- Francisco (10/5): - Clinest
- Wendy (5/5): -
- Helen (9/5): -
- Martinez (5/5): - It smelled like cigarettes and it was extremely loud , well lots of working people and since the door leads to outside then yea it's really loud
- Julianna (8/5): - Very clean It was very well lit for a late night. Also the receptionist was nice.
- Kelis (9/5): -
- Victoria (8/5): -
- alilia (1/5): would never stay here again - nothing smelled like pee and sheets were dirty
- Michael (1/5): -
- Julie (10/5): - Everything. The room was big, walk-in shower, 2 nightstands Need more coffee and creamer
- Victor (8/5): -
- Nancy (1/5): - Esta muy sucio y tiene muy mal olor
- Rouelhlynn (8/5): Good deal of my money. - Accessible and the room was clean.
- James (1/5): - Showers only had cold water
- Heriberto (10/5): -
- Jair (6/5): -
- Willie (10/5): -
- Williams (9/5): - The room and bed was comfortable and the staff were helpful and courteous. I went to take a shower and there was a black widow posted in the corner of the shower. Not sure how long it had been there. Luckily my husband took care of it. Also the address was confusing for the doordash person. He went to the wrong place to deliver our food
- Nazarya (10/5): -
- Mike (8/5): Quick and easy check-in and check-out. - Check in was smooth and easy. Staff was pleasant and quick. Facility was clean and quiet. Centrally located to all of my appointments. I would highly recommend this facility. Parking lot needs some repairs, (sink hole). Ice machine could be in a more accessible location.
- Zepeda (8/5): -
- Kleifgen (9/5): ALL IN ALL WAS GOOD EXPERINSE - Needed more choice for breakfast
- Swt (4/5): The room reeked of cigarette smoke. The hotel is a non-smoking hotel. Go figure. - I think Booking.com should investigate whether this hotel tries to book rooms that have already been reserved, if they think the person who reserved it will not show. I pay great attention to the dynamic of paying to have the right to cancel. Sometimes I pay extra for that. For the last 2 stays at this place, they have called me the evening of my arrival, when I was driving, to ask if I was coming. Both times, I had reserved the room, and would lose the price of my 1st night of stay. So, I believe they are looking to rent rooms when people do not show up, and collect both the penalty price and the extra price they charge for the new guest. I don't like being called and asked if I'm coming when I have paid to come. They also mention that at 3AM, they can repurpose the room. Are you aware of any of this?
- Pilar (7/5): - The bedroom had a moldy smell, the hot water in the shower smelled awful and there was a big mold stain just above the shower.
- Atta (10/5): - It was an amazing experience, their service was amazing.
- Cornell (10/5): - NICE
- violet (2/5): - Smell really bad like cigarettes!
Not the cleanest
- Sonny (6/5): - Next time
- James (8/5): - We liked our room, especially the bed. It was spacious and has a comfortable chair, not just a desk chair. Only compliment is only 2 thin towels, no bath mat and front desk would only exchange towels, when we asked for another towel.
- shuhong (2/5): - I'm extremely disappointed with this hotel. I arrived around 8:30 PM, and the front desk representative told me I needed to call Expedia to confirm. I told them I'd already received a confirmation from Expedia stating everything was confirmed, including full payment. Regardless, I waited about an hour for the deposit card to be processed. Today, I checked my account and saw two charges for the hotel: one for the $150 deposit and another for $89.72. I'd already paid $111.83 through Expedia.
I hate this kind of mistake. I've filed a claim using my Visa card. Hopefully, this issue will be resolved soon.
- Tineya (10/5): - Clean & Secure N/A
- Cornell (8/5): - Nice
- Mike (8/5): The Fairfield Quality Inn-I would stay again - I want cleanliness, wifi, and a free breakfast. The Fairfield Quality Inn has all of this and an exceptionally comfortable bed. The refrigerator and microwave are nice bonuses. Plus, the staff was very friendly and accommodating.
- David (2/5): Not Worth It - Decided to book a room here, since it was close to family who was throwing party. Running late to meet up with family so got key cards from Front Desk and left the property. Came back at 1am, got ready for bed. Within a minute of being under covers I noticed a roach crawling on top of the bed. Killed it . Decided not to risk seeing more, so we got our stuff together and checked out at 1:44am. Drove home over 60 miles extremely tired.
Room was very dated, that’s all I can say.
- Cynthia (4/5): Not a goodtime - 98* degrees on Aug. 31. Arrived around noon, wanted to check in early. Was told check in is 3pm. To hot to wait it out in the car. No one offered or said anything until i called the corporate office that you can pay a early check in fee.
That was 10 days ago and i still havent recieved my $150. Deposit back on my credit card either.
The person working there was rude at check-in and no help getting my deposit back.
- Michelle (2/5): - I would not stay there again. It was bad smelling, unclean and I think I got bed bugs there!
- Ric (4/5): - Not much for the price.
