• c2a47737881b700f9f416e6a62edcb2d (7/5): - Ciò che mi è piaciuto è stato l'accoglienza, il fatto che si sono messi subito a servizio, la location, la posizione in città, la colazione abbondante, la pulizia Ciò che non mi è piaciuto in base al prezzo pagato è che in camera non ci fossero abbastanza servizi ovvero mancava la macchina del caffè, un bollitore e poi non c'è stata una spiegazione sulla funzione delle prese elettriche durante la notte, abbiamo messo i telefoni in carica e ci sarebbero serviti belli carichi l'indomani, ma purtroppo non sapendo che ci fossero dei problemi sulla tecnologia a riguardo la mattina ci siamo ritrovati con i telefoni completamente a terra, c'era qualcosa nelle prese che doveva essere spiegato in primo luogo. Tra l'altro io sono arrivato con un raffreddore e un mal di gola in corso, avrei avuto bisogno di farmi delle bevande calde anche durante la notte per poter ispirare, ed onestamente dare fastidio durante la notte alla reception non mi sembrava la cosa corretta Un'altra cosa è stata la televisione, Avrebbe dovuto avere un servizio connesso a internet in modo da poter guardare la televisione, ad esempio il proprio Netflix, o il proprio Amazon Prime però purtroppo la connessione alla televisione non c'era Non non andava e quindi ci siamo ritrovati a non poter guardare nulla

• Jonathan (10/5): - This was a highlight on our drive from Lyon to Nice. In the charming small town of Fossano Italy, this beautiful former monastery was a special treat. Service was outstanding - friendly, respectful with English spoken flawlessly from many of the staff. Our room, with sky high vaulted wood beamed ceiling was immaculately clean, spacious and comfortable. Modern bathroom with finished concrete bath and lovely toiletries. We enjoyed an apero in the bar ( complete with complimentary charcuterie plate at happy hour) and then dinner in their restaurant. Dinner was at a fine dining calibre with a modest price tag. Breakfast, included with our stay was filled with freshly baked cakes and pastries, fruit and delicious coffee. As fairly seasoned travellers, expectations in this mid price range are hit and miss. Palazzo Righini hit it out of the park. Grazie Mille!! 🇮🇹❤️

L'été le patio est trés agréable et trés beau avec cette belle sculpture de feuille de bananier. Nous avons aussi diné à l'hotel le deuxiéme soir et c'est un trés bon restaurant.

In camera mancano alcuni accorgimenti, non si sa dove poter appendere le asciugamani per la doccia. Il piatto che ho mangiato al ristorante non è stato dei migliori, al di sotto delle aspettative. Sarebbe il caso di mettere qualche candele contro gli insetti quando si mangia fuori.

We booked less than an hour before we arrived, but we were welcomed in and our bikes put in a locked storage space. The lady on reception was happy to let me practice my Italian, and we were personally shown all the way up to our room. We ate in the restaurant in the cellars, very atmospheric! And they went to great efforts to cater specially for my friend, who is vegan. The little unexpected treats to start and finish were a lovely surprise. The room was perfect with everything we needed to relax after a hard day cycling. Breakfast was also top notch - lots of fresh options. I'm glad we decided not to leave early! Nothing - no complaints.

• Matthias (8/5): Licht und Schatten bei unserem zweiten Aufenthalt - Der Palazzo ist wunderschön, das Personal sehr freundlich und vor allem das sehr junge Team im Restaurant war außerordentlich engagiert. Gegenüber unserem ersten Besuch im Vorjahr fällt der Gesamteindruck ab: Das stimmungsvolle Restaurant im Kellergewölbe war nun geschlossen, stattdessen wurde die Gastronomie in den Barbereich im Erdgeschoss verlegt. Vor allem aber das Frühstück enttäuschte. Es gab kaum Brot zur Auswahl und das Obst kam entweder aus der Dose oder war nicht mehr frisch. Schade!
