Frühstück ist amerikanisch. Insgesamt können wir das Hotel empfehlen, nur der Abhol-Service am Flughafen hat nicht funktioniert.

• Peter (10/5): great - The staff was friendly and accomdating. I appreciated that they didn't charge me for my dog as he was "volunteering" at the Seattle King County that is held each year. He is a certified therapy dog and his job is to provide smiles which he did at the clinic and to your staff. I would have liked free parking. I'm driving from Colville to volunteer at the clinic. One of my friends was also a volunteer ther and the other was a patient. We don't get paid so providing parking would have been nice.

• Natalya (10/5): Seattle Center Home Away from Home - Excellent friendly service in a great location with outstanding view of Seattle Center, from which it was easy to take the monorail or buses or to walk to many attractions throughout the city! The kitchen was well appointed with everything one could need. Any little need we mentioned the staff met quickly. The rooftop terrace is cool. The breakfast buffet was outstanding! Everything was great. Only improvement would be to add more light to the shower somehow, as the dark tile definitely doesn't help what little overhead light the bathroom has bounce enough for easy visibility in there. The ice machine is noisy, so I suggest requesting a room away from it (like we had on the Space Needle side of the building).

• Joni (10/5): - We had a fantastic view of the Space Needle, right across the street! Our room was the dual queen beds suite. Small fridge, stove top, microwave and sink. Also a large kitchen island and L shaped couch in the living room area. Very spacious. Also, check out the rooftop! The parking on site costs extra, so heads up! The sink drain was slow and the elevator sometimes required a couple minutes wait. But still, probably the nicest place we've ever stayed at!

Overall, everything was great. The only minor issue was the access to the parking elevators, which could be a bit inconvenient.

Spoke to reception and they agreed to move us but we didn’t want to as we were only staying two nights. Took off the parking charge.

• 866alexandriaw (10/5): Great Location! - Hyatt House is the perfect place to stay near the space needle or Climate Pledge. It’s a walkable distance to Pike’s Market and many other attractions. The rooms are spacious and the staff is fantastic.

• Sara (4/5): Not worth the hassle! - The hotel is in a great location and the room was nice. Breakfast was wonderful and staff were helpful. The elevators and parking were terrible. The parking garage and elevators are much too small. One of the elevators was not operational the majority of time I was there. The wait time was long when they both worked and was horribly long with only one.

• cindischmitz (10/5): A perfect place to stay. - When traveling to Seattle we always stay at Hyatt House. They are friendly and helpful. The location is fantastic being right across from the Space Needle and Monorail. The rooms are spacious and unique with each having a kitchenette and a small living room area. It gives us some separation from each other if we need it. The breakfast has a variety of options. If the weather is nice, we like to go up on the rooftop to look at the city views.

The portions were very small, and the food was served cold, which made the meal feel underwhelming for the price and the standard I expect from Hyatt. The staff was polite, but the quality and temperature of the breakfast definitely need improvement. A warmer, fresher, and more generous breakfast would make a big difference in the overall stay

I also appreciated having a small apartment-style room with a kitchen, living area, and dining table. The included breakfast was very good, the staff were kind, the gym was great and very well equipped, and the overall cleanliness was solid. The room had a connecting door to the neighboring room, which meant I could hear more noise than usual, although it was not a major issue. The main problem was that the shower in the morning was barely warm. Housekeeping was not provided daily unless requested, and it would have helped if at least the trash had been emptied on a daily basis.

• BigIrishGod (10/5): Great venue for Space Needle, Climate Change Arena events. - Wanted to stay near the Climate Change Arena for a concert. The location was easy to reach and a very pleasant walk from the venue. The double Queen kitchen suite was clean and spacious, more than meeting our needs. The bar service was excellent and we enjoyed some pre event drinks. Worth noting that they have parking at this location, but offered parking a 5 min walk away for about half the price. You must be checked in to access the parking garage, but there is curbside parking for check in that is not immediately apparent depending on your route to the venue.

The location was ideal for tourists, near to the Space Needle, Chihuly Gardens, Climate Pledge Arena, and the Seattle Center. Seattle is a walking city.

• timaL2558KU (8/5): Great location, good hotel, bad elevator - This hotel had a nice big room with the perfect view of the Space Needle. Definitely book the side that faces the Needle. The view itself is worth the price. We had two Queen beds, good sized couch with a pullout bed, small kitchen and appliances. We were there for a Kraken game and it is a short walk over to the arena. Plus monorail across the street brings you over to within a few blocks from Pike. Good complimentary breakfast buffet with fresh eggs, juice, cereal, muffins, sausage, yogurts, bacon and coffee. Only big downside is the elevator. One of them didn’t work the whole weekend, and the other one that did work was very shaky going up and down. We had to use the steps multiple times to avoid the long wait to catch the one working elevator.
