The staff was excellent, paying attention to every detail. They really made our stay memorable. There was also a German restaurant inside, with a very nice patio for dinner outside. Will recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Yinchuan! The pillows were too soft. They should have latex / memory foam pillows.

A special mention to Poppy (Cafe Berlin, Breakfast) and Daisy (Front desk) for their charming and helpful manner (and good English). It’s those small touches that make a hotel stay more memorable. Nothing. Our favourite place to stay in Yinchuan
- Po Hui (10/5): Great stay! - The stay was great, they had a good gym and pool, even had sauna/hot tub that was really great. The service was awesome and we would stay again.

Slightly dated facilities eg lack of USB ports. But overall an excellent stay.

- YIN (8/5): - 酒店的硬件設施非常好，但整體服務有待改善和提高，大部分的員工都熱情有禮，但多數不懂英文，有需要和他們溝通時比較困難，住的是無煙樓層，但很多時候聞到有菸味道，可能在中國內地不守規矩的人比較多吧！有投訴，但沒有改善，早晨食物比較差，和五星酒店完全不匹配，希望有所改善。

Complained and staff kept asking me what smartphone I was using as if she could fix my phone to make the Internet work. After much persuasion, she said she would send someone to take a look. A new router was put in the room. Still no internet connection. - Shower water suddenly very hot and cold. Complained and they said they would fix it. No improvement. - The sofa in the room was so big and bulky that it made it impossible for guests to approach the other side of the bed.
