• mickyp76 (8/5): Short stay whilst waiting for onwards travel - I used this as it is only a few minutes walk to her to the transport hub I use to travel to the north of Luzon, and for that reason it was perfect for me. Rooms are clean, and well presented, staff are friendly and check in/out simple. Tried to order from the room service menu yet everything I requested was unavailable, giving me an option of around 5 items out of 20+, after 30 hours travel to get there I wasn't in the mood to try and find something outside to eat so went to sleep hungry. Toothbrush that's provided falls apart in your mouth, I ended up with more bristles stuck in my teeth than in the toothbrush, yes I know I could have used my own (which I did in the end) but if it's provided then it should really be better quality.

• David (4/5): - I like the lobby and the staff.. 😊 I didn't like the hooker at the parking area and the bottles of alcoholic drinks outside the rooms. 😭😭 It was very disappointing. that's why I didn't continue my booking. I wasted my money. 🥹🥹🥹

• Verified traveler (8/5): Pleasant stay at Sogo Hotel - Had a pleasant and comfortable stay. Location just right for me because it's near Victory bus station. I just forgot to use my discount card when i ordered food for room service. I suggest that your staff/crew be made proactive, that they ask customers/clients if they have discount cards.

• Verified traveler (4/5): Dont bother staying there. - flies inside the suite so annoying , toilet is clean , next suite watching tv with full volume so irritating i talked to reception no action taken , after 2 hrs i called reception again thats the time they take action , imagine in the middle of the night with a very loud sound i cant sleep i hate that .

• Sandy (6/5): Easy transfer to Cubao bus station - Our room had no windows, hence no view, if not slightly unsafe. Other than that, the room was comfortably adequate with a surprising variety of "entertainment" available on TV (including 2 porn channels!). The hotel itself is very handy to Cubao bus station - 5 minutes walk. That was our main criterion, as we were travelling early to Baguio the next morning.
• Ramon (4/5): First time in hotel sogo. - The hotel lobby was so impressive, neat and clean. But when I went to my room the bedsheets are so tiny that can't even fit the whole bed. When the day came for me to check out, they phoned me in my room that I have to leave now since its about 20 minutes before 11am. So I get dressed, packed my things and go without even taking a shower. Then I found out that the check out time is supposed to be 12:00noon. I will never recommend it to my friends and family. I even found out that the hotel is for short timer for lovers.
