing and I’m looking forward for coming back. I felt very welcome. - Very nice people and clean nice rooms. Perfect location!! I can’t say as I can thank of one thing 🤷♀️
- Wilma (7/5): Good - Very friendly staff Older facility
- Winifred (5/5): Get what you pay for. Not too bad for a quick vacay. - No breakfast Shower did not completely turn on,stove top did not completely turn off.
- Travis (8/5): Good value and charm with some drawbacks - Staff were very friendly. The property has a retro, homey charm. There was a door between my room and the room next to mine that I was expecting to be locked, but it was not. There was a couch against it, so it wouldn't have been easy to open. However, I would have felt safer if the door was actually locked.
- Christan (10/5): Exceptional - We love the two bedrooms! It’s close to everything. We stay here every year. The outside grills could be moved. Someone was using it and it is directly beneath us and we had to turn the air off because the smell/smoke came right into our room. And there is a gap between the front door and then floor.
- Helen (7/5): Good - The room was big two bedrooms fully stocked kitchen very clean The mattress was very firm in use to soft mattress pillows also very firm walls thin heard noise all night from other guest and traffic
- Amanda (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tara (8/5): Very good - Convenience to everything, great price and clean. Lack of sleep because a car show was happening outside our door. Not the hotels fault.
- Brandi (10/5): I would recommend this place to anyone - The staff was so friendly and helpful…the rooms was so clean and comfortable Just wish when they come to check the room they should have took the trash but all in all nothing
- Warren (8/5): Great stay for the money, close to our venue and would definite!y stay again. - The staff was so friendly and helpful. Even though this is an older motel, everything was in perfect order. Everything was extremely clean. Generous towels and toiletries. I especially lime that you can section off the second sleeping area. Free parking is a plus and it's close to everything. I didn't find anything to dislike.
- Pat (8/5): Very good -
- Bush (10/5): I went just to get away for awhile and decompress, It was definitely Home away from Home. - Everything!!! I’m used to getting 2 queen beds with it just being my children and I but this was a 2 bedroom suite with 2 beds ANNNND a pullout bed. Brandon one of the owners was SO AWESOME as well as his Aunty. The fact that it’s family owned helped a lot too because I Love to Support family owned businesses.I told them we’ll definitely be back..My kids faces when we opened the door just did something to My Heart. They want to stay there for Christmas this year. If you’re looking for a Home away from Home,, then this is THE PLACE TO GO.. Nothing
- Shana (10/5): So much nicer to stay in a family owned motel ... I will stay here anytime I'm visiting Pigeon Forge - Excellent Family Owned Motel
We were greeted by the coolest parrot saying hello as we entered the lobby. Jill was so friendly during check-in, the indoor pool is nice and clean, the property is well lit and my daughter and I felt very safe. Our room was very clean with lots of towels and bed pillows. Nice hot shower with high quality soap shampoo and conditioner plus good fluffy towels. Had an amazing night's sleep in the very comfortable bed. I will stay here every time I visit Pigeon Forge. 1000% satisfied! Nothing... Everything was perfect
- Chaylene (9/5): I would stay again, just depending on the company I brought. Good for couples - Close to a lot of restaurants, amenities, right next to grocery store!! 30-40 min walk to “The Island” Beds were uncomfortable (squishy like water bed)
, the room was either super cold or super hot because it’s long shaped so the back bedroom was roasting while the pull out couch bed in the front was freezing since it’s by the AC unit. Bathroom very small but over all nice stay, kind staff:)
- Flanagan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Middleton (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean nice people I recommend this place
