Front office staff are veru helpful. They accepted my booking at 11pm - Phone not functioning - Im using my own phone to call the Hotel - There was hair from the previous guest in the bathroom.

• ANIS NATASHYA ILIYA (8/5): - i loved their services especially all of the staff always smiles. their aircond is so cold. ive requested a lot of stuff since im staying with my parents. they have never hesitated to assist me and my family. please dont expect too much if youre type of demanding about facilities and amenities. the swimming isnt that clean. also their shower room isnt that big and looks old. you pay for what you get. additionally, it is near to the beach and you can enquiry any restaurant nearby directly to their counter and they would gladly to assist you. old facilities but good service.

• Pipsquick (6/5): - The staff were really nice and friendly, little leisurely in serving but good nonetheless. Facilities were basic. Room was basic. The place is old. The bed sheets smelled dusty, we had sneezes and flu from it. The beds and pillows were mushy, had my back aching. The location is very remote, better to rent a car for ease of going to shops and restaurants.

Parking a bit too far from those rooms located at the end of the block. Got the lizard sneaked on the desk and a cockroach died under the bed, so we did our own housekeeping since we brought 2 infants with us. Certain ar a too gloomy without lights switched on. Lobby area too hot wothout aircond or fans switched on while waiting. Perhaps the hotel may be considering upgrading the facility
• Haji Sahak (4/5): - sebab confort jee , staff dia bagus terbaik. tapi kebersihan kurang lah sebab masuk bilik pon ada habuk . tenpat jauh dari bandar , susah nak cari makan susah nak cari grab , kena guna panda food kalau guna grab food memang taklah terutama malam , pagi ada lah grab tapi tak banyak. kalau sewa kereta mungkin bab makan dan grab senang kot.
