• Lorna (6/5): - I commend the hotel for being security conscious. When my husband went out of the hotel to buy personal supplies, the staff was quick to check if I was okay. In the light of recent crimes, they are doing this to prevent possible mishap.

• Verified traveler (8/5): - The hotel's location is very convenient since it is close to many establishments and to the U belt where our exams took place. Food is okay. Staff are polite and accomodating. My only major complaint is the loud noise at night bec of its proximity to karaoke bars. And also the absence of a window can make one claustrophobic

And I could hear and feel the bass on my bed. Air conditioner is noisy, can be an issue to people who are noise sensitive. The room and bedsheets are full of cigarette smell.
• mark from uk (4/5): Run down area old hotel tiny rooms not clean - Bad experience all round staff were very polite and tried to help by continuously offering to change the room but it just didn't happen booked for 7 nights only stayed 2 that says it all it definitely wasn't a thriller in Manila

• Georges (6/5): Backpackers place - I think that this hotel is perfectly convenient for backpackers : low price, no windows in the room, average quality food but available at any time, noisy air conditioning, location in an underprivileged and unsafe area...Even if the staff is very kind and dutiful, I cannot qualify my stay as a success