- shea (10/5): R&R - Very comfortable, slept so good. Coffee was great. Needed alili rest & relaxation
- Ajani (3/5): Did not feel safe. - Sketchy neighborhood.
- Daniel (10/5): - Good
- Ms. D (9/5): -
- Gary (4/5): - Trash blowing around the parking lot. Broken drawers in room. Room is beyond tired. Experience was way below my expectations.
- Georgina Maleni Galvan (2/5): - Property needs work & pool needs cleaning.
- Vira (4/5): - Like - staff
Dislike - room furnishings, breakfast and $150 security deposit requirement. For what? Room service? Destroy sub-par fixtures and furniture?
I have photos.
- Kathie (8/5): - - Someone could grab a broom and clean up.
- Trash around where the office is.
- Beds are comfortable.
- Water (in shower) has to run a long time before you get hot water.
- very quiet
- LASZLO (4/5): - 3 guys infront of my door was playing loud music, dancing, smoking, talking loud and it past 9:00PM. The owner should post some policy. The room next to me, people are coming in & out
- Michael (6/5): - Stayed two nights. Upon check in, my card payment was accepted, then it took 20 minutes for the clerk to get my card key to activate. No clean towels, only on request. You have to bring in old towels for exchange for new ones, understaffed. Room was very clean however cigarette smell is strong. Fire ants in the sink.
- Donica (10/5): Five star! - Very happy, the held our reservation till late and they were very accommodating, comfortable, and amazingly quite for the location. Will definitely return.
- Isabella (10/5): - Room was neat and so sweet!!
- SYLVIA (4/5): - The room pictures looked nice, but the room didn't smell fresh, the floor was so sticky and the walls literally had stains in them, don't surfaces in the tub clearly had not been wiped in a while.
- Serafin (8/5): - Price is right.
- Cornell (10/5): - VERY NICE STAY.
- G (6/5): -
- Tanner (8/5): Great room, WiFi was the intermittent - As far as the room and the staff go, it was very clean, comfortable and everyone was very helpful. The only major issue I had was with the WiFi, it would connect initially but then require a passcode that for subsequent uses that was not given at check in. Just became more of an annoyance because I relied on internet use while in the room.
- Sergio (10/5): - Food options | Bed comfort | Internet access | Transport access
- Lorlyn (10/5): - It was a great stay. Very convenient and accessible to everything. Staff are all accomodating.
- Angelique (9/5): -
- Jess (10/5): - Excellent!
- Yesenia (2/5): - The shower was decent, loved the hot water. Otherwise it felt unsafe the whole time we were there. Smelt like weed. Walls were dirty. Microwave was dirty.
- Lawrence (6/5): - Basic hotel, rooms are ok, reasonably clean, parking is good, but not in a great area, fairly noisy.
- Carole (4/5): - They didn’t have my room ready okay no biggie they got me a different one. The room smelled like the dirty dog, no worse like a pack of dirty dogs. The walls had gunk on them. The shower door didn’t even have a handle. I stayed a total of two hours before finding suitable arrangements.
- Bertram (9/5): -
- C (6/5): -
- Shea (10/5): - The bed sucked.....
- Leni (4/5): - Very loud all night. All breakfast food was mostly gone by 8:30. No more yogurt when we asked.
- Maria Del Rosario (6/5): - At the time that I arrived around 11:30 PM. The lady from the front desk assigned a room for one lady travel alone just in the corner of the street. I was parking my car as soon I was parking in front of the room: a man was coming from the street walking in the property. I went to front desk and I asked her to changed me the room since a man is waking in the property. She saw the man and I asked her if he was a guest. She answered me not but it's safe around here sometimes are homeless walking around!!! Wow! I also asked her to changed the room no AC and smell dirty and smoke cigarettes.poor reviews and bad hotel.
- Aguilar (9/5): Superb -
- Sonia (4/5): - First I was given a room that was penetrated by cigar smell. Then the bed was very uncomfortable, the carpet has various burn spots !!!!
- Desa (10/5): - The staff where friendly and very helpful.
- Lovely (2/5): - There was a roach inside the room and a little centipede in the bathroom, we asked for our room to be clean, we been gone for the whole day in two 2 days but got back to the hotel our room were not clean even we asked for it to be clean, no housekeeping, in the middle of the night the fire detector been beeping it woke us up. We got bites by a bedbugs in the morning! Its horrible. I would suggest to get the carpet clean for it was really dirty we walked barefoot inside the room and our foot got so dirty it was sticky!the staff were ok.
- Maricela (6/5): - The place is scary looking but was ok. Alot of weird parking lot activity? Men hanging out wasn’t very safe feeling
- Carrie (2/5): - Don’t stay here if you can help it. Property is poorly managed.
- Melanie (8/5): Clean and an easy process. Will be back. - The room was huge. Definitely a good surprise. Nothing I didn’t like
- Jan (4/5): - The staff was amazing! But the room smelled terrible and was falling apart. Carpet stains everywhere. Shower was awful and moldy. Dog feces in the stairwell and in front of room.
- Edgar (3/5): Meh - Good sized room Shower door broken. Bad attitude of staff. Area was shady. Looked dirty outside
- Madeline (5/5): Passable - Good location Dog hair all around the floorboards of the room. Sink was clogged and leaking
- W9870UOjosec (10/5): Great stay - Everything was fantastic, including the shower and the comfortable bed! Good breakfast. There are many nearby restaurants as well. Jenny was also a great help! Excellent client service I will most certainly return to the Quality Inn!!!!
- Phillip (2/5): - The sink in the bathroom was broken and the staff entered our room while we had the do not disturb sign on the door. We will be requesting a refund since we couldn't even stay the full two nights we had planned.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Kinda sketchy - The pictures online are not updated, the hotel looks cleaner in the pictures than it really is. It was decent enough but definitely a added grime to everything to were you didnt want to walk barefoo or sleep under the sheets. I booked a smoke free room and ours smelt like cigarettes. The hotel is in a high traffic sketchy area... people next to us were up all night both nights blaring loud music all thru the night with car activity and lots of banging. Just didnt feel safe.
- Vanessa (10/5): - The room was very clean very satisfied the lady at the front desk was very professional
- Janine (8/5): Great value! Will stay again for sure. - Locate. The walls very thin.
- Peggy (1/5): DISAPPOINTING - The room was very big. Very noisy,, I requested my room to be cleaned by putting out their sign however my room WAS NIT cleaned, My reservation was cancelled not sure by whom, and I was forced to cut my stay by 1 day as the room I paid for In advance was not available and would not cover the room available (I booked a king for $246 and they gave me 2 queen and wanted me to pay 150mire.The purpose of my visit was to visit both my grandchildren and my great grand grandchildren and missed out on my 10 year olds great granddaughters bc baseball tournament on SUNDAY as my drive home was 6 hours. I am almost 70 years old traveling alone and not comfortable driving at night.
- Tailyiah (10/5): I like this property and also will recommend it , for travelers - All the amenities in the room was a plus !! Soft bed , I enjoyed my stay Nothing really besides more parking
- Katherine (10/5): Amazing stay at the quality inn - Great service great customer service and great clean rooms.
- Stay65796284118 (10/5): Great place to stay while visiting Fairfield - Very good stay. Clean room, well equiped, nice breakfast, outstanding staff. Nadia was the best. Another staff member was great but I cannot remember his name, I think it was Raul.ONE strange thing, the pool was dirty and my son would not swim in it. Thank you.
- Daniel (4/5): Disappointing -
- Thomas (2/5): I question the 2&1/2 stars it had on booking.com. It is more like 1-star. - $150 incidentals fee immediately charged uon check-in, refund allegedly comes several days after checkout. Signs posted all over the check-in lobby about fees for this and fees for that, including prices charged for stolen linens, and so on. I felt like I was entering a high security prison, accentuated by the huge plexiglass screen completely surrounding the check-in desk, Is this hotel located in a high-crime area? The bath sink does not fit the counter top. It was mounted close to, but not directly to, the counter top. The remaining half inch gap between sink and counter was filled with silicone sealer that was peeling away, leaving holes, and it was dirty. The sink faucet was loose in the counter top. The carpet had been recently cleaned and was still wet in spots. When walking from the carpet onto the tile floor in the bath the first time, the soles of my shoes were wet and I did not realize that. I slipped on the tile floor and nearly fell down. Breakfast consisted of three options - waffle mix in a pouch to be used in questionable waffle irons, two kinds of children's cereal, and a bowl with a few apples. No eggs, no bread of any kind, The orange juice was watery thin. The entire hotel spoke of cheap owners excessively cutting corners everywhere they could. The only upside was that the bed was actually comfortable.
- Rodriguez (9/5): Superb - Room was very clean n fresh. Nice breakfast
- Verified traveler (8/5): Business - It was a quiet stay. Bed a little hard but it wasnt bad. Plenty of pillows. Older hotel. Breakfast was not much. But to just sleep was good
- Jessy (8/5): - The front desk receptionist (during our check in) was very polite and was smiling.
The place is clean..
- Colleen (10/5): - Reasonable prices
- Natasha (10/5): Exceptional -
- Timothy (8/5): Very good -
- Santos (7/5): Good -
- Natasha (10/5): Most Non-Judgemental Stay - During a recent stay at Quality Inn & Suites, I had the pleasure of interacting all of the friendly respectable staff. I can’t speak for every guest. But my experience was pleasant, respectful and non judgmental due to the temporary situation we are in at the moment, waiting for house renovations to be done with
So Thank You!
Quality Inn & Suites-Fairfield/Napa Valley
- J (10/5): Great experience! Will be back!! - Staff was friendly. Check-in was fast. Room was clean and spacious. Location was perfect for my needs, easy to find on main street. Plenty of options of food around and close gas. Breakfast was a nice touch to wonderful stay! Parking was great and very accessible. Grounds were well kept. Thank you!! There was nothing I didn't like about the property.
